Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and slow speed of identification of automobile connectors produced in the assembly line, an improved Hu invariant moments algorithm for automobile connectors recognition is proposed. Firstly, the collected image of automobile connector is transformed into gray, filtered and de-noising, and threshold segmentation is used to extract the contour of automobile connectors, a gain function is designed to improve the recognition ability of Hu invariant moments for automotive connectors. Aiming at the problem that the traditional Hu invariant moments algorithm has a large amount of computation, the multi-scale feature expression of the image pyramid is used to reduce the image resolution in proportion and the amount of image traversal computation. At the same time, the problem of image feature loss caused by the high number of image pyramid layers is analyzed, an adaptive pyramid search strategy is proposed, the image distortion caused by the construction of pyramid is quantitatively analyzed, and the number of image pyramid layers is determined through the loss function. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional Hu invariant moments algorithm, the matching accuracy and speed of the proposed algorithm are improved by 5.03% and 45.06% respectively, and the recognition accuracy is greatly improved and the time is shorter, which provides an effective reference for automotive connectors recognition. © 2022 IEEE.

Multi-agent path planning is one of the most challenging problems in the field of artificial intelligence. In this paper, an improved generative adversarial network model with hybrid attention mechanism for data-driven path planning is proposed. Firstly, by introducing spatial attention mechanism, positional attention mechanism and channel attention mechanism, a hybrid attention module is designed. This module not only establishes feature relationship between different locations, but also provides adaptive feature weights to highlight key information. Next, by embedding the hybrid attention module into the generative adversarial network, an improved generative adversarial network model is developed. The proposed model can capture effective feature information in the image and ensures that the generated path can evade obstacles accurately. Finally, some simulation results are provided to verify the superiority and accuracy of the model in path planning. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

Senile plaque blue autofluorescence was discovered around 40 years ago,however,its impact on Alzheimer’s disease(AD)pathology has not been fully *** analyzed senile plaques with immunohistochemistry and fluorescence imaging on AD brain sections and also Aβ aggregation in *** DAPI or Hoechst staining,the nuclear blue fluorescence could only be correctly assigned after subtracting the blue plaque *** flower-like structures wrapping dense-core blue fluorescence formed by cathepsin D staining could not be considered central-nucleated neurons with defective lysosomes since there was no nuclear staining in the plaque core when the blue autofluorescence was *** Aβ self-oligomers and Aβ/hemoglobin heterocomplexes generated blue *** Aβ amyloid blue autofluorescence not only labels senile plaques but also illustrates red cell aggregation,hemolysis,cerebral amyloid angiopathy,vascular plaques,vascular adhesions,and *** summary,we conclude that Aβ-aggregation-generated blue autofluorescence is an excellent multi-amyloidosis marker in Alzheimer’s disease.

Due to the continuous growth in steel market demand and the shift towards small batches and multiple varieties, efficient storage management has become a key factor in increasing the profitability of logistics parks. However, the current storage methods, due to the unreasonable allocation of stack positions, still result in energy waste during the dispatch phase and the need for trucks to pick up goods across multiple yards. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a comprehensive optimization scheme to reduce truck transfers and energy consumption in steel product dispatch. First, we constructed an optimization problem model that integrates the spatial layout of the logistics park and order data, aiming to maximize the correlation between steel products within the same yard and reduce the total energy consumption during the dispatch phase. Subsequently, a new algorithm called Enhanced Greedy and Tabu-Assisted Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (EGTA-ALNS) is introduced. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms existing ones in terms of solving speed and scale. It effectively optimizes energy consumption during steel dispatch and reduces the number of truck transfers. © 2024 IEEE.

Modeling of cross-medium vehicles with complex shapes still requires a thorough investigation. This paper proposes a multi-method combination modeling approach to tackle such a problem. First-principle model is derived to determinate a model structure. Experiments are then set up to estimate parameters related to its rigid-body model and propulsion system. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is performed to calculate and identify coefficients related to surrounding fluid. Base on the model obtained, we systematically investigate the possible steady motion of the cross-medium vehicle and analyze their related performance. Results are instrumental for designing controllers for the vehicle to perform autonoumous missions. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

Consensus protocol is suggested for target following of two non-holonomic robots. For moving robot platform, the computer that acts as the controller, and the robots to establish wireless local area network (WLAN), the remote control of the robot is achieved by transmitting data through cordless communication. Kinematics mathematical modelling and pose error model of the moving automaton are raised, applying consensus protocol to implement trajectory tracking. Emulation effects demonstrate that the suggested control way is feasible. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This study concentrates on dynamical motion characteristics of knees during treadmill walking, and describes the application of kernel principal component analysis and deterministic learning theory to the detection of abnormal gait dynamics induced by knee pathologies. First, twelve-dimensional knee joint rotation and translation parameters are measured by a marker-based motion analysis system during treadmill walking. Second, the dimension of the gait parameter signal is reduced based on kernel principal component analysis. Third, gait dynamics underlying time-varying gait parameter signal is captured by using localized radial basis function neural networks through deterministic learning mechanism. This kind of dynamics information represents the frame-to-frame temporal change of kinematics and kinetics modifications during treadmill walking, which is shown to be sensitive to the variance during knee pathologies. Gait patterns are represented as the gait dynamics underlying time-varying gait parameters. The training patters under different knee pathologies further constitute a uniform training dataset, containing all kinds of gait dynamics under different knee pathologies. By comparing the training patterns with a test knee gait pattern to be recognized, a set of recognition errors are generated. The average L1 norms of the errors are taken as the classification measure between the dynamics of the training gait patterns and the dynamics of the test pattern. A rapid recognition scheme can be achieved according to the smallest error principle. Experimental results show that encouraging recognition accuracy can be achieved. The proposed method is sensitive for the detection of knee pathologies and is capable of discharge of patients without knee pathologies. © 2018, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

Steel plate is a highly customized product, and steel plates from the same order may be stored in different stacks. However, during the outbound process, the steel plates of the next order can only be dispatched from the warehouse once all plates from the preceding order have been fully completed. In this case, the outbound scheduling of steel plates is a challenging problem since its efficiency and complexity are affected by the shuffling of steel plates. In order to address the challenge, this paper formulates the steel plate outbound scheduling as a dynamic programming model with the aim of minimizing the crane operation time. To solve the problem, an decision tree-based backtracking search algorithm (DTBSA) is developed, in which the search tree is pruned through lower bound functions and dominance rules, so as to reduce the search range of the solution space. Experimental results prove that the proposed method can obtain optimal scheduling results within a reasonable time range. © 2024 IEEE.

Fault diagnosis and prognosis in discrete event systems are studied in the scenario where the observations are possibly received with delay. To address this scenario, two conditions for diagnosis and prognosis with delayed observations are proposed, where we show that the state-of-the-art notion of prognosability must be revised to avoid conservativeness. Diagnosability and prognosability conditions are then verified by introducing a delay observer and a new verification function. Theoretical analysis indicates the effectiveness of the verification method for fault diagnosis and prognosis in the system. © 2024 IEEE.
