COVID-19 outbreaks and becomes serious from 2019 winter. Taking body temperature, wearing masks, recording footprint and avoiding crowds become important tasks and require a lot of manpower support for the prevention of the epidemic in every. In this study, we have integrated the infrared thermometer devices to measure people temperature and the people identities through RGB images at the entrance of buildings. Using the computer vision and deep learning methods, we would like to build a 24/7 and region-wide coverage assistance system to automatically record the footprint of a specific people in the building. We also detect if people taking off their masks in the yard at any time. The processing videos are grabbed from the existing CCTV systems. The developed system also locates the crowd and calculate the number of people in a specified area, and the manager can know the number of people and control the access in real time. It will reduce the burden of manpower. In addition, we have optimized the system performance to handle multiple camera videos and to reduce the hardware cost at the same time.

In this work,a fluorescent probe(TPEBe-I)was developed for adenosine triphosphate(ATP)detection based on the synergetic effect of aggregation-induced emission and counterion ***-I gave weak emission in aqueous solution due to the heavy-atom effect of counter iodide ***,upon the addition of ATP,the new aggregate complex(TPEBe-ATP)was formed between the cationic unit of TPEBe-I and ATP through electrostatic interactions,which not only restricted the intramolecular motion of luminogen but also eliminated the quenching effect of iodide *** a result,the fluorescent light-up detection for ATP was successfully ***,TPEBe-I exhibited high selectivity towards ATP and showed a wide linear detection region towards the logarithm of ATP concentration(5—600µmol/L)with a detection limit of 1.0µmol/L,enabling TPEBe-I as a promising probe for ATP quantitative analysis.

Liposomes, spherical phospholipid vesicles with a unique morphology mimicking that of body cells, have emerged as versatile nanoparticles for drug delivery. Their biocompatibility, low cytotoxicity, targeted delivery, and hydrophobic and hydrophilic characteristics make them stand out over traditional drug delivery systems. Liposomes can be tailored in size, composition, lamellarity, and surface charge, offering a unique level of customization for various applications. Extensive research in liposome technology has led to the development of a wide range of liposomal formulations with enhanced functionalities, such as PEGylated liposomes, ligand-targeted liposomes, and stimuli-responsive liposomes. Beyond their crucial role in cancer treatment, liposomes play a significant role in influenza, COVID-19, cancer, and hepatitis A vaccines. They are also utilized in pain management, fungal treatment, brain targeting, and topical and ocular drug delivery. This review offers insight into the types of liposomes, their composition, preparation methods, characterization methods, and clinical applications. Additionally, it discusses challenges and highlights potential future directions in liposome-based drug delivery.
