With the rapid development of smart grid technology, a new challenge has been brought about by the massive data generated from distributed devices. Data aggregation technology plays a crucial role in smart grid schemes, in terms of energy data statistics and resource allocation. However, achieving fast error-checking and improving device fault-tolerance are still open issues in the smart grid data aggregation. To address these issues, this paper proposes an error-tolerant data aggregation scheme integrated with error-checking mechanisms. The scheme proposes a tree-based aggregation structure, facilitating swift error-checking of data. We combine masking values with user anonymity in the ElGamal cryptographic scheme to ensure the security of sensitive data and resist collusion attacks. Both theoretical and experimental analyses demonstrate that this scheme enables a lightweight, secure data aggregation, ensuring enhanced reliability and error-checking. © 2023 IEEE.

The main objective of learning applications is to use modern electronic technologies to impart knowledge, communicate knowledge, and Direct learning models with their learning activities in a timely and effective manner. The preponderance of the apps were designed to up-skill the kids in the fundamentals of letters and numbers. Generally, they were grounded and practice skills in nature, based on a lack of abilities in critical thinking, favoring parrot-fashion skills, and contributing to a deep conceptual comprehension of more specific concepts are unable. By using appropriate evaluation methodologies, the purposed study observes essential characteristics and aspects that affect the usability of interfaces. An evaluation of the app's features will figure out to ensure user contentment. When a kid interacts with a learning interface, the ease of use provided by the interface is validated. Because a large number of the apps were designed to train kids' fundamentals of alphabetic and numeric. The focus of this research is to see whether self-proclaimed learning apps for kids are built according to developmentally appropriate standards to help kids in formal and informal learning settings develop socially, emotionally, and academically. © 2023 IEEE.

The use of multimedia data sharing has drastically increased in the past few decades due to the revolutionary improvements in communication technologies such as the 4th generation(4G)and 5th generation(5G)*** have proposed many image encryption algorithms based on the classical random walk and chaos theory for sharing an image in a secure *** of the classical random walk,this paper proposes the quantum walk to achieve high image *** random walk exhibits randomness due to the stochastic transitions between states,on the other hand,the quantum walk is more random and achieve randomness due to the superposition,and the interference of the wave *** proposed image encryption scheme is evaluated using extensive security metrics such as correlation coefficient,entropy,histogram,time complexity,number of pixels change rate and unified average intensity *** experimental results validate the proposed scheme,and it is concluded that the proposed scheme is highly secured,lightweight and computationally *** the proposed scheme,the values of the correlation coefficient,entropy,mean square error(MSE),number of pixels change rate(NPCR),unified average change intensity(UACI)and contrast are 0.0069,7.9970,40.39,99.60%,33.47 and 10.4542 respectively.

The evolution of wireless communication is poised for a major shift with the transition from 5G to 6G, a leap characterized by breakthroughs in speed, ultra-reliable low-latency communication, and AI-driven network optimization. This paper examines these advancements, focusing on sub-millisecond latency, terahertz spectrum utilization, and enhanced network capabilities tailored to industries such as smart infrastructure, healthcare, and autonomous vehicles. While 6G promises revolutionary improvements, it also presents new challenges, including increased computational complexity and energy demands, data privacy concerns, and efficient spectrum allocation. The proposed model aims to address these issues by integrating AI and machine learning for optimized resource management, resulting in a high-performance, cost-effective solution for real-time, data-intensive applications. To assess the model's effectiveness, comprehensive simulations and real-world trials will be conducted, measuring critical metrics such as network throughput, latency, reliability, and energy efficiency. Drought is an environmental and economic problem. Sustainable ecosystems, water resources, food security, and ecosystem sustainability. Machine all are severely affected by drought. Due to the increasing frequency and severity of droughts caused by climate change. Effective drought modeling is crucial for early warning systems and risk mitigation. Recent advances in machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) techniques have been developed as potential drought modeling tools, which offer accurate and reliable drought detection. This review paper summarizes the drought modeling(Drought Prediction, Drought Detection and Drought Forecasting) approaches. This paper focuses on three main aspect. 1) The selection of the region for this study, for this study South Asia(SA) is selected as region of interest (ROI) that offer accurate drought modeling, providing policymakers and decision-makers with insightful information. The geographical scope of this study is the region of South Asia. This region is selected because of its heavy reliance on agriculture. 2) This paper focuses on the current and future trends, challenges, and advances of and vulnerability to droughts. The review offers a thorough grasp of how drought conditions are evaluated by gathering and analyzing the most important drought indicators and metrics specific to South Asia. The paper explores the current state-of-the-art in ML and DL for drought modeling. 3) This review encapsulates the indicator and metrics (Complex Machine learning and deep learning models) for drought modeling which are most relevant to the SA region. This study sum up as most common challenges in drought modeling are, highlighting current challenges such as incomplete and inconsistent datasets, lack of explainable and interpretable models, and unavailability of data for model uncertainty analysis. Diabetes is a metabolic disorder that results in a retinal complication called diabetic retinopathy(DR)which is one of the four main reasons for sightlessness all over the *** usually has no clear symptoms before the onset,thus making disease identication a challenging *** healthcare industry may face unfavorable consequences if the gap in identifying DR is not lled with effective ***,our objective is to develop an automatic and cost-effective method for classifying DR *** this work,we present a custom Faster-RCNN technique for the recognition and classication of DR lesions from retinal *** pre-processing,we generate the annotations of the dataset which is required for model ***,introduce DenseNet-65 at the feature extraction level of Faster-RCNN to compute the representative set of key ***,the Faster-RCNN localizes and classies the input sample into ve *** experiments performed on a Kaggle dataset comprising of 88,704 images show that the introduced methodology outperforms with an accuracy of 97.2%.We have compared our technique with state-of-the-art approaches to show its robustness in term of DR localization and ***,we performed cross-dataset validation on the Kaggle and APTOS datasets and achieved remarkable results on both training and testing phases.

File labeling techniques have a long history in analyzing the anthological trends in computational *** situation becomes worse in the case of files downloaded into systems from the ***,most users either have to change file names manually or leave a meaningless name of the files,which increases the time to search required files and results in redundancy and duplications of user ***,no significant work is done on automated file labeling during the organization of heterogeneous user files.A few attempts have been made in topic ***,one major drawback of current topic modeling approaches is better *** rely on specific language types and domain similarity of the *** this research,machine learning approaches have been employed to analyze and extract the information from heterogeneous corpus.A different file labeling technique has also been used to get the meaningful and`cohesive topic of the *** results show that the proposed methodology can generate relevant and context-sensitive names for heterogeneous data files and provide additional insight into automated file labeling in operating systems.

User Experience (UX) evaluation has a significant importance for any interactive application. Mobile device applications have additional limitations to convey good user experiences (UX) due to the usage and features of mobile devices in ubiquitous computing contexts. There are a lot of automated tools available for evaluating, such applications particularly developed for Android and iOS. Automated UX evaluation provides a number of strengths which are able to overcome the limitations of non-automated (moderated) counterparts. Automated UX evaluation is regarded as unexplored field, especially when it is adopted for the UX evaluation of complex mobile application. Despite these, automated UX evaluation tools are unexplored and should only be used in coupling with traditional UX evaluation techniques. Hence, this study aims to discuss the literature in automated UX evaluation and to highlight the UX measurements that merit further investigation. This paper presents the most fre-quently used automated UX evaluation tools for mobile applications. Therefore, the study analyzes existing automated UX tools and frameworks and identifies which UX attributes and measurements of automated UX evaluation are likely to be of use in future research. Moreover, we discuss the strengths and limitations of automated UX evaluation methods for mobile applications. Finally, the paper provides an overview of automated UX evaluation techniques and tools. This paper focuses on the concept of partial permutations and their use in algorithmic tasks. A partial permutation over Σ is a bijection πpar : Σ1 7→ Σ2 mapping a subset Σ1 ⊂ Σ to a subset Σ2 ⊂ Σ, where |Σ1| = |Σ2| (|Σ| denotes the size of a set Σ). Intuitively, two partial permutations agree if their mapping pairs do not form conflicts. This notion, which is formally defined in this paper, enables a consistent as well as informatively rich comparison between partial permutations. We formalize the Partial Permutations Agreement problem (PPA), as follows. Given two sets A1, A2 of partial permutations over alphabet Σ, each of size n, output all pairs (πi, πj), where πi ∈ A1, πj ∈ A2 and πi agrees with πj. The possibility of having a data structure for efficiently maintaining a dynamic set of partial permutations enabling to retrieve agreement of partial permutations is then studied, giving both negative and positive results. Applying our study enables to point out fruitful versus futile methods for efficient genes sequences comparison in database or automatic color transformation data augmentation technique for image processing through neural networks. It also shows that an efficient solution of strict Parameterized Dictionary Matching with One Gap (PDMOG) over general dictionary alphabets is not likely, unless the Strong Exponential Time Hypothesis (SETH) fails, thus negatively answering an open question posed lately. © Avivit Levy, Ely Porat, and B. To enhance the generalization of multi-objective feature selection (MOFS) in classification, this paper proposes an evolutionary multitasking algorithm, diverging from previous approaches that exclusively target selected features. The algorithm integrates information from both selected and unselected features, introducing a novel objective to minimize the accuracy of unselected features. This objective, combined with the goal of minimizing classification errors for selected features, forms an auxiliary MOFS task. The paper presents a dual-population evolutionary multitasking framework that synergizes the main MOFS task with the auxiliary task. A knowledge transfer mechanism, based on accuracy preferences, seamlessly shares insights from the auxiliary to the main task, aiming to identify improved Pareto feature subsets. Empirical results demonstrate the superior performance of several state-of-the-art multi-objective algorithms within this framework, highlighting significant improvements across diverse datasets. © 2024 IEEE.
