Processing programming languages are very similar to processing natural languages, especially high-level languages such as Python, Java, C#, C, C++, and others. Therefore, the natural language processing concepts can be applied as one of the most important branches of artificial intelligence in detecting, recognizing, and classification scripts written in different programming languages. The programming language script classification can be counted as a classical machine learning problem. This research aims to present a model using Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB) artificial intelligence algorithm to identify and classify the programming language used in writing the source code file provided as an input for the proposed model. A set of categorized files containing source codes will be used in training the proposed model, and then the model will be able to automatically detect and classify a new script into one of the already trained categories. The machine learning method called NB Multinomial will be used to implement this matter. This work is very important for Mufti-programming language editors such as Visual Studio Code, Notepad+, and others, where the user can paste the source code, and the editor will recognize the programming language automatically. © 2022 IEEE.

The rapid growth of electric vehicles (EVs) has led to significant challenges in providing efficient and sustainable charging solutions. This paper addresses the battery swapping station (BSS) recommendation problem by proposing a novel conflict-free genetic algorithm (CFGA) integrated with a Nash equilibrium seeking (NES) approach to identify optimal Nash equilibrium (ONE) solutions to such a non-cooperative optimization problem. The CFGA employs specialized crossover and mutation operators to generate offspring that satisfy the constraints of the problem, ensuring that each EV decides a unique battery swap strategy without conflict. Firstly, an order crossover operator is proposed to preserve the order of genes in the chromosomes. Secondly, a replacement and exchange mutation operator is proposed to enhance mutation diversity. The resulting optimal solution is then used as the initial strategy for the NES, which iteratively converges to the ONE. The proposed CFGA with NES algorithm is evaluated under both small-scale and large-scale cases, demonstrating its effectiveness in achieving a balance between costs for EVs and utilization for BSSs. The study's findings have practical implications for the smart grid and EV integration, offering a robust method for optimizing EV infrastructure and operations. © 2024 IEEE.

A prediction method of consumer buying behavior based on attention mechanism and CNN-BiLSTM is proposed, to fully extract the effective features of the behavior and make its prediction more accurate and stable. In this paper, the CNN model is used to automatically extract local features of the consumer buying behavior to select and optimize important information. The BiLSTM model is used to collect sequence patterns of buying behavior to find the correlation among features. The attention mechanism is used to assign different weights to the state values of the hidden layers of each neural network so that the hidden layers can better express important information to obtain more accurate and stable predictions. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed prediction method has advantages in not only accuracy but stability over other models. © 2022, Taiwan Ubiquitous Information CO LTD. Crowd management has become an integral part of urban planning in abnormality in the crowd and predict its future issues. Big data in social media is a rich source for researchers in crowd data analysis. In this systematic literature review (SLR), modern societies. It can organize the flow of the crowd, perform counting, recognize the related works are analyzed, which includes crowd management from both global and local sides (Hajj events—Saudi Arabia) based on deep learning (DL) methods. This survey concerns crowd management research published from 2010 to 2023. It has specified 45 primary studies that accomplish the objectives of the research questions (RQs), namely, investigation of the taxonomies, approaches, and comprehensive studies of crowd management both globally and locally and focusing on the most commonly used techniques of DL. We found both supervised and unsupervised DL techniques have achieved high accuracy, with different strengths and weaknesses for each approach. A lot of these studies discuss aspects of scene analysis of crowds, that are captured by installed cameras in the place. However, there is a dilemma regarding exploiting data provided on social media to use in the crowd analysis domain. Which we believe that the analysis of big data may raise crowd management to the upper level of enhancement. To this end, motivated by the findings of this SLR. The primary purpose of this review is strived to illustrate obstacles and dilemmas in crowd analysis fields to provide a road map for future researchers. Furthermore, it aims to find research gaps existing to focus on it in the future studies. The results indicate that the lack of Hajj research, especially in sentiment analysis and the study of the pilgrims' behavior. © The Author(s) 2024.

Video surveillance is mostly used for monitoring distant videos and the cloud memory in the system provides more secure to the data. But, in the existing methodologies poor intrusion detection accuracy as well as poor performance rate is considered as the main demerits. So, to overcome the above-mentioned demerits, a novel video surveillance-based Intrusion Detection System (IDS) (VS-IDS) in the edge cloud environment via deep learning method has been developed in this research. Different algorithms are used for object detection and intrusion detection. Subsequently, the proposed model can be implemented and verified in NVIDIA Jetson TX2 platform. The proposed model attains better rate of performance than the existing models. The Performance of the proposed model can be validated with accuracy, precision, recall, MSE and F-measure. Higher performance rate indicates that the system can detect intrusion more accurately than the existing mechanisms. 99% of detection accuracy can be attained through the proposed model. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

In present era, transformation of almost all fields of life toward digitalization, poses various challenges. One of them is effective data analysis of large datasets and its complexity multiplies when dataset evolves with time. Dominance based rough set theory is a mathematical based tool, which efficiently probes hidden patterns from preference ordered based datasets. But in case of large datasets, computation of DRSA approximations becomes crucial step. In conventional DRSA algorithm, approximation sets have to be re-calculated when some change occurs in data over time. Therefore, repetitive calculations further increase the computational cost of approximations in real-time domain. In this paper, we researched the execution cost of approximations and designed a periodic approach to efficiently update DRSA approximations when variations occur in an object set and value set of decision attribute. We tested and compared the proposed dynamic approach with conventional approach and another dynamic approach, using UCI datasets. The results have shown that the proposed approach marked 98% reduction in computational time in comparison with conventional approach and 25% reduction in comparison with dynamic approach while updating DRSA approximations upon multi-dimensional variations. © 2022 IEEE.

Breast cancer(BC)is the most widespread tumor in females worldwide and is a severe public health *** is the leading reason of death affecting females between the ages of 20 to 59 around the *** detection and therapy can help women receive effective treatment and,as a result,decrease the rate of breast cancer *** cancer tumor develops when cells grow improperly and attack the healthy tissue in the human *** are classified as benign or malignant,and the absence of cancer in the breast is considered *** learning,machine learning,and transfer learning models are applied to detect and identify cancerous tissue like *** research assists in the identification and classification of *** implemented the pre-trained model AlexNet and proposed model Breast cancer identification and classification(BCIC),which are machine learning-based models,by evaluating them in the form of comparative *** used 3 datasets,A,B,and *** fuzzed these datasets and got 2 datasets,A2C and *** A2C is the fusion of A,B,and C with 2 classes categorized as benign and *** B3C is the fusion of datasets A,B,and C with 3 classes classified as benign,malignant,and *** used customized AlexNet according to our datasets and BCIC in our proposed *** achieved an accuracy of 86.5%on Dataset B3C and 76.8%on Dataset A2C by using AlexNet,and we achieved the optimum accuracy of 94.5%on Dataset B3C and 94.9%on Dataset A2C by using proposed model BCIC at 40 epochs with 0.00008 learning *** proposed fuzzed dataset model using transfer *** fuzzed three datasets to get more accurate results and the proposed model achieved the highest prediction accuracy using fuzzed dataset transfer learning technique.

The classification of medical and botanical data through majority voting using artificial neural network

Data classification has many approaches in data mining and machine learning. The artificial neural network (ANN) is applied to classify the data that might belong to various domains like chemical, botanical, medical, spatial, textual, and image. In this work, an ANN technique is applied to the 7 Life sciences (botanical and medical) data sets extracted from public data repositories. Various optimization approaches like exhaustive validation, cross-validation, and multiple seeding are used to discover the most optimized networks for the given datasets. Finally, voting predicts the class where the whole dataset is used as a test set instead of folds. The results obtained by the proposed approach outperform other approaches on all the datasets. Cleveland’s heart, Statlog heart, Dermatology, Hepatitis, Seeds, Abalone and Vertebral Column data sets (all of UCI) after applying the voting showed the accuracy of 94.61%, 93.7%, 99.73%, 96.77%, 99.05%, 89.37% and 90.32% respectively. This paper classifies and summarises the historical literature on carousel systems in automated storage and retrieval systems in recent years. As an automated storage and retrieval system for distribution centers and production facilities, carousels facilitate the storage and dispatching of goods, significantly improving warehouse turnover efficiency. Their performance have been investigated by many scholars and experts. As carousels evolve and upgrade, more and more innovative algorithms have been used to improve the efficiency of outbound carousel storage. In this paper, we collate articles investigating how the carousel system is stored inbound versus retrieved outbound. We then discuss articles on the dual-command model of automatic storage retrieval systems as a whole. By reviewing over 50 papers, we summarise research on how to store and unload goods, focusing on the performance of automatic storage retrieval systems under dual-command conditions. On this basis, we review the current research's limitations and suggest future research directions. © 2023 IEEE.

Asthma is a chronic respiratory disease that can be challenging to manage. To improve asthma management, we designed a personalized alarm system that utilizes lung function data to monitor and alert individuals to potentially harmful air quality. Our pilot observation included seven individuals who were exposed to two different air-quality environments, and we observed significant variations in their lung function responses. Based on these observations, we developed customized alarm systems for each participant that continuously monitored air quality and provided notifications when it reached levels that could potentially exacerbate their asthma symptoms. This personalized approach has the potential to enable individuals to proactively protect their respiratory health and avoid asthma attacks by taking timely and appropriate action based on their own specific needs. © 2023 IEEE.
