With the increasing use of digital media, digital forensics has become a crucial method for ascertaining authenticity and detecting manipulations in images. However, intentional anti-forensic manipulations to hide forensic clues have made verification more difficult. The efforts to develop countermeasures against anti-forensics have contributed to the evolution toward robust techniques in the field of anti-forensics;hence, the development of anti-forensic methods and their respective countermeasures will remain continuous. This work provides a scientometric analysis, a powerful tool for the study of the growth of research output in accordance with time and citation, author, organizational, and keyword co-occurrence analysis. It enhances state-of-the-art analysis by underlining highly influential authors, organizations, and works and stipulates knowledge gaps. This would consequently provide a platform for building a community where insights and inclusiveness among researchers, industry practitioners, and policymakers would all come together to guide their strategies and decisions for innovation in this dynamic field. Heart failure occurs when the heart's lower cham-bers (ventricles) weaken and can't pump blood effectively. The heart contains 2 ventricles that are left and right. When left ventricular failure occurs, it causes shortness of breath and fatigue, and when right ventricular failure occurs, it causes peripheral and abdominal fluid accumulation. Heart failure is a disorder in breathing and oxygen supply to the whole body. As we know, Heart is responsible for circulating blood all over the body parts. When it stops pumping, blood can no longer circulate effectively causing fluid to build up in the lungs causing difficulty in breathing and in the legs, causing swelling. The fluid buildup can cause shortness of breath and swelling of the legs and feet. As a result, fluctuation in breathing takes place and, in the end, the patient dies. This study investigates the use of machine learning tools, like k-Nearest Neighbors, Decision Trees, Naïve Bayes, and Random Forests, to identify heart failure. We are proposing a model for Heart Failure Prediction using a machine learning algorithm and a dataset to determine the performance in terms of accuracy. As a result, the Random Forest classifier along with the SMOTE operator provides the highest accuracy of 91.12%, precision of 87.88%, recall of 95.39%, and F1 measure of 91.48% among the models considered. This research is a very important contribution to healthcare for effective predictions of this disease, as the number of patients is increasing day by day. The results hold significance for future modifications too in medical diagnostics and helping material for more accurate detection methodologies. © 2024 IEEE.

The speech signal has numerous features that represent the characteristics of a specific language and recognize emotions. It also contains information that can be used to identify the mental, psychological, and physical states of the speaker. Recently, the acoustic analysis of speech signals offers a practical, automated, and scalable method for medical diagnosis and monitoring symptoms of many diseases. In this paper, we explore the deep acoustic features from confirmed positive and negative cases of COVID-19 and compare the performance of the acoustic features and COVID-19 symptoms in terms of their ability to diagnose COVID-19. The proposed methodology consists of the pre-trained Visual Geometry Group (VGG-16) model based on Mel spectrogram images to extract deep audio features. In addition to the K-means algorithm that determines effective features, followed by a Genetic Algorithm-Support Vector Machine (GA-SVM) classifier to classify cases. The experimental findings indicate the proposed methodology’s capability to classify COVID-19 and NOT COVID-19 from acoustic features compared to COVID-19 symptoms, achieving an accuracy of 97%. The experimental results show that the proposed method remarkably improves the accuracy of COVID-19 detection over the handcrafted features used in previous studies.

Property Enhanced Instruction Tuning for Multi-task Molecule Generation with Large Language Models

Large language models (LLMs) are widely applied in various natural language processing tasks such as question answering and machine translation. However, due to the lack of labeled data and the difficulty of manual annotation for biochemical properties, the performance for molecule generation tasks is still limited, especially for tasks involving multi-properties constraints. In this work, we present a two-step framework PEIT (Property Enhanced Instruction Tuning) to improve LLMs for molecular-related tasks. In the first step, we use textual descriptions, SMILES, and biochemical properties as multimodal inputs to pre-train a model called PEIT-GEN, by aligning multimodal representations to synthesize instruction data. In the second step, we fine-tune existing open-source LLMs with the synthesized data, the resulting PEIT-LLM can handle molecule captioning, text-based molecule generation, molecular property prediction, and our newly proposed multi-constraint molecule generation tasks. Experimental results show that our pre-trained PEIT-GEN outperforms MolT5, BioT5, MolCA and Text+Chem-T5 in molecule captioning, demonstrating modalities align well between textual descriptions, structures, and biochemical properties. Furthermore, PEIT-LLM shows promising improvements in multi-task molecule generation, demonstrating the effectiveness of the PEIT framework for various molecular tasks. Research based on electroencephalogram (EEG) and virtual reality (VR) has developed rapidly in recent years. The integration of EEG and VR technology has been broadly employed in psychological intervention to treat various psychological conditions and alleviate stress. At present, there exist commercial-level EEG emotion recognition products, however, research on the correlation between the content of VR scenarios and emotions remains unavailable. Therefore, this work investigates VR scene construction based on EEG, which incorporates the recovery environment theory and virtual reality technology to construct different three-dimensional dynamic virtual reality interaction scenes. EEG equipment constructs an emotion-adaptive VR system based on EEG signals with the aid of VR interaction equipment. Herein, EEG data feedback was applied to automatically generate VR scenes, and the experimental findings revealed that the system has certain feasibility and application value. © 2023 IEEE.

PCOS are the serious condition which affects female ovaries during their reproductive age of 15 to 45. This disease affects 5 to 10% of reproductive-age females. Although it is difficult to fully resolve this issue,the PCOS affected women can be mitigated through proper exercise, by taking proper nutritious diet and maintaining the healthy BMI. Until they take a pregnancy test, the majority of women are unaware of the disease. The clinical dataset has the 541 instances and 45 attributes of unbalanced classes of 0 and 1 (no and yes) which has 364 instances of 0 (no) class and 177 instances of 1 (yes) class. Preprocessing is done for the unbalanced dataset by filling the null values and changing the datatype of all attributes to numeric datatypes. The unbalanced dataset is balanced by the balancing techniques of SMOTE and Random Over Sampling. Comparing the both balanced techniques through the accuracy the random oversampling gives the *** supervised learning algorithms are Decision tree, KNN,Random Forest,AdaBoost, Logistic regression,Gradient boosting, cat boosting, XGBoosting, Linear SVM, Radial SVM, Linear discriminant analysis and Quadratic discriminant analysis are *** supervised learning algorithms are trained and tested by splitting the dataset to 70% for training and 30% for testing. The ensemble stacking techniques are used by implementing the all models at the cross validation of *** xgboost gives the accuracy of 96% for the balanced dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

Trust is essential in the constantly developing environment of online social networks. The Nexus Terroism Impact and Intro Trust facilitate the communication, decision-making, and maintenance of digital communities among individuals. Trust-based Learning with Classification Principle (TLCP) is introduced in this research to improve the assessment of trust in social networks. To ascertain its efficacy, our proposed methodology undergoes a 10-fold cross-validation against the Trust Assessment Methodology (TAM). The traditional Trust Assessment Model (TAM) evaluates and regulates trust in Internet social networking. This method incorporates trust assessment factors to generate a user dependability judgment that is both discriminatory and dynamic. The Trustworthy Account Management (TAM) challenge is designed to enhance digital trust by addressing disinformation, deception, and hostile conduct. The TLCP is able to accurately evaluate trust by utilizing reputation scoring, community analysis, and user behavior metrics. Trust levels are dynamically adjusted as a result of the identification of trustworthy behavioral patterns and danger indicators by machine learning algorithms and social media data. This research examines the connections between trust management and digital interactions and suggests a general solution to alleviate specific trust evaluation issues across online social networks. © 2024 IEEE.

The Paper explores different aspects of deep learning techniques and neural networks in the fields of healthcare, time-series forecasting, agriculture, and other relevant sectors through soft computing. The objective of the report is to examine the significant potential and applications of neural networks. While machine learning techniques called neural networks (NN) are utilized for audio, picture, and the processing of natural languages, it has huge implications in robotics where several machine learning algorithms are significantly required. Improvements in deep machine learning are also investigated in the article specifically in the fields of drug construction, genetics, recognizing faces, farming, biological medicine, biological informatics, medical treatment, natural language, multimedia analysis of data, and mobility prediction. However black box challenges and privacy concerns with data are often ignored in this research. The paper also outlines deep learning-driven data mining techniques for precisely predicting, displaying, evaluating, and classifying data. The report has also emphasized on addressing the potential privacy concerns and challenges associated to information representation. By reviewing recent literature sources about neural network techniques, the study proposes innovation strategies and potential improvement areas for the development of advanced technologies like deep learning and neural networks while addressing the key privacy concerns in data processing. © 2024 IEEE.

Recently,multimodal multiobjective optimization problems(MMOPs)have received increasing *** goal is to find a Pareto front and as many equivalent Pareto optimal solutions as *** some evolutionary algorithms for them have been proposed,they mainly focus on the convergence rate in the decision space while ignoring solutions *** this paper,we propose a new multiobjective fireworks algorithm for them,which is able to balance exploitation and exploration in the decision *** first extend a latest single-objective fireworks algorithm to handle *** we make improvements by incorporating an adaptive strategy and special archive guidance into it,where special archives are established for each firework,and two strategies(i.e.,explosion and random strategies)are adaptively selected to update the positions of sparks generated by fireworks with the guidance of special ***,we compare the proposed algorithm with eight state-of-the-art multimodal multiobjective algorithms on all 22 MMOPs from CEC2019 and several imbalanced distance minimization *** results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to compared algorithms in solving ***,its runtime is less than its peers'.
