Multifunctional health plasma imagery is an important component of several computer-assisted surgical treatments as well as appearance healthcare therapy and diagnostics. This study presents a- anti Shear let Transforming (NSST) + Gray Wolf optimized (GWO) technique-based advanced healthcare fused measurement device. Its GWO methodology as well as the ideal gain settings decide here on optimal sub band. Furthermore, a noise removal and improvement phase is applied to the whole method in order to increase the video appearance and also the degree of detail. Whenever the pictures are distorted by pollution, such classic merging methods' productivity is severely hindered. Therefore, it is necessary to create a transformation that can maintain specific data even though photos are damaged. The equal achievement of low noise plus improved texture is likewise difficult. The objective of the proposed research is to correlate advanced NSST fuse imagery with conventional geographical, translation, filter, etc artificial neural area merging approaches. © 2022 IEEE.

The shift from teacher-centric to student-centric education has been a subject of debate, with traditional instruction often criticized for fostering rote learning and passive engagement. Due to its emphasis on student autonomy and real-world application of knowledge, the growing popularity of Project-Based Learning as a novel alternative to traditional classroom-based teaching pedagogy is attracting educational institutions all around the world. In engineering education, multifaceted skill development is paramount. PjBL offers a dynamic approach to cultivate essential competencies and it significantly improves engineering education. The National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) of India lays a strong emphasis on Project-Based Learning as the cornerstone of educational reform. But, only smaller number of research studies are conducted in the country to explore the attitudes and perceptions of students towards Project-Based Learning in the engineering sector. It lays bare the imminent need for educationalists to focus on this research gap. This paper explores the attitudes and perceptions of engineering students towards Project-Based Learning from Kerala, a state in Southern India. A novel questionnaire entitled Project-Based Learning in engineering Education in Kerala (PLEEK) is developed by the IEEE Education Society Kerala Chapter to conduct the survey. A total of 136 students from all over Kerala attended the survey. It is observed that the students have a positive perception of Project-Based Learning and its impact on enhancing their education. On the other hand, an abysmally low count of 11% of students believed that their current campus ecosystem supported this teaching pedagogy. They highlighted the need for a drastic transformation in the present academic infrastructure to support Project-Based Learning. Image-denoising techniques are widely used to defend against Adversarial Examples(AEs).However,denoising alone cannot completely eliminate adversarial *** remaining perturbations tend to amplify as they propagate through deeper layers of the network,leading to ***,image denoising compromises the classification accuracy of original *** address these challenges in AE defense through image denoising,this paper proposes a novel AE detection *** proposed technique combines multiple traditional image-denoising algorithms and Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)network *** used detector model integrates the classification results of different models as the input to the detector and calculates the final output of the detector based on a machine-learning voting *** analyzing the discrepancy between predictions made by the model on original examples and denoised examples,AEs are detected *** technique reduces computational overhead without modifying the model structure or parameters,effectively avoiding the error amplification caused by *** proposed approach demonstrates excellent detection performance against mainstream AE *** results show outstanding detection performance in well-known AE attacks,including Fast Gradient Sign Method(FGSM),Basic Iteration Method(BIM),DeepFool,and Carlini&Wagner(C&W),achieving a 94%success rate in FGSM detection,while only reducing the accuracy of clean examples by 4%.

Several instances of pneumonia with no clear etiology were recorded in Wuhan,China,on December 31,*** world health organization(WHO)called it COVID-19 that stands for“Coronavirus Disease 2019,”which is the second version of the previously known severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)Coronavirus and identified in short as(SARSCoV-2).There have been regular restrictions to avoid the infection spread in all countries,including Saudi *** prediction of new cases of infections is crucial for authorities to get ready for early handling of the virus ***:Analysis and forecasting of epidemic patterns in new SARSCoV-2 positive patients are presented in this research using metaheuristic optimization and long short-term memory(LSTM).The optimization method employed for optimizing the parameters of LSTM is Al-Biruni Earth Radius(BER)***:To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology,a dataset is collected based on the recorded cases in Saudi Arabia between March 7^(th),2020 and July 13^(th),*** addition,six regression models were included in the conducted experiments to show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed *** achieved results show that the proposed approach could reduce the mean square error(MSE),mean absolute error(MAE),and R^(2)by 5.92%,3.66%,and 39.44%,respectively,when compared with the six base *** the other hand,a statistical analysis is performed to measure the significance of the proposed ***:The achieved results confirm the effectiveness,superiority,and significance of the proposed approach in predicting the infection cases of COVID-19.

This study focuses on transmitting data utilizing medical sensors that are vital for patients in hospitals and other settings. In this situation, Light Fidelity refers to transmitting medical sensor data or other data comprising the Transmitter (Tx) and the Receiver (Rx). If the Light Fidelity Principle is used, the Transmitter transmits LEDs or light to the Receiver. At the same time, the Receiver contains a receiver or light detection component known as the Light Dependent Resistor (LDR);using programming and this basic working principle, data can be sent from the LED Transmitter to the LDR Receiver using C++ Programming and its Library to send Medical sensor data. Sensors can include pulse sensors, like in prior research, and additional sensors such as SPO2 or blood pressure sensors. For medical data, a modest bit rate is sufficient, but LiFi applications can be created in such a way that they can be hybridized with WiFi and other RF devices such as LoRa and the Internet of Things. © 2024 IEEE.

Patients' data is stored in Electronic Health Records (EHRs) for confidentiality purposes. However, the insecure networks of hospitals and clinics puts patient information at risk. To address this ethical issue, secure communication is crucial. The Digital Imaging and communications in Medicine (DICOM) standard governs the transmission of EHRs to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. This paper combines cryptography and steganography techniques to transmit medical information and images across hospital networks, securely. The introduced framework comprises encryption of patients' data using DNA-based Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), hiding the information within images using Least Significant Bit (LSB) embedding, compressing the stego images using Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), and reversal of the process at the receiver end. Simulation experiments demonstrate that this framework comprising both encryption and steganography outperforms existing methods in securing the medical data. © 2023 IEEE.

Modern people's hectic schedules are a direct result of the ways they live and the responsibilities they have at work. On the other hand, maintaining a healthy lifestyle demands consistent physical exertion. Obesity is a result of people not paying attention to what they eat. As a result of modern living, obesity is on the rise. As a result, in order to maintain a healthy weight, people pick their food and exercise habits accordingly. People should know how many calories they consume and how many calories they burn. Calorie counts are easy to get online or on product labels, so it's not hard to keep track of one's calorie intake. There aren't many tools available to help you keep track of the calories you burn. To keep up with the hectic pace of modern life and the constant search for shortcuts, we built a system that uses machine learning to track post-workout calorie burn and development. By taking a few attributes as input, this system can approximate the calories burned, which will show daily growth and motivate people to exercise more. This paper presents an innovative ML model for accurate calorie prediction;it's called the Improved Learning Model for Calorie Prediction (ILMCP). To test how well it works, the authors cross-validate it with the traditional Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm. As a result, it is the quickest approach and may be utilized for object identification in real-time. Next, we'll apply the ILMCP algorithm to the picture for segmentation. Foreground extraction with little to no user input requires it. Following picture segmentation, we use the probing object's known volume to determine the food item's volume. Once the volume has been determined, the food item's mass may be determined using formulae. Then, the connection between weight and calories can be used to compute the food item's calories. © 2024 IEEE.

Earlier generations of mobile technology experienced exponential growth in mobile customers, disruptive ecosystems like Internet of Things applications, and massive channel capacity needed to connect trillions of devices. 5G networks are a vital solution. 5G aims to provide 10 Gbps to a single user, as well as quality of service, increased spectrum efficiency, ultra-reliable communication, extended device battery life, massive machine-type communication (mMTC), and a 1000-fold capacity gain. Due to the heavy traffic volume and high resource consumption of 5G applications like augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and wireless body area networks, there are major barriers to channel capacity and potential service disruptions for other users. New strategies are needed to increase spectral efficiency and channel capacity. This paper explores many major new wireless technologies that aim to increase spectral efficiency and channel capacity to meet growing user demands and improve network performance. This paper also examines these technologies' benefits and research challenges. Massive Multi-Input Multi-Output (mMIMO) technology's effectiveness and potential distinguish it for 5G and Beyond 5G (B5G) networks, offering a variety of benefits and characteristics. This article can also assist researchers who are conducting in-depth studies, as well as wireless network operators who aim to streamline the development of 5G and B5G networks. © 2024 IEEE.
