In this era, wireless networks are economically feasible and flexible to establish in healthcare, defense, surveillance, and traffic monitoring, fire detection. Effective intruder detection systems utilize advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), sensors, and cameras. Traditional approaches for surveillance and intruder detection had faced several challenges which include false alarms, high costs, privacy concerns, and vulnerabilities. To overcome these challenges, a Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping (Grad CAM) with Pyramid Vision Transformer-You Only Look Once Enhanced (PViT-YOLOE) namely GRADCAM-PViT-YOLOE is proposed to detect intruders in public places using images and videos. For preprocessing, noise reduction, image resizing, and image segmentation are considered to reduce false positives, enhance memory efficiency, and to reduce complexity. Then, PViT-YOLOE is considered for feature extraction to enhance detection of small objects, enhance robustness to variations. At last, Grad CAM is employed as classifier to detect intruders in public places with improved interpretability, robustness to noise, and flexibility. The results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed GRADCAM-PViT-YOLOE in terms of accuracy (99.25%), precision (96.75%) recall (89.82%) and F1-Score (87.92%) when compared to the existing method like Faster Regions Convolutional Neural Networks (FR-CNN). © 2024 IEEE.

Cardiac disease is a chronic condition that impairs the heart’s *** includes conditions such as coronary artery disease,heart failure,arrhythmias,and valvular heart *** conditions can lead to serious complications and even be life-threatening if not detected and managed in *** have utilized Machine Learning(ML)and Deep Learning(DL)to identify heart abnormalities swiftly and *** approaches have been applied to predict and treat heart disease utilizing ML and *** paper proposes a Machine and Deep Learning-based Stacked Model(MDLSM)to predict heart disease *** approaches such as eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGB),Random Forest(RF),Naive Bayes(NB),Decision Tree(DT),and KNearest Neighbor(KNN),along with two DL models:Deep Neural Network(DNN)and Fine Tuned Deep Neural Network(FT-DNN)are used to detect heart *** models rely on electronic medical data that increases the likelihood of correctly identifying and diagnosing heart ***-known evaluation measures(i.e.,accuracy,precision,recall,F1-score,confusion matrix,and area under the Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve)are employed to check the efficacy of the proposed *** reveal that the MDLSM achieves 94.14%prediction accuracy,which is 8.30%better than the results from the baseline experiments recommending our proposed approach for identifying and diagnosing heart disease.

The process of enhancing electronic circuits in order to improve energy efficiency is currently being made more efficient with the application of artificial intelligence (AI). In this day and age, where energy consumption is a big problem, the exploitation of techniques driven by artificial intelligence has shown to be an indispensable tool in the construction of electronic devices that reduce power consumption without sacrificing performance. This is achieved through the deployment of ways that are driven by artificial intelligence. Within the scope of this, the application of machine learning techniques is being researched for the purpose of analyzing and modifying circuit designs. There are several other variables that are taken into consideration, such as voltage, current, and the specifications of the components. The purpose of this research is to make a significant contribution to the development of electronic systems that are efficient in terms of energy consumption by utilizing circuit optimization that is driven by artificial intelligence capabilities. Because of this, the research will be able to satisfy the growing need for technology that is favourable to the environment. These discoveries not only offer valuable insights into the synergy that exists between artificial intelligence and the design of electronics, but they also pave the way for future improvements in technology that are aware of the amount of energy that is being consumed. © 2024 IEEE.

Recently, the internet has created a global community by connecting millions of individuals, devices, and organizations. Unfortunately, internet connectivity is still not available to many people around the world. To provide everyone with internet access, network infrastructures must be expanded, and internet connection costs must be reduced, particularly in developing regions. Therefore, Wireless Community Networks (WCNs) have emerged as a crucial alternative for individuals who lack direct access to internet services provided by traditional internet service providers. This research paper aims to investigate the routing protocols that have been widely employed in WCNs over the past decade. Specifically, it focuses on evaluating the strengths and limitations of these protocols to assess their effectiveness and reliability in establishing optimal routing paths for end-to-end message delivery across the network. A set of recommendations and future directions are proposed to facilitate further research into unresolved challenges related to WCN routing protocols. © (2024) International Association of Engineers. In recent days, the effective inventory management relies on accurate demand forecasting for effective management of business balance stocks. However, the traditional forecasting methods often struggled with different complexities such as variability, overstocking and wasted resources. In this research, the Ensemble Stacking Model with Hyperparameter Tuning (En-Stacking-HT) is proposed for effective optimized inventory management. Initially, the data is collected from M5 accuracy completion dataset and further preprocessed with data imputation, z-score normalization. These preprocessing techniques handles the missing values in data and standardizes the data in significant range. Then, Seasonal and Trend Decomposition (STL) is employed for extracting seasonality and trend features from preprocessed data by using Locally Estimated Scatterplot Smoothing (LOESS). Finally, the proposed En-Stacking-HT is utilized for inventory management prediction and optimized through hyperparameter tuning for predicting effective optimized inventory management for demand forecasting. From the results, the proposed En-Stacking-HT attained better results in terms of Mean Absolute Error (MAE) (16.82), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) (22.85) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) (4.97%) when compared to existing Random Forest (RF). © 2025 IEEE.

This paper proposes the use of adaptive algorithms for real-time data analysis. Adaptive algorithms are a set of practical methods used for acting information-driven optimization and studying. They have a wide variety of applications and may be implemented to a selection of facts analysis obligations. This paper offers an overview of existing adaptive algorithms and descriptions of several new programs in the area of actual-time facts analysis. In particular, the paper discusses the notion of adaptive thresholding, which allows for practical real-time evaluation of large datasets. The paper also provides a novel technique for making use of these algorithms in an online learning environment. Results from simulations illustrate the ability of the proposed method in real-international packages. Sooner or later, the paper presents numerous key lessons discovered and affords recommendations for future research and packages in this area. © 2024 IEEE.

The increase in data transmission network speed and reliability is inextricably linked to the fast growth of information technology. This calls for the ongoing improvement and upgrading of current standards. Next-generation communication networks are being developed and deployed with diligence by several organizations. This article provides a thorough examination of the software options available that are designed for analyzing and evaluating data network behaviors. It specifically emphasizes tools with substantial built-in functionality and flexibility that are ideally suited for mobile communication systems. It becomes clear that the NS3 network simulator is the best option. Effective and efficient cyber incident handling is crucial for maintaining the security of information systems and organizational data. This research aims to develop a priority-based cyber incident handling method by adopting the NIST 2.0 framework and utilizing machine learning classification algorithms. This method enables organizations to quickly and accurately identify and respond to incidents based on threat levels and impact, focusing resources on the most critical incidents. The research employs the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification algorithm to determine incident priorities. The study is still developing for handling cyber incidents, followed by testing and evaluating the system prototype within organizations. Initial results indicate that the priority-based approach using the SVM classification algorithm achieves a True Positive (TP) Rate of 0.999 and a False Positive (FP) Rate of 0.008, with a correlation of 98.88%, resulting in excellent performance in identifying positive cases and a low error rate. © 2024 IEEE.

In this meta-analysis, we present a robust approach for consumer retention forecasting by integrating advanced machine learning algorithms. The method comprises three core algorithms: Consumer Behaviour Neural Network (CBNN), Retention Decision Trees (RDT), and Long Short-Term Memory for Retention (LSTM-R). The objective is to model intricate relationships within consumer behaviours and accurately predict their retention probabilities. CBNN a key component, adeptly captures intricate patterns within consumer behaviour data. It involves multiple hidden layers with activation functions, enabling accurate prediction of retention probabilities based on input features. The flowchart for CBNN showcases the training process involving forward and backward passes, underlining its deep learning approach. RDT this method utilizes decision tree algorithms to predict consumer retention decisions. By recursively splitting the dataset based on information gain, RDT efficiently models consumer behaviour, as depicted in the flowchart. Information gain is maximized to create a robust predictive model. LSTM-R tailored for temporal data in consumer retention prediction, leverages specialized LSTM architecture. It effectively processes sequential consumer interactions, crucial for accurate prediction of consumer retention probabilities. The proposed method integrates these algorithms, leveraging historical consumer data, and conducts a comprehensive meta-analysis to evaluate their predictive performance. © 2023 IEEE.
