The Internet has grown in importance and impact over the years, causing people to become more reliant on it. The Internet has evolved into a major vector for cybercrime because to its ever-increasing user base. Over the last decade, the number of these computing systems - including desktops, laptops, smartphones, and the Internet of Things (IoT) - has skyrocketed. Among them, cell phones are practically integral to modern life. The popularity of web-based assaults has skyrocketed with the exponential growth in the number of individuals using the Internet. These web-based assaults are increasingly being combatted by security corporations. Unfortunately, new forms of these assaults are appearing all the time, making it hard for older security measures to stay up. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a source of optimism in the current cybersecurity landscape, offering a potential solution to the ever-changing digital dangers. The fast development of AI over the last decade has given rise to this optimism, because it is now impacting the expansion of every industry. With AI bringing so many advantages in every field, online security is one sector that just cannot afford to ignore it. This planned effort's work represents an advance in that direction. Critical online security issues have been the focus of this proposed work's study, which aims to address these issues using AI. Web security issues for desktop and mobile devices have been addressed in the proposed work. The planned work's contributions to online security are as follows: The 'MalCrawler' web crawler is a targeted tool for finding and exploring the web. This crawler makes it easy to gather websites, particularly ones that are harmful. It does a better job of collecting dangerous websites than a typical crawler. Additionally, it is built to circumvent the evasion strategies used by rogue websites. In recent years, web programming has increased to the extent where it is capable of rendering 3D objects on the web. Its rendering performance varied depending on where it ran and what library was used to render the objects. This study aims to investigate the rendering performance of several 3D renderer libraries that render 3D objects in an augmented reality application. WebGL is one of the APIs that uses the Javascript programming language to render 3D objects in web applications. To create augmented reality on the web, a JavaScript library called *** is needed, which allows developers to create augmented reality on the web without the need to use additional plugins. *** supports various types of augmented reality, i.e., bookmarks, images, and location-based types. It also allows developers to incorporate visual and audio effects into augmented reality. This study aims to investigate the rendering performance of WebGL raw shaders and GLSL shaders in an HTML-based augmented reality application. The results suggested that both WebGL and GLSL could render low-poly and medium-poly 3D objects well. However, according to the test, WebGL performance drops significantly when rendering high-polygon 3D objects. Nonetheless, the GLSL library could render the same high-poly 3D objects at a similar level with native library rendering performance. Thus, suggest GLSL shaders as the recommended library to render 3D objects on the web. © 2023 ACM.

A biometric identifier, in contrast to other identifiers used for authentication, is a quantitative evaluation of an individual's physical attributes that is successfully used to confirm or validate the identification. Because of its remarkable and consistent texture variation, iris recognition is thought to be the most dependable biometric recognition. Concerns about security, authentication, and identification are growing in importance across all domains as technology advances daily. High-security applications use these unique patterns for iris recognition. To increase the security of biometric applications without jeopardizing individual privacy, this research suggests a novel FL technique for privacy-preserving iris detection. Traditional biometric systems rely on centralised data storage and processing, which threatens data security and misuse. Federated Learning: decentralized model training that allows multiple federated clients (like mobile devices or edge servers) to collaboratively train a global model without sharing their raw iris data. We explore how this architecture can be applied to iris detection systems, maintaining accuracy while mitigating privacy risks. Our method ensures that iris features are learned locally on individual devices, and only encrypted model updates are shared with the central server. To strengthen privacy, we incorporate differential privacy and secure aggregation techniques to prevent data leakage during model training. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework in maintaining high detection accuracy, low communication overhead, and robust privacy guarantees. © 2024 IEEE.

In this digital era, attracting new students from outside the region to enter a college or university is difficult. This problem can be solved with good marketing and information dissemination techniques. Information is a type of data that has been processed and organized so that it has relevant meaning for the recipient. Useful information can be used to help make decisions, gain new knowledge, or solve problems. One medium for providing information is by using videos that can be uploaded to YouTube for dissemination. However, problems arise when the information depends on the point of view of the video content creator, who may not provide enough information sought by users in their videos. Virtual reality (VR) technology can be pursued as one of the solutions to overcome the lack of detail and control in videos for users to get the expected information. One of the technologies in VR that allows people to explore a three-dimensional virtual world on a web platform is the 360° WebVR technology. Since users have full control over what can be seen using WebVR, it is expected that this technology can assist users in getting deeper and detailed information related to their needs. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of using YouTube videos and WebVR in distributing information and delivering detailed information to users. The results show that WebVR technology has the potential to provide greater control over more detailed information to users who use it, in contrast to traditional two-dimensional video playback technology. © 2023 ACM.

Smartphones have grown popular in the current digital era among people. Map-based applications are one of many that are used daily by people to acquire information about specific locations. Google Maps and Waze are two popular examples of map-based applications for travel and navigation, as they provide detailed information while the user navigates from one point to another. One of the most commonly used algorithms in map-based applications is the Dijkstra algorithm. Although the Dijkstra algorithm can determine the shortest route between two points, there is an issue when the selected route involves a large number of data points that need to be processed. The more data points involved, the longer it takes to do a route calculation in the Dijkstra algorithm. This can lead to a degradation in system performance, especially on smartphones with limited resources. To address this issue, the Douglas-Peucker algorithm is proposed as a solution to reduce the number of points involved in the calculation using the line simplification technique. Line simplification means reducing unnecessary points that are considered unimportant. This study suggested that integrating the Douglas-Peucker line simplification technique before Dijkstra could improve the system performance more than the system without integrating line simplification in terms of reducing both memory usage and the time required to compute the solution. © 2023 ACM.

Data Analysis Investigation: Papua is The Most Unsafe Province in Indonesia for Aviation: An Exploratory Data Analysis Study from KNKT-Database Accidents and Incidents (1988-2021)

Due to its high population and growing middle class, Indonesia is a locale for a promising expansion of commercial aviation businesses. Furthermore, being a large archipelago, mobility of people and goods via air travel appears to be the most convenient option available. Nevertheless, aviation safety has remained an issue of concern in Indonesia since 2007, after the EU banned Indonesian aircraft flights in the European airspace. This was done as a response to the multiple accidents that earned Indonesian aviation a global reputation for being unsafe. We conducted the investigation based on a reputable report produced by KNKT, known as the National Transportation Safety Board, to establish a more comprehensive context of this situation. Since 1988, all accident data reports have been gathered and archived in the KNKT database, which was then utilized to further investigate the issues confronting Indonesian airlines by evaluating the data using the EDA approach. According to the results, Papua Island is the least safe region for aviation, with 140 accidents (21.9 percent of the total accidents) in Indonesia over the past 33 years. Moreover, the noteworthy results reveal that 45.71 percent of the accidents or incidents occur during the landing phase. This finding informed us regarding the overall geography of Papua, which lacks transportation roads, prompting the government to open the airport for mobilization. Papua has 217 airports, accounting for 42.3 percent of all Indonesian airports, with 196 being small airports at an average altitude of 452.15 meters. Human factors account for 63 percent of accidents in Papua, while technological factors account for 19 percent. The government may use the study's findings to pressure operators to enhance safety in addition to revitalizing aviation safety supporting technologies. © 2022. School of science, IHU. The usage of machine learning and deep learning algorithms have necessitated Artificial Intelligence'. AI is aimed at automating things by limiting human interference. It is widely used in IT, healthcare, finance, and agriculture. It is achieved through several deep learning algorithms that reflect the human brain's intelligence. These AI algorithms can be manipulated according to changing needs and improved efficiency. This paper tries to utilize the developments made in AI technology to classify the images and recognize the objects present in them. One widely used AI algorithm is CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks). The CNN is a deep learning-based algorithm that consists of various layers that extract and filters the parameters present in the images. Some additional layers of ResNet50 and the CNN algorithm are used to extract the parameters to improve image recognition accuracy. The image dataset taken for training and testing the proposed model is imageNet. The images are initially processed before sending them to the proposed model. The proposed model is trained, validated, and tested through the images obtained after the initial processing. The same process is repeated several times until getting the maximum accuracy. The accuracy of the proposed model in terms of image recognition is recorded. The obtained results are compared with other image classification algorithms like VGG16 and VGG19. Pneumothorax is a life-threatening and urgent chest disease than can be detected using Chest X-Ray (CXR) image. CXR images are low resolution and diagnosis of pneumothorax based on them is error prone. Deep learning-based computer aided diagnosis systems can improve diagnosis performance of pneumothorax. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are default networks in deep learning-based medical image process. However, CNNs fail to capture long range features. On the other side, Transformer are proposed to exploit long range feature, but they cannot capture local features. In this paper, we propose a general method with a convolution and a transformer module which can classify CXR images to diagnose pneumothorax by extracting local features, global features and global features attended by local ones using a novel architecture. Results show that the proposed method outperforms base architectures and the other previous works. © 2023 IEEE.

Tomato leaf diseases significantly impact crop production,necessitating early detection for sustainable *** Learning(DL)has recently shown excellent results in identifying and classifying tomato leaf ***,current DL methods often require substantial computational resources,hindering their application on resource-constrained *** propose the Deep Tomato Detection Network(DTomatoDNet),a lightweight DL-based framework comprising 19 learnable layers for efficient tomato leaf disease classification to overcome *** Convn kernels used in the proposed(DTomatoDNet)framework is 1×1,which reduces the number of parameters and helps in more detailed and descriptive feature extraction for *** proposed DTomatoDNet model is trained from scratch to determine the classification success rate.10,000 tomato leaf images(1000 images per class)from the publicly accessible dataset,covering one healthy category and nine disease categories,are utilized in training the proposed DTomatoDNet *** specifically,we classified tomato leaf images into Target Spot(TS),Early Blight(EB),Late Blight(LB),Bacterial Spot(BS),Leaf Mold(LM),Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus(YLCV),Septoria Leaf Spot(SLS),Spider Mites(SM),Tomato Mosaic Virus(MV),and Tomato Healthy(H).The proposed DTomatoDNet approach obtains a classification accuracy of 99.34%,demonstrating excellent accuracy in differentiating between tomato *** model could be used on mobile platforms because it is lightweight and designed with fewer *** farmers can utilize the proposed DTomatoDNet methodology to detect disease more quickly and easily once it has been integrated into mobile platforms by developing a mobile application.
