Online video courses using the LMS Moodle tools to teach students of economics specialties who are studying informatics as a basic discipline in their first year have been created in the university’s virtual learning environment. A feature of such video courses is the presence of a significant number of author’s video resources for all topics of the academic discipline and some elements of educational expert system. Video resources are available on the YouTube video hosting channel. They include video lectures, where the theoretical information of the course is presented, and video materials with examples of solving laboratory practice problems. According to the results of the approbation of the video course, it is claimed that it creates an effective basis for students to study the discipline independently, as it provides both online delivery of educational text and video materials and methodical support both to the lecture hall, to the computer laboratory, and to the student’s home workplace. The technical and methodical aspects of the implementation of face-to-face, blended and distance learning using the developed video courses were investigated. Some elements of the educational expert system that automate the learning process have been implemented. Systems of automated control and self-control of knowledge, initial and final control, and programmed electronic journal with teachers’ evaluations and feedback have been developed. Taking into account the force majeure circumstances caused by the state of war, which disrupt the continuity of the educational process, the described experience of blended and distance learning can be useful not only for teaching informatics, but also for organizing the education of other disciplines.

In this paper, the distribution of the magnetic field in a magneto-solid layer, which is subject for simultaneous action of time-harmonic and permanent magnetic fields, is investigated. The calculations were carried out using a small parameter method and nonlinear two-sided calculation formulas. Note that when using the above calculation formulas, at each node we get several approximations to the exact solution. Comparison of these approximations provides additional information for the choice of the integration step or for evaluation of the accuracy of the result.

The problem of the minimization of the cost for a given trilateration network design by optimizing the planning and execution of fieldwork is studied with the help of graph theory tools. The case with one instrument and one reflector is shown to be a problem in graph theory which has some of the characteristics of the travelling salesman problem but is much more complicated. Since the determination of the optimal solution requires enormous computational time, a heuristic algorithm which leads to a sub-optimal solution is developed, along the lines of a similar heuristic algorithm for the much simpler travelling salesman problem. The algorithm is elaborated with the help of a computer program written for this purpose. Finally the problems where a) instrument and reflector have the same transportation cost, b) each distance is observed twice, c) instrument and reflector have a common means of transportation and d) observations extend over more than one day with returns to home-base, are shortly discussed in the light of graph theory.

There are several challenges associated with modeling smart factories, particularly in terms of the multi agent system. Hyperagent modeling, a technique involving fractal Petri nets, can significantly enhance the flexibility and sustainability of smart factories. By coordinating and managing multiple meta agents, hyperagents can optimize resource allocation, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. This approach can be applied to various scales of granularity, from individual machines to entire production lines. Smart factories are leveraging their sustainability through elastic computing-supported processes such as "folding" and "unfolding" of hyperagents modeled by fractal Petri nets. The paper is discussing the application of elastic computing and hyperagents in smart factories, specifically using a theoretical framework and a method of hyperagent release through folding of Petri nets.
