Tumor detection has been an active research topic in recent years due to the high mortality *** vision(CV)and image processing techniques have recently become popular for detecting tumors inMRI *** automated detection process is simpler and takes less time than manual *** addition,the difference in the expanding shape of brain tumor tissues complicates and complicates tumor detection for *** proposed a newframework for tumor detection aswell as tumor classification into relevant categories in this *** tumor segmentation,the proposed framework employs the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm,and for classification,the convolutional neural network(CNN)*** preprocessing techniques such as noise removal,image sharpening,and skull stripping are used at the start of the segmentation ***,PSO-based segmentation is *** the classification step,two pre-trained CNN models,alexnet and inception-V3,are used and trained using transfer *** a serial approach,features are extracted from both trained models and fused features for final *** classification,a variety of machine learning classifiers are *** dice values on datasets BRATS-2018 and BRATS-2017 are 98.11 percent and 98.25 percent,respectively,whereas average jaccard values are 96.30 percent and 96.57%(Segmentation Results).The results were extended on the same datasets for classification and achieved 99.0%accuracy,sensitivity of 0.99,specificity of 0.99,and precision of ***,the proposed method is compared to state-of-the-art existingmethods and outperforms them.

In this paper, we study a generalized quasi-variational inequality (GQVI for short) with twomultivalued operators and two bifunctions in a Banach space setting. A coupling of the Tychonov fixedpoint principle and the Katutani-Ky Fan theorem for multivalued maps is employed to prove a new existencetheorem for the GQVI. We also study a nonlinear optimal control problem driven by the GQVI and givesufficient conditions ensuring the existence of an optimal control. Finally, we illustrate the applicability of thetheoretical results in the study of a complicated Oseen problem for non-Newtonian fluids with a nonmonotone andmultivalued slip boundary condition (i.e., a generalized friction constitutive law), a generalized leak boundarycondition, a unilateral contact condition of Signorini’s type and an implicit obstacle effect, in which themultivalued slip boundary condition is described by the generalized Clarke subgradient, and the leak boundarycondition is formulated by the convex subdifferential operator for a convex superpotential.

Real-time applications based on Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)tech-nologies are quickly increasing due to intelligent *** the most signiﬁcant resources in the WSN are battery power and *** stra-tegies improve the power factor and secure the WSN *** takes more electricity to forward data in a *** numerous clustering methods have been developed to provide energy consumption,there is indeed a risk of unequal load balancing,resulting in a decrease in the network’s lifetime due to network inequalities and less *** possibilities arise due to the cluster head’s limited life *** cluster heads(CH)are in charge of all activities and con-trol intra-cluster and inter-cluster *** proposed method uses Lifetime centric load balancing mechanisms(LCLBM)and Cluster-based energy optimiza-tion using a mobile sink algorithm(CEOMS).LCLBM emphasizes the selection of CH,system architectures,and optimal distribution of *** addition,the LCLBM was added with an assistant cluster head(ACH)for load *** consumption,communications latency,the frequency of failing nodes,high security,and one-way delay are essential variables to consider while evaluating *** will choose a cluster leader based on the inﬂuence of the fol-lowing parameters on the energy balance of *** to simulatedﬁnd-ings,the suggested LCLBM-CEOMS method increases cluster head selection self-adaptability,improves the network’s lifetime,decreases data latency,and bal-ances network capacity.

We present a third version of the PraK system designed around an effective text-image and image-image search model. The system integrates sub-image search options for localized context search for CLIP and image color/texture and interfaces tailored to specific task types. A user study shows the benefits of sub-image search in homogeneous video collections. Recently, deep neural networks have triumphed over a large variety of human activity recognition (HAR) applications on resource-constrained mobile devices. However, most existing works are static and ignore the fact that the computational budget usually changes drastically across various devices, which prevent real-world HAR deployment. It still remains a major challenge: how to adaptively and instantly tradeoff accuracy and latency at runtime for on-device activity inference using time series sensor data? To address this issue, this article introduces a new collaborative learning scheme by training a set of subnetworks executed at varying network widths when fueled with different sensor input resolutions as data augmentation, which can instantly switch on-the-fly at different width-resolution configurations for flexible and dynamic activity inference under varying resource budgets. Particularly, it offers a promising performance-boosting solution by utilizing self-distillation to transfer the unique knowledge among multiple width-resolution configuration, which can capture stronger feature representations for activity recognition. Extensive experiments and ablation studies on three public HAR benchmark datasets validate the effectiveness and efficiency of our approach. A real implementation is evaluated on a mobile device. This discovery opens up the possibility to directly access accuracy-latency spectrum of deep learning models in versatile real-world HAR deployments. © 2020 IEEE.

The increasing availability of mobility data presents new opportunities and challenges for urban studies and related fields. This paper introduces a data processing pipeline developed to handle large-scale Network Signaling data (NSD) using MongoDB. Our method addresses key challenges in data preprocessing, such as timestamp compression and noise filtering, to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of mobility pattern analysis. We applied this pipeline to a NSD dataset from Orange Romania, focusing on Cluj County for October 2023. By leveraging MongoDB's aggregation framework, our approach significantly reduced data size and improved computational efficiency, enabling the extraction of meaningful mobility insights. Our findings highlight the importance of advanced data processing techniques in deriving reliable Origin-Destination matrices and demonstrate the potential for further applications in urban planning and smart city initiatives. © 2024 University of Split, FESB.

Labeled data is widely used in various classification ***,there is a huge challenge that labels are often added *** labels added by malicious users will affect the training effect of the *** unreliability of labeled data has hindered the *** order to solve the above problems,we propose a framework of Label Noise Filtering and Missing Label Supplement(LNFS).And we take location labels in Location-Based Social Networks(LBSN)as an example to implement our *** the problem of label noise filtering,we first use FastText to transform the restaurant's labels into vectors,and then based on the assumption that the label most similar to all other labels in the location is most *** use cosine similarity to judge and select the most representative *** the problem of label missing,we use simple common word similarity to judge the similarity of users'comments,and then use the label of the similar restaurant to supplement the missing *** optimize the performance of the model,we introduce game theory into our model to simulate the game between the malicious users and the model to improve the reliability of the ***,a case study is given to illustrate the effectiveness and reliability of LNFS.

Weapon-target assignment in unreliable peer-to-peer architecture based on adapted artificial bee colony algorithm

It is of great significance for headquarters in warfare to address the weapon-target assignment(WTA)problem with distributed computing nodes to attack targets simultaneously from different weapon ***,the computing nodes on the battlefield are vulnerable to be attacked and the communication environment is usually *** solve the WTA problems in unreliable environments,this paper proposes a scheme based on decentralized peer-to-peer architecture and adapted artificial bee colony(ABC)optimization *** the decentralized architecture,the peer computing node is distributed to each weapon units and the packet loss rate is used to simulate the unreliable communication *** decisions made in each peer node will be merged into the decision set to carry out the optimal decision in the decentralized system by adapted ABC *** experimental results demonstrate that the decentralized peer-to-peer architecture perform an extraordinary role in the unreliable communication *** proposed scheme preforms outstanding results of enemy residual value(ERV)with the packet loss rate in the range from 0 to 0.9.

Reinforcement learning (RL) has made great success in recent years. Generally, the learning process requires a huge amount of interaction with the environment before an agent can achieve acceptable performance. This motivates many techniques, such as incorporating prior knowledge which is usually presented as experts' demonstration, and using a probability distribution to represent state-and-action values, to accelerate the learning process. The methods perform well when the prior knowledge is genuinely correct and no much change occurs to the learning environment. However, the requirement is not perfectly realistic in many complex applications. The demonstration knowledge may not reflect the true environment and even be full of noise. In this article, we introduce a dynamic distribution merging method to improve knowledge utilization in a general RL algorithm, namely Q-learning. The new method adapts a normal distribution to represent state-action values and merges the prior and learned knowledge in a discriminative way. We theoretically analyze the new learning method and demonstrate its empirical performance over multiple problem domains. © 2020 IEEE.

Wireless sensor networks have great potential for use in flood control, weather forecasting systems, the military, and the healthcare industry. A WSN's nodes are connected to one another and share information. When sending data between nodes, data security is essential. In the world of networking, security is a top priority. data travels along a path when it is transferred from one location to another, increasing the likelihood that a rogue node would enter the network. Detecting malicious nodes within a network presents a formidable challenge, particularly due to external assaults on data packets during their transmission between nodes. Hackers take advantage of weaknesses to manipulate and alter data as it travels from the source node to the destination node.
