In this paper, the modified technology of nanoporous aluminum oxide (Al2O3) matrices filling with the KDP, ADP, and TGS crystals is proposed. The transmission spectra of the grown structures were studied at 300-3000 nm and 50-1200 GHz spectral ranges. Because of the performed investigation, due to the significant transmission of nanoporous matrices in the terahertz range, in-depth analysis needs to be performed for their use as substrates for the implementation of nanoplasmonic devices, given the regular (periodic) structure of nanopores in these matrices. ©2021 IEEE

Studies have been conducted on anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) nanomatrices manufactured by SmartMembranes (SM) (Germany) and InRedox (USA). An X-ray fluorescence analyzer determined the quantitative and qualitative composition of AAO matrices. It is shown that the AAO matrices have a large transparency window (250 - 2750 nm) and the dependence of the second harmonic generation (SHG) signal on the pore size. The parameters of the porous structure of the samples were estimated by isothermal processes of nitrogen adsorption/desorption at its boiling point (T = 77 K).

The paper considers the perspectives for the use and scope of application of plunger pairs made of synthetic corundum in hydraulic control systems and power drives. The effect of the influence of the use of synthetic corundum in control systems and power drives of hydraulic systems of aircraft has been determined-increasing efficiency and dynamics by lowering the friction factor of 2-3, a decrease in the gaps to 0, increase the operating temperature range, and a weight loss of 10-15%. An approach to the analysis of design options for updated elements of hydraulic drives is formulated. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Problems of research of underground gas storage (UGS) wells are given. The analysis of the results of well research is carried out and the constant variability of filtration resistance coefficients of bottomhole zones of wells is substantiated. Studies of the influence of bottomhole pressures of wells on the calculated pressure at gas gathering stations (GGS) of underground storage facilities have been carried out. It was found that the calculated filtration resistance coefficients do not allow to calculate the pressures at the gas gathering stations of the underground storage plant with sufficient accuracy. The magnitude of the discrepancy between the measured and calculated pressures on the GGS varies depending on the flow rate and operating time of wells. It is established that the calculation of depression (repression) of pressure in the bottomhole zones of wells in non-stationary conditions of their operation gives underestimated results.

The development of hydraulic technologies requires the use of new structural materials. The study used the main provisions of the theory of positive displacement hydraulic machines and hydraulic drives and methods for their solution using multiphysics software. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the performance of plunger pairs made of synthetic corundum in hydraulic machines of power drives. The effect of using synthetic corundum in hydraulic power drives is determined. Analysis of the obtained results makes it possible to conclude that when using synthetic sapphire as a plunger material, taking into account the preservation of structural geometry, maximum stresses are reduced by 4.7%, contact stresses by 4.7%, and deformation by 44%, with a decrease in weight by 49%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The problem of increasing the reliability of object recognition in aerospace images consists in the insufficient quality of image segmentation based on pixel colour characteristics and boundary shape descriptors. The paper proposes an approach based on description logic with an extension on graphs. The essence of the approach is the searching for relevant cases in the ontological base by calculating the degree of similarity and identifying differences of attributed graphs of cases. With the help of retrieved cases, the object structure and the boundary shape are refined. After that, objects can be augmented with subject domain information stored in the ontological base. Representation of the structure of cases in the form of attributed relational graphs allows avoiding the rapid growth of the case base, since the similarity of connected subgraphs is generally sufficient. Computing equipment is an integral part of the automatic control systems. Often powerful pulsed magnetic fields arise around computing equipment. Therefore, it must have the necessary noise immunity and, accordingly, the reliability of operation when exposed to pulsed magnetic fields. The main powerful sources of a pulsed magnetic field are lightning discharges or switching processes of powerful consumers of electricity. The experimental data of the noise immunity of a computer under the influence of a pulsed magnetic field are presented. An analysis of electromagnetic interference in the communication lines of computer equipment under the action of a pulsed magnetic field is presented. A mathematical model for predicting electromagnetic interference was constructed. The modeling and experimental results are compared. © 2019 IEEE.

Automated object management systems are built on the basis of computing equipment, which must meet the requirements for noise immunity. Electrostatic discharge is a common natural source of electromagnetic interference. Mathematical models for analyzing the current of an electrostatic discharge are given. The electromagnetic interference in communication lines under the influence of an electrostatic discharge on a computer case are simulated. The simulation results are compared with experimental data. The methods of protection against of electrostatic discharge are considered. However, they are not always effective. A technical solution aimed at improving the efficiency of shielding the cases of computing equipment at electrostatic discharge by reducing resonance effects are provided. © 2019 IEEE.

Chaotic systems are prospective for secure data transfer and processing. Over the past decades, many chaos-based encryption schemes have been proposed. It was shown that such cryptosystems are faster than traditional approaches. In this study, we consider a technique for improving pseudo-random sequence generators based on a binary representation of chaotic sequences calculated using a floating-point data type. We show that we can extract more than 40 bits from the binary representation of each real number and use them as the output of the generator in stream ciphers. Moreover, we show that the features of floating-point calculations lead to pseudo-random properties of the least significant bits of the mantissa of numbers obtained by solving the simple systems of linear and nonlinear differential equations without chaotic behavior as well. The obtained results can be used to reconsider and improve chaos-based cryptographic algorithms. © 2020 IEEE.
