A scheme was obtained using synthesis of Petri nets sharing a kind of subnet, according to process of several enterprises sharing a plant to produce some product. First, the Petri net model of single enterprise in sharing a plant to produce some product was set up. Second, the global Petri net model was obtained through using shared subnet synthesis method. Using the global Petri net model people can actualize synchronization and save resources. Several conditions were proposed for the synthesis net of free choice nets (FC) {asymmetric choice nets (AC)} is a FC net {AC net}. Some conditions of the structural liveness preservation by the shared subnet synthesis of Petri nets were obtained. These results are useful for studying the properties of Petri synthesis nets and establishing models for large complex system.

Recently, large-scale protein-protein interactions were recovered using the similar two-hybrid system for the model systems. This information allows us to investigate the protein interaction network from a systematic point of view. However, experimentally determined interactions are susceptible to errors. A previous assessment estimated that only ~10% of the interactions can be supported by more than one independent experiment, and about half of the interactions may be false positives. These false positives might unnecessarily link unrelated proteins, resulting in huge apparent interaction clusters, which complicate elucidation for the biological importance of these interactions. Address this problem, we present an approach to integrate, assess and characterize all available protein-protein interactions in model organisms yeast and fly. We first integrate all available protein-protein interaction databases of yeast and fly, and merge all the datasets. We then use machine learning techniques to score the reliability for each interaction, and to rigorously validate the scoring scheme of yeast protein-protein interactions from different aspects. Our results show that this scoring scheme provides a good basis for selecting reliable protein-protein interaction dataset

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system which is based on a contactless sensing identification technology causes dramatic change in the exiting business management strategies. The technologies in the fields of inventory automation and production automation will be highly promoted with the application of RFID. Today most research work of RFID applications concentrate on using RFID tag as a product description device. In this paper, we propose a new usage development. The RFID tag will also be treated as a portable electronic form. With uniqueness of every RFID tag and the digital signature technique, the RFID tag can be as a secured storage device. A demonstration system for the inventory works of yacht equipments suppliers is presented to show the workability of this new development. The most notable characteristic of this system is the non-interrupted e-process under the failure condition of computer network which will be switched to used manual process in before.
