E-commerce has revolutionized the retail landscape, offering consumers unparalleled convenience and a vast array of choices from the comfort of their homes. Enabling e-commerce in native languages is crucial for creating an inclusive shopping experience, allowing businesses to effectively reach and engage diverse linguistic communities. India is renowned for its multilingual and cultural legacy and this work is an attempt to reach a wider consumer base and increase market potential in India by providing online shopping for cultural festivals. The proposed work is an attempt to develop native language E-commerce platform for various festivals celebrated in India by using Large Language Models (LLM) to generate contextually rich and relevant contents making the user experience more intuitive and personalized. Finally, we talk about making search features better by using modern technology. By using smart algorithms and models, we help users search for products in their own language, and show them results that are most relevant to what they're looking for. Through careful testing and analysis, we show that our solution works well in improving how people interact with e-commerce websites, reaching more customers, and making more sales. Our research is important because it helps bridge the language gap online, giving businesses new opportunities to grow and making online shopping more accessible for everyone. © 2025 IEEE.

Natural language processing (NLP) is an area of research and study that makes it possible for computers to comprehend human language by utilising software engineering concepts from computer science and artificial intelligence. This work presents seven classifications and 21 state-of-the-art models with a survey of the operating principles. We also provide a comparative study of all models based on metrics such as accuracy, F1 score, exact match, squad scores, glue and superglue dataset scores. Brain signal analysis from electroencephalogram(EEG)recordings is the gold standard for diagnosing various neural disorders especially epileptic *** signals are highly chaotic compared to normal brain signals and thus can be identified from EEG *** the current seizure detection and classification landscape,most models primarily focus on binary classification—distinguishing between seizure and non-seizure *** effective for basic detection,these models fail to address the nuanced stages of seizures and the intervals between *** identification of per-seizure or interictal stages and the timing between seizures is crucial for an effective seizure alert *** granularity is essential for improving patient-specific interventions and developing proactive seizure management *** study addresses this gap by proposing a novel AI-based approach for seizure stage classification using a Deep Convolutional Neural Network(DCNN).The developed model goes beyond traditional binary classification by categorizing EEG recordings into three distinct classes,thus providing a more detailed analysis of seizure *** enhance the model’s performance,we have optimized the DCNN using two advanced techniques:the Stochastic Gradient Algorithm(SGA)and the evolutionary Genetic Algorithm(GA).These optimization strategies are designed to fine-tune the model’s accuracy and ***,k-fold cross-validation ensures the model’s reliability and generalizability across different data *** and validated on the Bonn EEG data sets,the proposed optimized DCNN model achieved a test accuracy of 93.2%,demonstrating its ability to accurately classify EEG *** summary,the key advancement of the present research lies in addressing the limitations of existing models by providing a more detailed seizure classification system,thus potentially enhancing the effectiveness of real-time seizure prediction and management systems in clinic

Lung cancer is the most lethal form of cancer. This paper introduces a novel framework to discern and classify pulmonary disorders such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, and lung cancer by analyzing conventional X-ray and CT scan images called lung cancer risk prediction (LCRP) model. LCRP has four modules, namely data collection and preprocessing, data augmentation module, image segmentation module, and prediction module. Actually, LCRP employs three deep learning models;sequential model, functional model, and transfer model on publicly available training datasets. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have emerged as a highly effective field in machine learning, particularly for image datasets in the field of biomedical applications. The primary goal is to validate these models by comparing their performance with other models in order to determine their effectiveness in addressing challenging datasets. Our research has revealed a noteworthy enhancement in the efficiency of binary and multi-class classification using mask R-CNN image segmentation. During the model training process, a combination of Adam and stochastic gradient descent dual optimizers has been used to improve performance. LCRP have outperformed current pre-trained models by minimizing training parameters, computational costs, and overhead. It introduces 98.5% accuracy, 88.7% specificity, 89% sensitivity, 89.2% precision, and 89.09% F-measure. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag London Ltd., part of Springer Nature 2025.

An Empirical Survey on the Classification Strategies for Automated Alzheimer’s Disease

The early Alzheimer’s disease (AD) classification is highly important as this neuro-degenerative disease causes severe problems particularly, loss of memory among the patients. In addition, classifying Normal Control (NC), Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and AD in time assists the patient to undergo treatments in the initial period of the disease. Hence, it is necessary to develop a trust worthy categorization model to classify the patients with or without AD. One of principal modalities commonly used for AD classification is the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the analysis of which achieved improved classification performance in categorizing the stages of AD. Hence, this review paper presents the detailed survey of 55 research articles showing different strategies to classify AD. The two important categories of the research papers are the methods using machine learning strategies, and the methods using deep learning strategies. The papers are classified based on various modalities, datasets, performance indices, and the software tools used for implementation. In addition to this, various research gaps and the challenges associated with the existing works of AD classification are discussed. Medical imaging has experienced significant development in contemporary medicine and can now record a variety of biomedical pictures from patients to test and analyze the illness and its severity. computer vision and artificial intelligence may outperform human diagnostic ability and uncover hidden information in biomedical images. In healthcare applications, fast prediction and reliability are of the utmost importance parameters to assure the timely detection of disease. The existing systems have poor classification accuracy, and higher computation time and the system complexity is higher. Low-quality images might impact the processing method, leading to subpar results. Furthermore, extensive preprocessing techniques are necessary for achieving accurate outcomes. Image contrast is one of the most essential visual parameters. Insufficient contrast may present many challenges for computer vision techniques. Traditional contrast adjustment techniques may not be adequate for many applications. Occasionally, these technologies create photos that lack crucial information. The primary contribution of this work is designing a Big Data Architecture (BDA) to improve the dependability of medical systems by producing real-time warnings and making precise forecasts about patient health conditions. A BDA-based Bio-Medical Image Classification (BDA-BMIC) system is designed to detect the illness of patients using Metaheuristic Optimization (Genetic Algorithm) and Gradient Approximation to improve the biomedical image classification process. Extensive tests are conducted on publicly accessible datasets to demonstrate that the suggested retrieval and categorization methods are superior to the current methods. The suggested BDA-BMIC system has average detection accuracy of 94.6% and a sensitivity of 97.3% in the simulation analysis. © The Author(s) 2023.

Software programmers may get gradually precise at expecting consequences without being clearly coded using machine learning techniques. Machine learning is based on the idea that models and algorithms may collect input data then utilize statistical investigation to determine an output, while updating results as information become obtainable, as underlying principle. For example, models may be adapted and trained to meet management expectations so that correct measures are followed to reach a certain goal. Wall Mart, a one-stop shopping mall, has been used in this system to estimate sales of various products and to study impact that various variables have on sales of products. Predictive models may be built using different features of a Wall Mart dataset and methods used to construct them, and these findings can be used to make better business choices. This Predictive Algorithm is used in many fields over the market world for their profitability. Recently, Lot of companies are going to used this Machine Learning for better AI and new technologies in market. This report Includes combination of machine learning algorithm and Features engineering to predict Walmart sales. Reversible data hiding in encrypted images with block-based bit-plane reallocation

As cloud storage and multimedia communication continue to evolve, the preservation of image privacy is becoming increasingly important. Reversible data hiding in encrypted images (RDHEI) is an effective method for enhancing the protection of personal privacy. To improve the embedding capacity, this paper introduces a novel scheme for RDHEI using block-based bit-plane reallocation. First, an effective optimized prediction method is utilized to predict the value of each pixel, followed by the calculation of prediction errors (PEs). Then, block-based bit-planes of PEs are extracted, and ten different bit-plane types are categorized to facilitate bit-plane reallocation, thereby freeing up redundant space. Finally, an adaptive encryption procedure is employed to encrypt the reallocated bit-plane, excluding the flag-bits. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme achieves average embedding rates (ER) of 3.584 bpp, 3.501 bpp, and 2.985 bpp on the three experimental datasets, all of which are higher than those of other state-of-the-art RDHEI schemes while ensuring both reversibility and security. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

For achieving Energy-Efficiency in wireless sensor networks(WSNs),different schemes have been proposed which focuses only on reducing the energy consumption.A shortest path determines for the Base Station(BS),but fault tolerance and energy balancing gives equal importance for improving the network *** saving energy in WSNs,clustering is considered as one of the effective methods for Wireless Sensor *** of the excessive overload,more energy consumed by cluster heads(CHs)in a cluster based WSN to receive and aggregate the information from member sensor nodes and it leads to *** increasing the WSNs’lifetime,the CHs selection has played a key role in energy consumption for sensor *** Energy Efficient Unequal Fault Tolerant Clustering Approach(EEUFTC)is proposed for reducing the energy utilization through the intelligent methods like Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).In this approach,an optimal Master Cluster Head(MCH)-Master data Aggregator(MDA),selection method is proposed which uses the fitness values and they evaluate based on the PSO for two optimal nodes in each cluster to act as Master Data Aggregator(MDA),and Master Cluster *** data from the cluster members collected by the chosen MCH exclusively and the MDA is used for collected data reception from MCH transmits to the ***,the MCH overhead *** the heavy communication of data,overhead controls using the scheduling of Energy-Efficient Time Division Multiple Access(EE-TDMA).To describe the proposed method superiority based on various performance metrics,simulation and results are compared to the existing methods.
