Advancement in the environment of cloud computing has rapidly increases over the past years. In cloud computing protection of data utilizing centralized resources has arisen because of a growing number of businesses storing their data int the cloud helps them easily to access their data easily. The major issues faced by users nowadays, the safety and fetching of user cloud data is arisen rapidly. In this proposed algorithm, the user's data is encrypted using the advanced encryption standards algorithm, and the encrypted data is then performed with some xor operations in cypher block chaining mode using a secret key known only to the data owner to increase confidentiality and security level. If the user does not provide a secret key, the system can generate one on its own.

Background: Web documents display information in the form of natural language text which is not understandable by machines. To search specific information from sea of web documents has become very challenging as it shows many unwanted non relevant documents along with relevant documents. To retrieve relevant information semantic knowledge can be stored in the domain specific ontology which helps in understanding user’s need to retrieve relevant information. Methods: In this paper, framework for extracting and visualising semantic knowledge has been designed. Proposed approach is based on the assumption that semantics of text can be extracted by creating syntactic structure of the text. To extracts syntactic structure Stanford parser has been used. Parsing of corpus text is done to obtain morphological structures which is in more machine readable format, and thus provides a better structure for constructing syntactic-semantic rules manually. The tagged form of each sentence is taken and set of rules based on dependency relationship are build manually. Sentence level analysis is performed for concepts generation, for properties and for hierarchical relation extraction using dependency parse tree as a means for relation extraction. Results: Extracted concepts and relation among various entities constitute knowledge base in the form of ontology. Conclusion: Proposed information extraction model successfully filter the desired information from the large ocean of internet and create semantic structure to represent data in standard machine understandable format which explain the details about entities along with their properties and their relationship. © 2021 Bentham Science Publishers.

In this communication, we show the comparisons among different conductors (patch) material properties for microstrip antenna then simulate a Graphene based half wave dipole antenna with two different substrate layers. The dipole antenna is designed for THz frequency ranges according to desired applications. The simulated results like return loss, directivity ampersand gain for the antenna at dissimilar values of chemical potential, length of dipole of Graphene.

The research being conducted focusses on the essential issue of enhancing fertilizer recommendations for crops through the utilization of soil and environmental data. The proposed method combines Gradient Boosted Decision Trees with Logistic Regression, augmented by a Genetic Algorithm for hyperparameter optimization, to deliver accurate and efficient suggestions. In contrast to current methodologies, which frequently exhibit constrained accuracy and adaptability, our model shows substantial enhancement, attaining an accuracy of 95.4%, an F1 score of 94.8%, and a recall of 96.2%. The exceptional performance metrics demonstrate the model's efficacy in precisely forecasting appropriate fertilizer quantities and varieties under diverse situations. The study demonstrates the capacity of this innovative method to enhance precision agriculture by offering data-driven, real-time decision assistance for farmers, resulting in improved crop yields and resource management relative to conventional ways. © 2024 IEEE.

The continuous creation of digital media mainly video has caused a tremendous growth of digital content. Social networks are the way to represent the relationship between entities. Analysis of a social network involves predicting links between actors or finding relationships, finding important nodes or actors, detecting communities of similar actors, etc. The data in social networks, which involves nodes, relations or contents, are huge and dynamic. There is a need of some data mining techniques to analyse such data and perform analysis. Social network analysis from a data mining perspective is also called link mining or link analysis. Earlier social networks are used only for interacting and sharing information, but it has a concept of research work. Now-a-days there are various social networking sites and it’s the choice of the user to select any one of them. The competition to attract many users or actors is always there. Users want more friends or relations suggested by social networks. And users are switching to adopt the one where he/she finds more relations. To this end link prediction became the core and heart of social network analysis. There is lots of work done in social network analysis towards link prediction, but some issues and challenges are there. In this work these issues and challenges are trying to solve out. Uncertainty of social network data is the main issue, and the fuzzy soft set is applied for it. Interval-valued fuzzy soft is another variation of fuzzy soft set, applied to deal with uncertain data. Markov model is used for user’s behavior prediction in the web, the same concept adopted here to find relations. Genetic algorithm-based approach considers the social graph structure into account to predict relation. Scalability is another issue;all the proposed techniques are scalable techniques of link prediction for social network analysis. Artificial intelligence technologies called "machine learning" automatically build models from data in order to improve decision-making. An examination of ML that can be utilized for mental illness treatment has been prompted by the upsurge in mental health diseases and the directive for efficient medical sustenance. The quality of life for patients is improved and treatment outcomes are increased when mental health issues are identified early. Therefore, it is critical to address basic mental health issues that, if left unattended, could develop into more serious issues. The analysis and diagnosis of medical data can today be accomplished with the help of machine learning algorithms. The conventional (CCTV) system for tracking patient activity is ineffective and expensive, and employing a sensor-based system is particularly challenging because of depleted battery life. The real goal is to provide a critical review, and literature review, about all the machine learning techniques which are supervised-based. These techniques include Random Forest Classification, KNN Classifier, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree Classifier, Bagging, Boosting, & Stacking. And to determine the most effective machine-learning technique for monitoring someone’s mental health. It has been found that Accuracy and ROC Curve plays an important role for comparing the ML models. This paper provides an extensive evaluation of the characteristics of the proposed Gate-All-Around Transistor (GAATFET) made of silicon (Si), silicon-germanium (SiGe), and germanium (Ge) as channel material considering most relevant device metrics in the form of ON current (Jon), OFF current (JoJ J), subthreshold swing (SS), threshold voltage. Based on such analysis, the channel material Ge shows to achieve maximum, which places Ge among the best for such applications, whereas SiGe and Si channel devices offer minimum, providing efficient suppression of leakage currents. The lowest SS was determined for SiGe (23.1 mV/dec), thereby increasing the switching effi-ciency of this compound, whereas the highest value of SS is recorded by Ge, with 40.3 m V /dec due to the relatively narrow bandgap of the latter. The threshold voltages varied between 0.66 V for Si and 0.84 V for Ge and lie at 0.712 V for SiGe. The present findings stress the importance of material selection in channel materials to optimize the performance of GAATFETs for specific applications. Si excels in energy-efficient designs with minimal leakage, Ge dominates in high-performance scenarios requiring high drive current, and SiGe emerges as a versatile choice, balancing power efficiency and performance.

The aim of this paper is to introduce a simplified presentation of a new computing procedure for solving trapezoidal neutrosophic linear programming (TrNLP) problem under uncertainties. Therefore, we firstly define the concept of single valued neutrosophic (SVN) numbers and ranking functions. A new strategy is planned for solving the NLP problem without any ranking function. The planned strategy is depends on multi-objective LP (MOLP) issue and lexicographic order (LO). By following the means of planned strategy, the problem is changed into crisp LP (CLP) problem. In addition to this, a theoretical analysis is provided. Numerical examples are illustrated the proposed method and the consequences are in contrast with the distinct choice methods. The outcome shows that the proposed technique defeats the deficiencies and constraints of the existing method. © 2021

In the present studies the homologous series of hydroxy phenylamino methyl phenoxy benzoate liquid crystals (n = 8,9 and m = 6) are used. The temperature variation of density is measured. Using density data the phase variants in the compounds are identified. All the compounds exhibit first-order phase transitions. By Newton rings method the birefringence is measured directly in smectic and nematic phases. The advantages of the newton ring technique are presented over the conventional methods for the determination of orientational order parameter. The orientational order parameter attained by the newton rings scheme is equated through the literature data, the results are discussed. © 2023 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Recently, due to the shortage of conventional energy sources and environmental concerns, the integration of renewable energy sources like wind and photovoltaic (PV) power generators has increased and thus creates difficulties in optimal power flow (OPF) problems due to their uncertainty in nature. Again, the optimal sizes and proper locations of the thermal and renewable power generators (RPG) in the power network are very important and make the OPF problem a mixed integer problem. This work proposes Mixed Integer Slime Mould Algorithm (MISMA) to tackle these challenges for OPF considering load and renewable power uncertainties. In this work, Weibull, lognormal and normal probability distribution are considered for the model of wind, PV and load uncertainties respectively to provide a realistic representation of operating conditions. The proposed method is applied on the standard IEEE 30 bus, IEEE 57 bus and IEEE 118 bus system and comparison is made with similar optimization methods to observe its superiority for minimizing generation cost, transmission loss, voltage deviation and emission. © 2024 IEEE.
