Hashing is one of the most efficient techniques for approximate nearest neighbor search for large scale image retrieval. Most of the techniques are based on hand-engineered features and do not give optimal results all the time. Deep Convolutional Neural Networks have proven to generate very effective representation of images that are used for various computer vision tasks and inspired by this there have been several Deep Hashing models like Wang et al. (2016) have been proposed. These models train on the triplet loss function which can be used to train models with a superior representation capabilities. Taking the latest advancements in training using the triplet loss I propose new techniques that help the Deep Hashing models train more faster and efficiently. Experiment result 1 show that using the more efficient techniques for training on the triplet loss, we have obtained a 5% percent improvement in our model compared to the original work of Wang et al. (2016). Using a larger model and more training data we can drastically improve the performance using the techniques we propose. Copyright © 2019, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Omni direction is the concept of existence of motion in every direction. Here, we have controlled the resulting vectors of individual wheels of a three wheel omni robot that are ultimately responsible for a stabilized motion of the robot in any direction. This phenomenon is termed as 'Holonomic Drive' and it provides higher efficiency and controllability to non-holonomic drives, when used with odometry and PID algorithms. Odometry basically is method of acquiring the real time positional data of a system in a world frame and using it for path planning. PID algorithm when applied on any system reduces the transient response and helps to attend steady state conditions with less settling time. Here, we have successfully designed and implemented the algorithms for path planning with the help of quadrature encoders and heading control of three wheel omni robot using PID, implemented on IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit).

Fluid dynamics requires a comprehensive understanding of energy dissipation, heat and mass transfer phenomena, since it directly impacts thermal efficiency, flow stability, and energy conservation in various industrial and engineering applications. With this motivation, the present study investigates the magnetized flow of Prandtl mixed hybrid nanofluids across an exponentially stretched surface. The hybrid nanofluid is formed with nanoparticles of Titanium oxide (TiO2) and Copper (Cu) in water as the base fluid. The governing set of equations is formulated as an extension of the Prandtl fluid model to investigate the physical effects of chemical processes, heat radiation, bioconvection, and energy dissipation. The nonlinear ordinary differential equations are derived after successfully implementing appropriate transformations on governing equations and are solved numerically via the Differential Transform Method (DTM). The graphical illustration of non-dimensional velocity, temperature, and concentration is obtained through MATLAB and discussed with proper physical justification for various terms such as magnetic parameter, chemical reaction, radiation parameter, Sherwood number, Nusselt number, and friction parameter. The outcomes are validated with a comparison of previous published work. Results reveal that hybrid nanofluids significantly enhance heat transfer efficiency compared to conventional nanofluids. Increasing the Eckert and Biot numbers raises temperature, while a stronger magnetic field reduces fluid velocity. Increasing magnetic parameter reduces velocity by 42 % (NF) and 37.5 % (HNF), while increasing Eckert number raises temperature by 67 % (NF) and 53 % (HNF), highlighting strong magnetic and viscous dissipation effects. The findings of this study have significant applications in oil extraction, heat exchanger optimization, and MHD propulsion systems, where energy dissipation and thermal radiation play a crucial role. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd

Etoricoxib is one of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used primarily in the treatment of various types of arthritis. In this work, the vibrational analysis of etoricoxib molecule has been presented using density functional theory calculations. Fourier transform Infra-red and Raman spectra of the inspected molecule have been reported in the regions 4000-400 cm-1 and 1800-100 cm-1, respectively. The observed bands have been compared with the calculated wavenumbers, yielding good agreement. To have a better understanding of the vibrational spectra of etoricoxib and to identify the key vibrational bands, the complete assignments of fundamental vibrations have also been performed on the basis of calculated vibrational wavenumbers and potential energy distribution analysis of the vibrational modes.

Developers usually copy and paste code during software development that results in similar patches of code spread in different files. Such type of code clones cause difficulty in making changes and result in bugs. In this study, we want to analyze the extent of the use of code cloning in the development of mobile applications and their effect on post-release bugs. This information should help developers and designers to develop and design better applications and software that present their results to the best advantage.

This paper presents an effective method of summarizing a text document using the Eigen analysis of the sentence semantic similarity matrix, assuming the graph-based document model. The semantic similarity between sentences is identified using the similarity information extracted from Wordnet. Eigen analysis reveals the candidate sentences to be chosen for the extractive summary. The sentences that make up the document summary are extracted by prioritizing the Eigen values of the semantic similarity matrix of each paragraph. The proposed method was evaluated over sets of research papers, short stories, news articles, etc., The ROUGE score obtained shows that the proposed system generates summaries of acceptable quality. © 2018 IEEE.

Production cost is the highest motivating factor to initiate the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and application of optimization techniques in the production industries. In this paper an attempt is made to establish the influence of workpiece hardness on Surface roughness (Ra), cutting force (Fy) and tool wear (Vb) during the performance evaluation of wiper ceramic cutting insert. Experiments are planned according to Box-Behnken Design approach during the hard turning of Hardened AISI 4340 steel on a CNC lathe. RSM based Desirability approach used for multi-objective optimization of the machining parameter and optimum cutting conditions are proposed based on this approach. Experimental result confirms that the workpiece hardness have significant statistical influences on the surface roughness, cutting force and tool wear.

A bank is an organization that provides financial effectiveness and extends financial administration such as giving money, saving things and so on. In the existing method, both bank workers and clients should be given keys to open storage locker. There is a chance of losing the key that makes the insecurity system, and many keys can be duplicated. The system cannot coordinate with the current quick pacing computerized technique. In this method, face identification, Voice recognition, GSM (Global System for Mobile communication), providing a secure, valid and easy to handle. The first step is voice acknowledgment, and the second step is Face recognition, and later by logging based to enter the OTP password via GSM. Therefore, GSM security is more developed and secure than developed personal devices. Machine Learningis the wireless sensor network’s interactions as a consenting lock that selects and offers personalized voice recognition access. Wireless Network-based structure includes a high alert of each client’s registration and checkout with the required data.

Over the last few decades, a number of researchers have proposed a variety of hand gesture recognition techniques. The paper presents a new approach for hand recognition. The preprocessing is done by applying Gaussian scale space and to enhance the feature average gray intensity has been found. The kirsch's convolution mask is computed for edge map and has collaborated with result obtained by combining different Bit Planes. The aim of the proposed descriptor is to illuminate the noise and unwanted data and make it invariant to scale rotation and illumination changes. The local edge computation gives the result which is invariant to scale rotation but it does not tend to eliminate noise. Bit plane encoding used the binary form of image and reduce the data used to describe a series of sample values. The bit plane slicing is done through lossless binary compression technique and the bits are recombined to build the feature vector. The aim is to make the hand recognition result under rotation, illumination and roughness effective. In this paper, we summarized the proposed descriptor and compares it with other methods found in literature for recognition of the same data.

Distinguishing relationships between people plays a vital role in understanding of narratives. We can experience different kinds of relationships like family, friendship, hostility, romantic love, etc. We know that Narratives are rich reflections of such relationships. Also extraction of relationship between characters is more helpful in understanding the person's actions, goals and behavior. In actual case relationships between people changes over time. So considering the dynamic nature of relationships will provide a better understanding of narratives. Existing research on analysis of people's relationships in the text has been limited Two simple schemes that use traditional machine learning algorithms. Relevant to this context, this paper proposes a system for extracting interpersonal relationshipsusing deep learning concept convolutional neural network (CNN). The proposed approach produces a better performance over the competitive baselinemodel. © 2018 IEEE.
