We present AircraftVerse, a publicly available aerial vehicle design dataset. Aircraft design encompasses different physics domains and, hence, multiple modalities of representation. The evaluation of these cyber-physical system (CPS) designs requires the use of scientific analytical and simulation models ranging from computer-aided design tools for structural and manufacturing analysis, computational fluid dynamics tools for drag and lift computation, battery models for energy estimation, and simulation models for flight control and dynamics. AircraftVerse contains 27, 714 diverse air vehicle designs - the largest corpus of engineering designs with this level of complexity. Each design comprises the following artifacts: a symbolic design tree describing topology, propulsion subsystem, battery subsystem, and other design details;a STandard for the Exchange of Product (STEP) model data;a 3D CAD design using a stereolithography (STL) file format;a 3D point cloud for the shape of the design;and evaluation results from high fidelity state-of-the-art physics models that characterize performance metrics such as maximum flight distance and hover-time. We also present baseline surrogate models that use different modalities of design representation to predict design performance metrics, which we provide as part of our dataset release. Finally, we discuss the potential impact of this dataset on the use of learning in aircraft design and, more generally, in CPS. AircraftVerse is accompanied by a data card, and it is released under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license. Lip-reading is to utilize the visual information of the speaker's lip movements to recognize words and sentences. Existing event-based lip-reading solutions integrate different frame rate branches to learn spatio-temporal features of varying granularities. However, aggregating events into event frames inevitably leads to the loss of fine-grained temporal information within frames. To remedy this drawback, we propose a novel framework termed Multi-view Temporal Granularity aligned Aggregation (MTGA). Specifically, we first present a novel event representation method, namely time-segmented voxel graph list, where the most significant local voxels are temporally connected into a graph list. Then we design a spatio-temporal fusion module based on temporal granularity alignment, where the global spatial features extracted from event frames, together with the local relative spatial and temporal features contained in voxel graph list are effectively aligned and integrated. Finally, we design a temporal aggregation module that incorporates positional encoding, which enables the capture of local absolute spatial and global temporal information. In recent years, integrated electricity-gas systems(IEGSs) have attracted widespread attention. The unifiedscheduling and control of the IEGS depends on high-precisionoperating data. To this end, it is necessary to establish anappropriate state estimation (SE) model for IEGS to filter theraw measured data. Considering that power systems and naturalgas systems have different time scales and sampling periods, thispaper proposes a dynamic state estimation (DSE) method basedon a Kalman filter that can consider the dynamic characteristicsof natural gas pipelines. First, the standardized state transitionequations for the gas system are developed by applying the finitedifference method to the partial differential equations (PDEs) ofthe gas system;then the DSE model for IEGS is formulatedbased on a Kalman filter;also, the measurements from theelectricity system and the gas system with different samplingperiods are fused to ensure the observability of DSE by using theinterpolation method. The IEEE 39-bus electricity system and the18-nodes Belgium gas system are integrated as the test *** results verify the proposed method’s accuracy andcalculation efficiency.

Fence Theorem: Towards Dual-Objective Semantic-Structure Isolation in Preprocessing Phase for 3D Anomaly Detection

3D anomaly detection (AD) is prominent but difficult due to lacking a unified theoretical foundation for preprocessing design. We establish the Fence Theorem, formalizing preprocessing as a dual-objective semantic isolator: (1) mitigating cross-semantic interference to the greatest extent feasible and (2) confining anomaly judgements to aligned semantic spaces wherever viable, thereby establishing intra-semantic comparability. Any preprocessing approach achieves this goal through a two-stage process of Semantic-Division and Spatial-Constraints stage. Through systematic deconstruction, we theoretically and experimentally subsume existing preprocessing methods under this theorem via tripartite evidence: qualitative analyses, quantitative studies, and mathematical proofs. Guided by the Fence Theorem, we implement Patch3D, consisting of Patch-Cutting and Patch-Matching modules, to segment semantic spaces and consolidate similar ones while independently modeling normal features within each space. Experiments on Anomaly-ShapeNet and Real3D-AD with different settings demonstrate that progressively finer-grained semantic alignment in preprocessing directly enhances point-level AD accuracy, providing inverse validation of the theorem’s causal logic. Metamorphic Relation (MR) plays a crucial role in Metamorphic Testing (MT), which can be regarded as the implication relation from the input pattern to the output pattern. Based on MR's properties, the identification of Metamorphic Relations (MRs) can be from its input pattern and output pattern, respectively. However, the finding of the effective input pattern is very first and important. Especially for complicated mathematical function includes more than two input variables, we systematically analyze the structural model of input pattern in MR, propose the concept of the class of basic input pattern, as well as prove that any one input pattern can be expressed as a combination of basic input patterns in scientific computing programs. Moreover, the structural model of input pattern in MR is established based on previous proof. Finally, we put forward an identification algorithm framework and analysis its complexity. The core contribution of our method is to decompose the input pattern identification problem in multi-dimensional space into a single one-dimensional. For this reason, the examples show that the complexity of the algorithm is reduced significantly. © 2022 IEEE.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on human society. It has highlighted the need for faster diagnostic methods. Research has shown that combining semantic segmentation with traditional medical approaches can significantly accelerate the process. To address this, leveraging COVID-19 CT images, our team designs a revolutionary semantic segmentation model called Level of Detail Enhancement U-Net (LDE-UNet), which shows the lesion area on CT images. By introducing the LDE block, the model has the unique advantage of overcoming the loss of data details during the downsampling process by emphasizing and transmitting details at the same level. Our SOTA model outperforms the second-best model by at least 0.7% in the most critical indicator precision. Compared with other models, LDE-UNet’s strong reliability determines its ability to be used in the medical field to accelerate the localization and division of lesion areas on CT images by professional doctors, thus completing patient diagnosis faster. In addition, we also propose a standardized method for processing medical images.

Fair clustering problems have been paid lots of attention recently. In this paper, we study the k-Center problem under the group fairness and data summarization fairness constraints, denoted as Group Fair k-Center (GFkC) and Data Summarization Fair k-Center (DSFkC), respectively, in the massively parallel computational (MPC) distributed model. The previous best results for the above two problems in the MPC model are a 9-approximation with violation 7 (WWW 2022) and a (17+ε)-approximation without fairness violation (ICML 2020), respectively. In this paper, we obtain a (3+ε)-approximation with violation 1 for the GFkC problem in the MPC model, which is almost as accurate as the best known approximation ratio 3 with violation 1 for the sequential algorithm of the GFkC problem. Moreover, for the DSFkC problem in the MPC model, we obtain a (4+ε)-approximation without fairness violation, which is very close to the best known approximation ratio 3 for the sequential algorithm of the DSFkC problem. Empirical experiments show that our distributed algorithms perform better than existing state-of-the-art distributed methods for the above two problems.

Semi-supervised medical image segmentation (SSMIS) uses consistency learning to regularize model training, which alleviates the burden of pixel-wise manual annotations. However, it often suffers from error supervision from low-quality pseudo labels. Vision-Language Model (VLM) has great potential to enhance pseudo labels by introducing text prompt guided multimodal supervision information. It nevertheless faces the cross-modal problem: the obtained messages tend to correspond to multiple targets. To address aforementioned problems, we propose a Dual Semantic Similarity-Supervised VLM (DuSSS) for SSMIS. Specifically, 1) a Dual Contrastive Learning (DCL) is designed to improve cross-modal semantic consistency by capturing intrinsic representations within each modality and semantic correlations across modalities. 2) To encourage the learning of multiple semantic correspondences, a Semantic Similarity-Supervision strategy (SSS) is proposed and injected into each contrastive learning process in DCL, supervising semantic similarity via the distribution-based uncertainty levels. Furthermore, a novel VLM-based SSMIS network is designed to compensate for the quality deficiencies of pseudo-labels. It utilizes the pretrained VLM to generate text prompt guided supervision information, refining the pseudo label for better consistency regularization. Experimental results demonstrate that our DuSSS achieves outstanding performance with Dice of 82.52%, 74.61% and 78.03% on three public datasets (QaTa-COV19, BM-Seg and MoNuSeg). When the Transformer proposed by Google in 2017,it was first used for machine translation tasks and achieved the state of the art at that *** the current neural machine translation model can generate high quality translation results,there are still mistranslations and omissions in the translation of key information of long *** the other hand,the most important part in traditional translation tasks is the translation of key *** the translation results,as long as the key information is translated accurately and completely,even if other parts of the results are translated incorrect,the final translation results’quality can still be *** order to solve the problem of mistranslation and missed translation effectively,and improve the accuracy and completeness of long sentence translation in machine translation,this paper proposes a key information fused neural machine translation model based on *** model proposed in this paper extracts the keywords of the source language text separately as the input of the *** the same encoding as the source language text,it is fused with the output of the source language text encoded by the encoder,then the key information is processed and input into the *** incorporating keyword information from the source language sentence,the model’s performance in the task of translating long sentences is very *** order to verify the effectiveness of the method of fusion of key information proposed in this paper,a series of experiments were carried out on the verification *** experimental results show that the Bilingual Evaluation Understudy(BLEU)score of the model proposed in this paper on theWorkshop on Machine Translation(WMT)2017 test dataset is higher than the BLEU score of Transformer proposed by Google on the WMT2017 test *** experimental results show the advantages of the model proposed in this paper.

Virtual-Source and Virtual-Swarm-Based Particle Swarm Optimizer for Large-Scale Multi-Source Location via Robot Swarm

Multi-source location is a significant application in the field of robot swarm and is required to find all sources whose number and distribution are unknown in advance. With few parameters and fast search, Particle Swarm Optimizer (PSO) variants that have certain grouping capability have been applied to address multi-source location problems by dividing a swarm such that every source has robots to locate. However, they are difficult to predetermine the exact number of groups, require a big number of robots, and are easily trapped in the no-signal areas when the proportion of no-signal areas is high. This work proposes a Virtual-source and Virtual-swarm-based PSO (VVPSO) to divide a search area into multiple cells equally, each of which has a virtual source in its center. Then, instead of robots grouping, only one group of robots is employed to traverse all virtual sources, and search their corresponding cells to locate real sources by a new PSO called Real-virtual mapping PSO (RMPSO). RMPSO asymmetrically maps a robot into a particle swarm with multiple virtual particles to perform PSO, which greatly reduces the requirements for the number of robots. Experimental results show that VVPSO has great search scalability and can solve large-scale multi-source location problems than two state-of-the-art grouping methods and three representative multimodal PSO variants, even with only one robot.
