Content validity of critical success factors for e-Government implementation in Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to validate the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of e-Government implementation in Indonesia. The e-Government initiative conducted only to obey the regulation but ignoring the quality. Defining CSFs will help government agencies to avoid failure of e-Government projects. A survey with the questionnaire was used to validate the item of CSF based on expert judgment through two round of Delphi. The result showed from 67 subjects in instrument tested; there are 11 invalid items deleted and remain only 56 items that had good content validity and internal reliability. Therefore, all 56 CSFs should be adopted by government agencies in Indonesia to support e-Government implementation.

The purpose of this research is to know how influence of mixture of pertamax with Tuak Nias (Tuonifaro) to fuel consumption at 125 cc engine To prove that Tuak Nias or Tuonifaro can be used as fuel mixture on motorcycle and examine how big influence of mix between Tuak Nias or Tuonifaro with Pertamax, conducting research by literature study method or literature study. Many authors use various supporting / input factors and supporting books related to the titles discussed. because Tuak Nias or tuonifaro contain low 4-5% ethanonic elements and contain 90% alcoholic elements so that the fuel easily burns easily in the combustion chamber and produces great power. The results of this research will be disseminated using the website

Optimization of coating parameters is important in the machining process, as an optimized coating layer enhances efficient machining result by providing high wear resistance, saving time and effort, reducing cost, increasing productivity and leading to extend tool life for better surface finish. In terms of tool wear resistance, tools with suitable film coating are forty times better than uncoated tools. Cutting tools are usually coated by Titanium Nitride (TiN), since it has properties such as resistance to wear and hardness resulting in increased cutting performance. Genetic algorithms (GAs) belong to the powerful artificial intelligence optimization family of evolutionary algorithm-based metaheuristic techniques. Since their inception, they have been successfully applied in numerous areas of industrial sectors as material design, tools coating and cutting, alloy design, and so on. In this research work, predicting thin film coating thickness of titanium nitride (TiN) on tungsten carbide (WC) inserts is presented. First, (WC) inserts were coated by TiN in different conditions using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), and the surface profilometer was used to measure thickness of the WC coated specimens. Second, Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to generate the objective function which represents the process parameters and coating thickness. Third, using a fitness function model, GAs were established to optimize the thickness value of TiN layer with respect to changes in three process parameters, namely Nitrogen gas pressure (N2), Argon gas pressure (Ar), and Turntable Speed (TT). Finally, for performance measurement, three real experimental tests were carried out in terms of Prediction Interval (PI) and Residual Error (e) to validate the RSM model. The actual coating thickness of validation data fell within the 95% (PI) and the (e) values percentage were very low. This paper aims to facilitate the owner to control water pump machine from the vacuum, and the condition of the water is it full or not in house or apartment. The current control system still has many limitations in controlling the water pump machine at home or apartment. The water machine control system was designed with device that has a smart surveillance system that can be accessed with Android smartphone and all information from or to machine control system will command by using SMS, this device create a development of Arduino UNO microcontroller technology that allows the reading of the GSM Module and connected with SMS Gateway. Experiment results facilitate real-time water control and much easy for the owner to control water tank.

We present an end-to-end image-processing pipeline that is accelerated using coupled spin-torque oscillator (STO) arrays for its key computational kernels. Coupled oscillator arrays are used throughout the pipeline, including the computation of spectral and spatial transforms in the saliency stages and convolution in the CNN-based classifiers in the back end. We present results for two types of oscillator models, a generic, parameterized, model that captures variations in coupling asymmetry, locking range, and noise, and a hardware calibrated spice model of a coupled STO array with data curve fitted to a closed-form C++ model. The pipeline was run over three benchmark datasets, the Neovision2 Tower and Helicopter datasets [1] and the DARPA Vivid dataset [2]. We show the sensitivity of the output to parameter variations in the generic model and show equivalent performance for the STO model.

Developing country mostly left behind in adopting e-Government system. Miss-interpretation is assuming e-Government only about the application of technology made fail implementation. It is a whole philosophy that explores a human-citizen centered aspect in organized societies. Further, successful information system determined by user acceptance. Therefore, the evaluation of the performance of e-Government is one of the basic objectives of current government reformation. The research focus is to identify and explore the extent of user acceptance toward e-Government system. The research methodology used in this research is survey based on a questionnaire with TRAM approach and distributed to 230 respondents as customers that had been using e-Government services provided by X institution. The result of the study showed that the personality traits of TR significantly influenced cognitive dimensions of TAM. Through empirical demonstrations indicated that the TRI was said to be antecedents to TAM. The optimism dimension had higher coefficient among others, exhibit the technology users convince that the new technology will improve their productivity, while discomfort had no impact since the users have no doubt or hesitate to use technology.

In this paper, we design and simulate the 19 mm × 16 mm × 3.15 mm meander implantable antenna operating in industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) 2.4-2.5 GHz band. The resonant frequency and impedance matching are fine tuned to around 2.45 GHz by changing the height and position of antenna components. The comparisons of three proposed antennas are performed and then discussed. The antenna design with graphene patch shows the most outstanding results. The bandwidth and 3 dB-beamwidths increase significantly and the minimum average specific absorption rate (SAR) can be achieved.
