YouTube has become the dominant online video platform, fueling demand for downloading content. In response, numerous third-party tools have emerged to enable downloading YouTube videos, though this violates their terms of service. This research presents the development and evaluation of a custom YouTube video downloader application in Python. The motivation is building an easy-to-use yet customizable solution for saving YouTube videos locally. The tool combines a graphical user interface using PySimpleGUI with the yt-dlp media extraction library. Key innovations include supporting flexible customization of download settings, bulk playlist/channel downloads, a modular architecture, cross-platform packaging, and open source release. Quantitative performance evaluations reveal efficient resource usage, throughput, and scalability when downloading high resolution videos in bulk. User studies highlight satisfaction with the extensive features compared to alternative download tools. However, increased access poses ethical considerations around copyright compliance and fair use versus abuse. While technical and usability goals are largely achieved, fostering responsible use relies on user discretion. Ongoing interdisciplinary research can help guide ethical innovation in this controversial domain. The main contributions are the functional open source tool itself, performance bench marking, user experience evaluations, analysis of legal/ethical impacts, and promotion of community enhancement. © 2023 IEEE.

Image synthesis and generation is an important research direction in the fields of computer vision and deep learning. These generative models not only enrich visual content and reduce acquisition difficulty, but also provide training support for model algorithms through high-quality data augmentation;Innovation in lineage simulation and multimedia content production can also be achieved, and image generation technology shows great commercial potential. This article uses diffusion models in technology and studies how to improve the quality of generated images, control model generation results, and accelerate image generation speed. By using model fusion technology and combining the advantages of different image generation models, the diversity and realism of generated images are improved, while adding conditional constraints to control the generation results of the model. Through a series of carefully designed experiments, the method adopted has been tested and validated in practice, achieving significant performance improvements and revealing the operational mechanism of image generation models under specific conditions and constraints. © 2024 IEEE.

A one-time encryption consensus algorithm based on (t, n) threshold secret sharing is proposed to address the performance and security issues of consensus mechanisms in blockchain applications. The theoretical basis of this algorithm is the chaos algorithm, finite state automata, secure multi-party computation, and lagrange interpolating formula in cryptography. After analyzing the security of the threshold secret sharing scheme, it can resist various attacks and achieve a one-time encryption security level, It also has the characteristics of key dynamism and nodes management flexibility, ensuring the strong security of the proposed consensus algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

People's heart rates can be measured for a variety of purposes, including telemedicine, the Internet of Things (IoT), sports, security, etc. The traditional method of monitoring HR can, however, be challenging at times or it may not scale. This study offers a solution that can simultaneously assess the heart rates of various persons using live video broadcasts. By recording the color changes brought on by blood circulation in facial skin, heart rate can be measured. An indicator that correlates to heart rate is represented by the typical hue in the area of interest (ROI) selected on the face. A pulse frequency is frequently retrieved from this signal using signal processing. This method is reasonably accurate and stable. A webcam is used to simultaneously detect the faces of persons and measure their heart rates, yielding a Heart rate slip rate of 3-5 percent. Our solution uses object tracking along with face detection, which requires less computing resources and enables greater scaling. © 2023 IEEE.

Wearable technology has significantly increased the importance of human activity recognition (HAR), which tracks physical activities for healthcare, fitness, and computer interaction. A new model combining Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks has been developed to classify different physical activities more accurately. The GELU activation function and Adamax optimizer achieved the best classification accuracy at 98.3%, outperforming other combinations. The combined CNN-LSTM model is about 98% accurate in distinguishing different activities, highlighting the importance of activation functions and optimizers in HAR applications. © 2024 IEEE.

Machine Learning has been considered as one of the most sought-after technologies that plays a pivotal role in almost every area of research and development. For the last two decades research in machine learning (ML) and supply chain management (SCM) have gained a huge impetus. Previously there was insufficient data which is being replaced by huge data influx for supply chain management (SCM). With Big Data into picture entire SCM analysis process has been changed. SCM requires agile and efficient processes and techniques to handle these changing requirements. Machine Learning is identified as one of the leading disciplines to meet the purpose of SCM. Machine Learning techniques can prove beneficial to fulfill various goals of SCM like customer value creation, strategic planning, forecasting future requirements, competitive trends and financial strategies. This article provides a detailed usage of various machine learning techniques for various phase of SCM. Analysis of contributions and implications of machine learning to accomplish SCM goals is also identified. Latest research trends and challenges in the area of SCM and Machine Learning are also listed and discussed. Contingency-based learning strategies primarily based on synthetic intelligence (AI) are being hired within the area of precision remedy to enable greater powerful selection-making when treating patients. This paper aims to assess contingency-based learning strategies for precision medication to help clinicians and researchers appropriately assess the efficacy of these learning techniques and decide the first-rate method for given software., a scientific evaluation of the current literature was undertaken to identify existing assessment strategies and analyze their strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, a discussion of current equipment and frameworks that could be used to assess AI-based techniques in the area of precision remedy was performed. From this assessment, it has been discovered that most of the present assessment techniques lack the necessary accuracy and transferability essential to appropriately check the efficacy of AI-based strategies for precision medicinal drugs. Recently, we published a paper on feature selection and extraction technique on time series data classification: A Comparative analysis mainly focusing on classifiers, in this paper, we are implementing 10 classifiers on 3 open source datasets of UCI machine learning and measuring accuracy, precision, recall, and f1 score. On classifying using 10 classifiers over 3 open-source datasets results reveal that the confusion matrix attributes show the best results in the case of two classifiers, i.e. XGBoost and LightGBM. We proposed a hybrid approach by combining the filter class Minimum Redundancy and Maximum Relevance method and wrapper class Recursive Feature Elimination method with the above two classifiers. Results reveal that XGBoost and LightGBM Classifier outperforms the other classifiers in terms of confusion matrix attributes and the proposed hybrid model gives 95.28% accuracy with 13 feature by the lightgbm classifier and 93.4% accuracy by XGBoost classifier with 10 features on the ionosphere dataset. © 2022 IEEE.

The objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of a hybrid methodology that combines Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) models in the context of energy prediction within data centres. The objective of this study is to improve the accuracy of predictions and the efficiency of operations by utilising the combined capabilities of these two machine learning approaches. The proposed LSTM-kNN model has superior performance compared to individual LSTM and k-NN models, as evidenced by a thorough assessment on sample data. It achieves a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 9.45, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 12.97, and a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.89. The importance of model synergy in enhancing the accuracy of energy forecasts is shown by comparative analysis. The results of this study provide a significant contribution to the advancement of energy management methods in data centres. These findings provide vital insights for stakeholders, enabling them to optimise resource allocation, capacity planning, and sustainability initiatives. Proactive energy optimisation measures and cost-effective operational decisions are examples of practical applications. Potential avenues for future study encompass the exploration of supplementary machine learning techniques and the examination of the influence exerted by external factors on patterns of energy usage. In summary, this work highlights the significance of incorporating machine learning methods to tackle intricate issues in energy prediction and control in data centre settings. © 2024 IEEE.

After the pre-processing stage, the optimum cluster number is decided using the Elbow method.
