Industrial safety is more important in both safety of human being and machines. To ensure this the temperature of the machine is monitored continuously and if any abnormal situation arises, the machine will be isolated from the supply using IoT. Similarly, the sound and vibration inside the factory is monitored using vibration sensor and intimated to the control room if needed. The control room may be located in remote place the information will be sent to them using IoT. Vibration may induce due sudden fall of any heavy materials, braking of machine shaft, fall of objects from Crane, etc. The vibration caused by the unexpected incident will be identified by the vibration sensor provide in the factory/ Industry in various places. The sensor will alarm by siren and intimate to the operator or control room. SMS (Small Message Service) also send to the operator through GSM. © 2023 IEEE.

Zeroing neurodynamics methodology,which dedicates to finding equilibrium points of equations,has been proven to be a powerful tool in the online solving of problems with considerable *** this paper,a method for underwater acoustic sensor network(UASN)localisation is proposed based on zeroing neurodynamics methodology to preferably locate moving underwater nodes.A zeroing neurodynamics model specifically designed for UASN localisation is constructed with rigorous theoretical analyses of its *** proposed zeroing neurodynamics model is compatible with some localisation algorithms,which can be utilised to eliminate error in non‐ideal situations,thus further improving its ***,the effectiveness and compatibility of the proposed zeroing neurodynamics model are substantiated by examples and computer simulations.

The apple industry faces significant economic losses due to diseases and pests, contributing to low productivity levels. Detecting apple diseases promptly is essential for controlling their spread and improving overall productivity. However, early identification and diagnosis of these diseases are challenging due to various factors. In this work, we evaluated the performance of three distinct models: a custom CNN, Xception, and Resnet152V2. These models were tested on an expert-annotated dataset of apple diseases, comprising approximately 1821 high-quality RGB images across different categories of following types: C1: scab affected apple, C2: cedar apple affected by rust, C3: diseases of complex nature, and C4 samples of healthy apples. The custom CNN based proposed model trained for 50 epochs could yield an approximate accuracy of around 95%.

Recently, there has been a lot of research on using vision to direct humanoid robots as they walk. Focusing on the major methodologies, difficulties, and prospects, this review article presents an overview of the current state of study in the vision-guided walking of humanoid robots. In the first part of the study, we introduce vision-guided walking and go through the several methods that have been developed to execute it, such as visual serving, visual odometer, and visual simultaneous localization and mapping. The difficulties of vision-guided walking are then discussed;these include, but are not limited to, the necessity for accurate and strong computer vision algorithms, the robot's need to have a solid awareness of its own body and how it moves, and the need to maintain balance while walking. This paper provides a detailed review of the research on humanoid robots that use vision to direct their gait. Deep learning for vision-guided walking, tactile and proprioceptive sensing combined with vision, and reinforcement learning for adaptive walking are only a few of the issues covered in this overview. Future directions in vision-guided walking research are discussed in this paper. These include the development of more advanced and reliable computer vision algorithms, the incorporation of other modalities like tactile and auditory sensing, and the investigation of new applications for vision-guided walking in fields like healthcare and rehabilitation. © 2023 IEEE.

In the realm of video processing and forensics, finding video tampering is a critical challenge. The purposeful change or manipulation of video material to conceal or falsely depict the original information is referred to as 'video tampering.' A significant demand for efficient video tampering detection methods has emerged in recent years as a result of the rise in false news, cyberbullying, and other types of criminal behavior. Modern approaches for detecting video manipulation may be generally divided into two categories: passive methods and aggressive methods. Whereas active methods entail putting digital watermarks or other identifiers on the video clip to aid tampering detection, passive methods rely on evaluating the video content for inconsistencies or artifacts generated during tampering. Techniques like sensor noise analysis, splicing detection, and forgery detection based on compression artifacts are examples of passive approaches. To find any discrepancies produced by manipulation, sensor noise analysis examines the noise patterns in the video. Splicing detection entails identifying the borders between several video segments and inspecting the content of each segment for irregularities. Analyzing the compressed video stream for irregularities caused during tampering is required for detecting forgeries based on compression artifacts. Techniques like digital watermarking, digital signatures, and fingerprinting are examples of active procedures. To detect any manipulation efforts, digital watermarking entails putting a digital watermark into the video clip. To confirm the legitimacy of the video clip, a digital signature is applied to it. To do fingerprinting, special characteristics from the video footage are extracted and saved in a database. In addition to the aforementioned methods, machine learning-based systems have also demonstrated promising outcomes in the identification of video manipulation. The five-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer is less than 5%. However, the current clinical multimodal therapy combined with first-line chemotherapy drugs only increases the patient’s median survival from 5.0 months to 7.2 months. Consequently, a new strategy of cancer treatments is urgently needed to overcome this high-fatality disease. Through a series of biometric analyses, we found that KRAS is highly expressed in the tumor of pancreatic cancer patients, and this high expression is closely related to the poor prognosis of patients. It shows that inhibiting the expression of KRAS has great potential in gene therapy for pancreatic cancer. Given those above, we have exploited the possibility of targeted delivery of KRAS shRNA with the intelligent and bio-responsive nanomedicine to detect the special oxidative stress microenvironment of cancer cells and realize efficient cancer theranostics. Our observations demonstrate that by designing the smart self-assembled nanocapsules of melanin with fluorescent nanoclusters we can readily achieve the bio-recognition and bioimaging of cancer cells in biological solution or *** self-assembled nanocapsules can make a significant bio-response to the oxidative stress microenvironment of cancer cells and generate fluorescent zinc oxide Nanoclusters in situ for targeted cell bioimaging. Moreover, it can also readily facilitate cancer cell suppression through the targeted delivery of KRAS shRNA and low-temperature hyperthermia. This raises the possibility to provide a promising theranostics platform and self-assembled nanomedicine for targeted cancer diagnostics and treatments through special oxidative stress-responsive effects of cancer cells.

This paper affords a stronger energy power environment and wise management gadget (PEECS) for a solar strength harvesting device.
