The study introduces OutGene, a method for detecting malicious behaviour in real time without prior knowledge of assaults or training data. OutGene gathers hosts with comparable behaviour via clustering. We offer the idea of genetic zoom, which involves utilizing a genetic algorithm which select the attributes that is more pertinent to characterize cluster in order to aid human analysts in locating malevolent clusters. Attacks carried out slowly or below thresholds are frequently successful in evading machine learning-based attack detection. We offer the idea of time stretching as a way to identify such stealth attacks. The goal is to discover assaults regardless of how quickly they are carried out by analyzing the stream of events over various time frames. We evaluated OutGene experimentally using data sets currently publicly available and data sets collected at critical military installations. Both genetic zoom and temporal stretching achieved high recall and precision scores, indicating that both are effective. © 2022 IEEE.

'Sentimental Insight 2.0' emerges as revolutionary research using deep learning techniques in response to the increasing demand for more complex sentiment analysis in the age of information abundance. Traditional sentiment analysis methods sometimes fail to accurately capture the particulars of emotions, sarcasm, and context, demanding a more advanced technique. The existing system's limitations include its inability to detect minor sentiment variations and its vulnerability to noisy and distorted data. The proposed system integrates cutting-edge deep learning architectures such as recurrent neural networks (RNNs), extended short-term memory networks (LSTMs), and transformer models into an extensive structure. The result showcases the advanced sentiment analysis, outperforming existing systems with 94% accuracy, 93% precision, 91% recall, and 93% F1 score, demonstrating superior computational efficiency and emotion classification across diverse sentiments. In the information-centric world, the study's results significantly expand sentiment analysis skills, providing a vital resource for applications in social media analytics, consumer feedback, and market sentiment prediction. © 2024 IEEE.

In this article, we investigate how to build an intelligent network unit over a wireless network. To do so, we make use of a resilient routing strategy made available by the Protocol for power (RPL), the definition of which is currently being considered. Our architecture is based on a simple binary web service execution of the RE presentational State Transfer (REST) paradigm and an executing strategy in which every node makes a collection of components (such as atmospheric sensors) available to parties who are concerned with them. We present an evaluation of RPL by means of an experimental inquiry, with the focus being on how well it creates the routing structure to highlight how the efficiency of routing is influenced by the fundamental properties of RPL. © 2022 IEEE.

An important difficulty in computer vision and agricultural technology is the automatic classification of apple cultivars based on their shape, texture, and colour properties. In this article, we suggest a unique method for tackling this problem that combines Random Forest classifiers and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). In total, 5,510 high-resolution photos of the five well-known apple cultivars Gala, Cortland, Pink Lady, Honeycrisp, and Fuji were gathered in our extensive collection. In the first step of our process, a CNN automatically extracts distinguishing features from these photos. Four convolutional layers with ReLU activation make up the CNN architecture, which is followed by layers with maximum pooling to reduce spatial dimension. The Random Forest classifier then uses the output probabilities from the CNN to determine the final classification. We rigorously experimented to show the accuracy and resilience of our model in identifying these apple types. Deep learning and ensemble approaches work together to successfully capture minute variations in shape, texture, and colour. The agriculture and food industries stand to benefit significantly from this research in terms of automated quality control, precise inventory management, and increased customer satisfaction. Our method opens up new directions for future study in automated fruit classification and agricultural automation while demonstrating the potential of contemporary machine learning techniques to simplify difficult agricultural operations. © 2023 IEEE.

One of the buzz words in current research depends for a weather forecast is the atmospheric temperature, and this value may change at any time. Predicting air temperature exactly is necessary since it is particularly important for various communities and events. In today's world of massive amounts of data and unforeseen data fluctuations, long-short term memory (LSTM), a sort of neural network method, is becoming more and more popular. The present work employed a sequence to sequence LSTM autoencoder to forecast Indian weather patterns. The prediction model was trained using historical data obtained from the Khordha district administration. The proposed method primarily emphasizes two phases of the procedure. The present study involves an examination of a proposed model, wherein a comparison is made between four distinct variants of LSTM techniques: vanilla LSTM, stacked LSTM, bidirectional LSTM, and convLSTM. The objective of this analysis is to predict temperature patterns. Additionally, this paper utilizes an LSTM autoencoder model to forecast the temperature for the subsequent two-year period in the Khordha district of Odisha, India. The experimental investigation demonstrates that the utilization of Stacking encoder-decoders with bidirectional LSTM cells leads to a notable enhancement in the accuracy of the model, resulting in maximum efficacy. A notably lower Mean Absolute Error (MAE) result suggests that the 9-layer stacked autoencoder model has superior performance in predicting both the minimum and maximum temperature. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the soft switching methods for the totem pole (TTP) Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit. Bridgeless PFC circuits are widely used in several applications like EV chargers, data centers, consumer service, and telecommunication equipment. The paper begins by conducting a market survey to gain an overall understanding of the present market products and the importance of soft switching methods. The article then proceeds to present a comprehensive review of TTP soft switching topologies for both GaN and SiC-based methodologies, categorized based on their soft switching approach on the AC or DC side. Finally, the paper concludes with a summary of these ZVS, ZCS, and ZVT techniques, including their advantages, disadvantages, and directions for future research. © 2023 IEEE.

As the field of machine learning continues to advance, the importance of effective exploratory data analysis (EDA) cannot be overstated, especially in the context of classification problems. This research paper introduces an innovative and automated approach to exploratory data analysis using Autoviz, a powerful Python library designed to streamline the visualization process for machine learning datasets. The study aims to demonstrate the efficacy of Autoviz in meaningful insights, facilitating feature understanding, and supporting data preprocessing for classification tasks. Furthermore, the paper discusses how Autoviz assists in feature selection by highlighting the relevance and importance of each feature about the target variable. This feature-centric analysis contributes to optimizing machine learning models by guiding the selection of relevant input features, thereby improving model accuracy and interpretability. Autoviz is a Python library designed to automate the exploratory data analysis (EDA) process for machine learning tasks. It is specifically tailored to generate a variety of visualizations that aid in understanding the structure and characteristics of a dataset. The results indicate that Autoviz significantly reduces the time and effort required for exploratory data analysis while maintaining the quality and depth of insights obtained. The differences between Autoviz and Pycaret is discussed in this paper. It has been observed that AutoViz automates the process of exploring and analyzing data, while PyCaret is designed for the comparison, construction, and tuning of machine learning models. © 2024 IEEE.
