The intuitive fuzzy set has found important application in decision-making and machine *** enrich and utilize the intuitive fuzzy set,this study designed and developed a deep neural network-based glaucoma eye detection using fuzzy difference equations in the domain where the retinal images *** image detections are categorized as normal eye recognition,suspected glaucomatous eye recognition,and glaucomatous eye *** degrees associated with weighted values are calculated to determine the level of concentration between the fuzzy partition and the retinal *** proposed model was used to diagnose glaucoma using retinal images and involved utilizing the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and deep learning to identify the fuzzy weighted regularization between *** methodology was used to clarify the input images and make them adequate for the process of glaucoma *** objective of this study was to propose a novel approach to the early diagnosis of glaucoma using the Fuzzy Expert System(FES)and Fuzzy differential equation(FDE).The intensities of the different regions in the images and their respective peak levels were *** the peak regions were identified,the recurrence relationships among those peaks were then *** partitioning was done due to varying degrees of similar and dissimilar concentrations in the *** and dissimilar concentration levels and spatial frequency generated a threshold image from the combined fuzzy matrix and *** distinguished between a normal and abnormal eye condition,thus detecting patients with glaucomatous eyes.

A folding preprocess for the max k-cut problem

Given graph G=(V,E) with vertex set V and edge set E, the max k-cut problem seeks to partition the vertex set V into at most k subsets that maximize the weight (number) of edges with endpoints in different parts. This paper proposes a graph folding procedure (i.e., a procedure that reduces the number of the vertices and edges of graph G) for the weighted max k-cut problem that may help reduce the problem’s dimensionality. While our theoretical results hold for any k≥2, our computational results show the effectiveness of the proposed preprocess only for k=2 and on two sets of instances. Furthermore, we observe that the preprocess improves the performance of a MIP solver on a set of large-scale instances of the max cut problem. © The Author(s) 2025.

The Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a network that is constructed in regions that are inaccessible to human *** widespread deployment of wireless micro sensors will make it possible to conduct accurate environmental monitoring for a use in both civil and military *** make use of these data to monitor and keep track of the physical data of the surrounding environment in order to ensure the sustainability of the *** data have to be picked up by the sensor,and then sent to the sink node where they may be *** nodes of the WSNs are powered by batteries,therefore they eventually run out of *** energy restriction has an effect on the network life span and environmental *** objective of this study is to further improve the Engroove Leach(EL)protocol’s energy efficiency so that the network can operate for a very long time while consuming the least amount of *** lifespan of WSNs is being extended often using clustering and routing *** Meta Inspired Hawks Fragment Optimization(MIHFO)system,which is based on passive clustering,is used in this study to do *** cluster head is chosen based on the nodes’residual energy,distance to neighbors,distance to base station,node degree,and node *** on distance,residual energy,and node degree,an algorithm known as Heuristic Wing Antfly Optimization(HWAFO)selects the optimum path between the cluster head and Base Station(BS).They examine the number of nodes that are active,their energy consumption,and the number of data packets that the BS *** overall experimentation is carried out under the MATLAB *** the analysis,it has been discovered that the suggested approach yields noticeably superior outcomes in terms of throughput,packet delivery and drop ratio,and average energy consumption.

This paper focuses on the approximation of solutions of second kind Fredholm integral equations using non-uniform spline quasi-interpolation. Our aim is to determine the most effective non-uniform partition that provides an optimal numerical solution to the integral equation. To achieve this, we introduce a solution approach based on genetic algorithms, using right approximation of the integral equation's kernel. Prediction of permeability from well logs using a new hybrid machine learning algorithm

Permeability is a measure of fluid transmissibility in the rock and is a crucial concept in the evaluation of formations and the production of hydrocarbon from the *** techniques such as intelligent methods have been introduced to estimate the permeability from other petrophysical *** efficiency and convergence issues associated with artificial neural networks have motivated researchers to use hybrid techniques for the optimization of the networks,where the artificial neural network is combined with heuristic *** research combines social ski-driver(SSD)algorithm with the multilayer perception(MLP)neural network and presents a new hybrid algorithm to predict the value of rock *** performance of this novel technique is compared with two previously used hybrid methods(genetic algorithm-MLP and particle swarm optimization-MLP)to examine the effectiveness of these hybrid methods in predicting the permeability of the *** results indicate that the hybrid models can predict rock permeability with excellent ***-SSD method yields the highest coefficient of determination(0.9928)among all other methods in predicting the permeability values of the test data set,followed by MLP-PSO and MLP-GA,***,the MLP-GA converged faster than the other two methods and is computationally less expensive.

New fractional operators, the COVID-19 model has been studied in this paper. By using different numericaltechniques and the time fractional parameters, the mechanical characteristics of the fractional order model areidentified. The uniqueness and existence have been established. Themodel’sUlam-Hyers stability analysis has beenfound. In order to justify the theoretical results, numerical simulations are carried out for the presented methodin the range of fractional order to show the implications of fractional and fractal *** applied very effectivenumerical techniques to obtain the solutions of themodel and simulations. Also, we present conditions of existencefor a solution to the proposed epidemicmodel and to calculate the reproduction number in certain state conditionsof the analyzed dynamic system. COVID-19 fractional order model for the case of Wuhan, China, is offered foranalysis with simulations in order to determine the possible efficacy of Coronavirus disease transmission in theCommunity. For this reason, we employed the COVID-19 fractal fractional derivative model in the example ofWuhan, China, with the given beginning conditions. In conclusion, again the mathematical models with fractionaloperators can facilitate the improvement of decision-making for measures to be taken in the management of anepidemic situation.

We propose a novel approach for rendering high-quality spatial audio for 3D scenes that is in synchrony with the visual stream but does not rely or explicitly conditioned on the visual rendering. We demonstrate that such an approach enables the experience of immersive virtual tourism - performing a real-time dynamic navigation within the scene, experiencing both audio and visual content. Current audio-visual rendering approaches typically rely on visual cues, such as images, and thus visual artifacts could cause inconsistency in the audio quality. Furthermore, when such approaches are incorporated with visual rendering, audio generation at each viewpoint occurs after the rendering of the image of the viewpoint and thus could lead to audio lag that affects the integration of audio and visual streams. Our proposed approach, AV-Cloud, overcomes these challenges by learning the representation of the audio-visual scene based on a set of sparse AV anchor points, that constitute the Audio-Visual Cloud, and are derived from the camera calibration. The Audio-Visual Cloud serves as an audio-visual representation from which the generation of spatial audio for arbitrary listener location can be generated. In particular, we propose a novel module Audio-Visual Cloud Splatting which decodes AV anchor points into a spatial audio transfer function for the arbitrary viewpoint of the target listener. This function, applied through the Spatial Audio Render Head module, transforms monaural input into viewpoint-specific spatial audio. As a result, AV-Cloud efficiently renders the spatial audio aligned with any visual viewpoint and eliminates the need for pre-rendered images. We show that AV-Cloud surpasses current state-of-the-art accuracy on audio reconstruction, perceptive quality, and acoustic effects on two real-world datasets. AV-Cloud also outperforms previous methods when tested on scenes "in the wild". © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation. All rights reserved.
