A motion control chip implementation method will be shown in this paper. The implementation is based on the Verilog HDL which is a popular tool for designing a special function FPGA, especially on the industrial field. There are several components needed in a control chip according to the motion control requirements. The major components are: encoder readers, PWM generators, subtracter/Adder, PID controller, as well as the communication ports. These algorithms have been developed on an FPGA, which is used to control an IR2100 based DC motor drive for a mobile robot. The IR2100 based drive is also been introduced for completing the article structure. Finally, we will show you that the motion driving module is applied on a more than 50 Kg mobile robot.

This paper addresses cooperative video summary delivery over wireless networks which inherits both advantages from cooperative communication and from video summarization. In this work, a novel decode-process-and-forward (DPF) scheme is proposed for video summary transmission, where a relay node with video processing capability is involved to generate a concise version of the summary frame, called summary of summary (SoS). The SoS information is effectively consumed by the destination side to enhance its error concealment capability, leading to an improved video reconstruction quality. This paper proposes a generic cross-layer optimization framework for cooperative video summary transmission, which jointly considers the source coding, relay processing parameters, power allocation, and error concealment strategy to achieve the best video quality. The problem is solved by using Lagrangian relaxation and dynamic programming (DP). Experimental results show that the proposed scheme significantly outperforms the direct transmission scheme, the multipath scheme, and the decode-and-forward transmission scheme by up to 25%.

Nowadays not only many of research works with various international networks are increasing more and more but also commercial works are increasing with different international networks. In this paper, we have constructed the overlay multicast testbed with KOREN and TEIN2 network, and then we also analyze and research many works with the data got from the testbed experiments, and research works for speed of transmission and transmission security when the data is forwarded to several various international network. We work out the process of problem based on several data of experiments. We analyze these problems and propose the research way to other researchers in overlay multicast area, and we also provide these useful results to other researchers in this area. Increasingly, a computer network administrator's job is pre-occupied with user behavioral problems rather than physical failures of network and system components. A small number of malicious users can cause problems that affect a large number of users; more often, by not following proper procedures a user may let his/her system be used by malicious users; and there are various other misuses that all leave the network in a state of the tragedy of the commons. In this paper, we introduce the concept of credit-based networking - borrowing ideas from financial management and adapting them to network management. We first focus on a campus network by studying concrete scenarios of how credit-based network management can be applied. We then discuss how the concept is generally applicable to managing network behaviors as well by applying it to managing ISP peering relationships. We argue that the cascading effect of credit-based network management can enhance network management efficiency and improve the global network environment we all live in.

How to satisfy demands of the clients in an accurate and efficient way demonstrates to be an essential factor for the prestige of the enterprises. Currently, the ratio between overhead expenses of logistics and GDP in China still exceeds 2.3%, while it is only 0.4% in America and Japan. In order to saving transportation cost and satisfying requirements of clients, this paper illustrates the algorithm of service-dispatching. And due to superior advantages of CW algorithm, this paper revises the original CW algorithm which is only suitable in an ideal condition to solve VRP, and proposes the saving CW algorithm that imports some constraint conditions and the coefficients to resolve the vehicle-dispatching problem. Then this algorithm is further illustrated by a flow chart of the revised CW algorithm. Finally, on the basis of our revised algorithm, a practical instance is analyzed and implemented which demonstrates a superior performance than the original. © 2009 ISSN.

Trust-based solutions provide some form of payment to peers to encourage good behavior. The problem with trust management systems is that they require prior knowledge to work. In other words, peers are vulnerable to attack if they do not have knowledge or correct knowledge of other peers in a trust management system. Therefore, considering only trust is inadequate when a decision is made to identify the best set of peers to utilize. In order to solve the problem, we propose a distributed decision-making mechanism for wireless P2P networks based on game theory and relevant trust mechanisms in which we incorporate the element of trust and risk into a single mode. The main idea of our mechanism is to use utility function to express the relationship between benefits and costs of peers, and then make the decision based on expected utility as well as risk attitude in a fully distributed fashion. The unique feature of our mechanism is that it not only helps a peer to select its partners, but also mitigates vulnerabilities in trust-based mechanisms. Through analysis and experiments, we believe our approach is useful for peers to make the decision regarding who to interact with. In addition, it is also a good starting point for exploring tradeoffs among risk, trust and utility.

The NLM family of key stream generator is based on the LM-type summation generator. A nonlinear feedback shift register is added to the LM-type summation generator to provide a security enhancement. NLM-128, a specific cipher from the NLM family, is proposed. It takes a 128-bit key and a 128-bit initialization vector, has 258 bits of internal state, and achieves a security level of 128 bits. In this paper, we present the security analysis of NLM-128, including the resistance to known attacks against the summation generator and LM generator.

A large family of p-phase highest coordinate sequences, where p is an odd prime, is constructed by using the highest coordinate of the generalized Kerdock codes over the ring Z pl , for l ges 3. Utilizing the local Weil bound and spectral analysis over the additive group of Z pl , we derive an estimate of the correlation of the sequences. And the result shows that these sequences have low nontrivial autocorrelation and crosscorrelation, which makes it possible as code sequences in CDMA communication systems.

A novel multi-objective optimization based particle swarm optimization algorithm is presented to solve the global optimization problem for based services selecting in Web services composition technology. This algorithm takes Web services selection as a multi-objective constrained optimization problem with constraints. It introduces multi-objective PSO intelligent theory to optimize multi parameters simultaneously, and produces a set of constraints to meet the Pareto optimal solution. The experiments show that the algorithm is a feasible and efficient method for Web services selection.

This paper focused on the implementation of automatic device switching to perform in restoration scheme located at distribution fiber section. This protection device is potentially will improve the system efficiency in order to provide the continuous data flow until it reach to the end user. We proposed for immediate split structure in EPON network when the signal is totally split when it pass through the optical splitter. The restoration scheme proposed in this paper was presented and the simulation results proved the system feasibility. The bit error rate (BER) performances are measured by a 1.25 Gb/s non-return-to zero (NRZ) pseudo random binary sequence (PBRS) with a pattern length of 2 31 -1 for the downstream traffic between OLT and 8 ONUs. Our results were obtained by observing bit error rates, eye diagram, and optical power levels.
