In the contemporary era,the global expansion of electrical grids is propelled by various renewable energy sources(RESs).Efficient integration of stochastic RESs and optimal power flow(OPF)management are critical for network *** study introduces an innovative solution,the Gaussian Bare-Bones Levy Cheetah Optimizer(GBBLCO),addressing OPF challenges in power generation systems with stochastic *** primary objective is to minimize the total operating costs of RESs,considering four functions:overall operating costs,voltage deviation management,emissions reduction,voltage stability index(VSI)and power loss ***,a carbon tax is included in the objective function to reduce carbon *** scrutiny,using modified IEEE 30-bus and IEEE 118-bus systems,validates GBBLCO’s superior performance in achieving optimal *** results demonstrate GBBLCO’s efficacy in six optimization scenarios:total cost with valve point effects,total cost with emission and carbon tax,total cost with prohibited operating zones,active power loss optimization,voltage deviation optimization and enhancing voltage stability index(VSI).GBBLCO outperforms conventional techniques in each scenario,showcasing rapid convergence and superior solution ***,GBBLCO navigates complexities introduced by valve point effects,adapts to environmental constraints,optimizes costs while considering prohibited operating zones,minimizes active power losses,and optimizes voltage deviation by enhancing the voltage stability index(VSI)*** research significantly contributes to advancing OPF,emphasizing GBBLCO’s improved global search capabilities and ability to address challenges related to local *** emerges as a versatile and robust optimization tool for diverse challenges in power systems,offering a promising solution for the evolving needs of renewable energy-integrated power grids.

Enhanced Neural Differential Distinguisher for Speck32/64 Using Attention Mechanisms and Multi Ciphertext Inputs

In recent years, neural network-based differential distinguishers have demonstrated significant advantages in accuracy and effi-ciency over traditional differential distinguishers in symmetric cipher differential analysis. However, when dealing with ciphers involving a higher number of encryption rounds, neural network differential distinguishers still struggle to accurately identify ci-phertext pairs. To address this issue, this study proposes a neural network differential distinguisher model based on attention mechanisms and optimized ciphertext input structures. Specifically, the model first innovates the residual structure within the attention mechanism to maximize the weight of highly discriminative features, enhancing the feature extraction capability of the improved model. Secondly, a multi-scale convolution method is employed, integrating the network structure ideas of RegNet, with the addition of convolutional branches and optimization of activation functions, which further enhances the model's feature ex-traction capability. Finally, a multi-ciphertext input pattern is introduced to improve the input data information, and random key encryption is applied to the input ciphertext structure to construct multi-feature information representations of the ciphertext and encryption functions. The results from 5-8 rounds of experiments on Speck 32/64 indicate that the proposed new neural distinguisher can significantly improve discrimination accuracy to a maximum of 1.65%. On this basis, we carried out an optimization study on the construction method of the multi-ciphertext-pair dataset. The new dataset can increase the accuracy of the distinguisher by 49.16% compared to that of the single-ciphertext-pair case, and can extend the number of attack rounds from 7 to 8. © 2025 Slovene Society Informatika. Various organizations store data online rather than on physical *** the number of user’s data stored in cloud servers increases,the attack rate to access data from cloud servers also *** researchers worked on different algorithms to protect cloud data from replay *** of the papers used a technique that simultaneously detects a full-message and partial-message replay *** study presents the development of a TKN(Text,Key and Name)cryptographic algorithm aimed at protecting data from replay *** program employs distinct ways to encrypt plain text[P],a user-defined Key[K],and a Secret Code[N].The novelty of the TKN cryptographic algorithm is that the bit value of each text is linked to another value with the help of the proposed algorithm,and the length of the cipher text obtained is twice the length of the original *** the scenario that an attacker executes a replay attack on the cloud server,engages in cryptanalysis,or manipulates any data,it will result in automated modification of all associated values inside the *** mechanism has the benefit of enhancing the detectability of replay ***,the attacker cannot access data not included in any of the papers,regardless of how effective the attack strategy *** the end of paper,the proposed algorithm’s novelty will be compared with different algorithms,and it will be discussed how far the proposed algorithm is better than all other algorithms.

Emotions are a vital semantic part of human correspondence. Emotions are significant for human correspondence as well as basic for human–computer cooperation. Viable correspondence between people is possibly achieved when both the importance and the emotion of the correspondence are perceived by all groups included. Understanding the significance of language has generally been concentrated on in natural language processing (NLP) as a semantic examination. In NLP, the text can be handled appropriately for classification. Emotion detection from facial emotion is the subfield of social signal processing applied in a wide assortment of regions, explicitly for human and PC collaboration. Many researchers have proposed various approaches, generally utilizing machine learning concepts. Automatic emotion recognition (AER) is significant for working with consistent intuitiveness between a person and a smart device toward fully acknowledging an intelligent society. Many researchers examined cross-lingual and multilingual speech emotion as a stage toward language-free emotion acknowledgment in natural speech. In the present work, we are proposing a deep learning-based AER system using four openly accessible datasets, namely Basic Arabic Vocal Emotions Dataset (BAVED), Acted Emotional Speech Dynamic Database (AESDD), Urdu written in Latin/Roman Script (URDU), and Toronto Emotional Speech Set (TESS), by utilizing the Jupyter notebook and a Python library for music and audio synthesis named Librosa. The experimental results exhibited that the proposed approach achieves better than the existing approaches, i.e., the accuracy of the proposed system with the URDU dataset is 96.24%, the TESS dataset is 99.10%, the AESDD dataset is 65.97%, and the BAVED dataset is 73.12%. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Providing diverse patient groups with their specific medication requirements, using a wide range of drugs, poses meaningful challenges for prescribing. Standardized approaches often lead to large waste, many side effects and suboptimal outcomes. Therefore, we need improved, more personalized healthcare. MediGuide AI's drug recommendation system is powered by machine learning and it offers a thorough solution. Optimized data pre-processing and analysis, leading to the desired outcome, is achieved using advanced machine learning algorithms like Naive Bayes, TF-IDF and the Natural Language Toolkit. Highly personalized prescriptions are generated using thorough patient data, including demographics and meaningful clinical factors to achieve substantially better accuracy. Important enhancements include dual recommendation outputs, which provide many drug recommendations alongside a large number of alternative Ayurvedic treatments presented side by side for effortless comparison. An advanced personalized dosage calculation module precisely determines drug dosages using advanced regression models based on age, weight and metabolism. This system helps patients track and record their medications and it also suggests several nearby Ayurvedic shops based on their location. MediGuide AI employs exceptionally powerful algorithms and its advanced tools deliver remarkably precise and exceptionally user-friendly healthcare solutions. Current systems make use of rule-based methods that cannot learn from new data, whereas MediGuide AI leverages a hybrid Naïve Bayes and PassiveAggressiveClassifier model for higher accuracy and real-time adaptability. The IEEE802.15.4 standard has been widely used in modern industry due to its several benefits for stability,scalability,and enhancement of wireless mesh *** standard uses a physical layer of binary phase-shift keying(BPSK)modulation and can be operated with two frequency bands,868 and 915 *** frequency noise could interfere with the BPSK signal,which causes distortion to the signal before its arrival at ***,filtering the BPSK signal from noise is essential to ensure carrying the signal from the sen-der to the receiver with less ***,removing signal noise in the BPSK signal is necessary to mitigate its negative sequences and increase its capability in industrial wireless sensor ***,researchers have reported a posi-tive impact of utilizing the Kalmen filter in detecting the modulated signal at the receiver side in different communication systems,including ***-while,artificial neural network(ANN)and machine learning(ML)models outper-formed results for predicting signals for detection and classification *** paper develops a neural network predictive detection method to enhance the performance of BPSK ***,a simulation-based model is used to generate the modulated signal of BPSK in the IEEE802.15.4 wireless personal area network(WPAN)***,Gaussian noise was injected into the BPSK simulation *** reduce the noise of BPSK phase signals,a recurrent neural networks(RNN)model is implemented and integrated at the receiver side to esti-mate the BPSK’s phase *** evaluated our predictive-detection RNN model using mean square error(MSE),correlation coefficient,recall,and F1-score *** result shows that our predictive-detection method is superior to the existing model due to the low MSE and correlation coefficient(R-value)metric for different signal-to-noise(SNR)*** addition,our RNN-based model scored 98.71%and 96.34%based on recall and F1-score,respectively.

The proposed study focuses on the critical issue of corrosion,which leads to significant economic losses and safety risks worldwide.A key area of emphasis is the accuracy of corrosion detection *** recent studies have made progress,a common challenge is the low accuracy of existing detection *** models often struggle to reliably identify corrosion tendencies,which are crucial for minimizing industrial risks and optimizing resource *** proposed study introduces an innovative approach that significantly improves the accuracy of corrosion detection using a convolutional neural network(CNN),as well as two pretrained models,namely YOLOv8 and *** leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies,we have achieved high accuracies in identifying and managing the hazards associated with corrosion across various industrial *** advancement not only supports the overarching goals of enhancing safety and efficiency,but also sets a new benchmark for future research in the *** results demonstrate a significant improvement in the ability to detect and mitigate corrosion-related concerns,providing a more accurate and comprehensive solution for industries facing these *** CNN and EfficientNetB0 exhibited 100%accuracy,precision,recall,and F1-score,followed by YOLOv8 with respective metrics of 95%,100%,90%,and 94.74%.Our approach outperformed state-of-the-art with similar datasets and methodologies.

Currently, open bidding is handled manually, and prospective bidders are frequently disqualified from taking part in the process. The system that is being proposed is designed to record every bidding procedure and make it cumulative in terms of monetary compensation. Real-time shipping tracking, feedback mechanisms, and bid evaluation tools are just a few of the features that the system offers. Shippers choose the best transportation company after weighing bids according to criteria including cost, level of service, and experience. In order to provide safe and effective financial operations, the proposed system also supports the payment and invoicing processes. Additionally, this application has analytical tools to produce reports and insights that help carriers cut costs. © 2024 IEEE.
