This paper proposes the use of adaptive algorithms for real-time data analysis. Adaptive algorithms are a set of practical methods used for acting information-driven optimization and studying. They have a wide variety of applications and may be implemented to a selection of facts analysis obligations. This paper offers an overview of existing adaptive algorithms and descriptions of several new programs in the area of actual-time facts analysis. In particular, the paper discusses the notion of adaptive thresholding, which allows for practical real-time evaluation of large datasets. The paper also provides a novel technique for making use of these algorithms in an online learning environment. Results from simulations illustrate the ability of the proposed method in real-international packages. Sooner or later, the paper presents numerous key lessons discovered and affords recommendations for future research and packages in this area. © 2024 IEEE.

Blockchain, Metaverse & NFT are technologies that were booming during the Pandemic. As a derivative product of blockchain, the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is one of the technologies that has attracted the most interest from investors and the public because of its potential benefits and has always been closely associated with the Metaverse as a main purposes research of the NFTs. This paper is to explore the possibilities and provide an overview of the current use of NFT technology so that it can provide insight for further research & gap with the big picture that it is trying to present in this paper. However, after exploring further related to NFT in this research, it was found that the problem that most people are trying to solve through NFT is related to the topic of Decentralization & Web3 not as a Metaverse main backbone. © 2023 IEEE.

ICT (information and Communication Technology) plays a strategic role in government institutions. The existence of ICT is considered capable of promoting the realization of good governance. Therefore, Dinkominfo Surabaya implemented a mail management information system called e-Surat. Dinkomifo Surabaya has established a standard operating procedure (SOP) for e-Surat. However, problems such as data loss and mail disposition errors still occurred. Since SOPs were not enough to minimize the occurrence of information security risks, Dinkominfo Surabaya needed to know its capability level of information security risk. This study aimed to help Dinkominfo Surabaya assess the extent to which risk optimization management in e-Surat using COBIT 5 and focusing on the APO12 domain. The results showed that the capability level of the risk management process on the APO12 domain was at level 1 (performed), two levels below the expected level, indicating that the risk management process has been done well, although it has not met the criteria of the practice itself. Recommendations to improve risk management-related processes to achieve the expected level 3 (established) include determining the objectives and limits of the risk management process carried out and providing work products for institution leaders so that the handling of problems related to risk management can involve policymakers. © 2022 IEEE.

The Internet of Things(IoT)offers a new era of connectivity,which goes beyond laptops and smart connected devices for connected vehicles,smart homes,smart cities,and connected *** massive quantity of data gathered from numerous IoT devices poses security and privacy concerns for *** the increasing use of multimedia in communications,the content security of remote-sensing images attracted much attention in academia and *** encryption is important for securing remote sensing images in the IoT ***,researchers have introduced plenty of algorithms for encrypting *** study introduces an Improved Sine Cosine Algorithm with Chaotic Encryption based Remote Sensing Image Encryption(ISCACE-RSI)technique in IoT *** proposed model follows a three-stage process,namely pre-processing,encryption,and optimal key *** remote sensing images were preprocessed at the initial stage to enhance the image ***,the ISCACERSI technique exploits the double-layer remote sensing image encryption(DLRSIE)algorithm for encrypting the *** DLRSIE methodology incorporates the design of Chaotic Maps and deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)Strand Displacement(DNASD)*** chaotic map is employed for generating pseudorandom sequences and implementing routine scrambling and diffusion processes on the plaintext ***,the study presents three DNASD-related encryption rules based on the variety of DNASD,and those rules are applied for encrypting the images at the DNA sequence *** an optimal key generation of the DLRSIE technique,the ISCA is applied with an objective function of the maximization of peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR).To examine the performance of the ISCACE-RSI model,a detailed set of simulations were *** comparative study reported the better performance of the ISCACE-RSI model over other existing approaches.

Industry 4.0 has driven the need for information Technology (IT) & Operational Technology (OT) convergence to modernize OT by leveraging IT. The challenges for manufacturing operations are utilizing and converting years of scattered data into valuable information integrated into the company's digital transformation strategy. This paper aims to provide a systematic literature review of current evidence in digital transformation for acquiring automation & control technologies data in manufacturing operations, such as Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distributed Control system (DCS), and Manufacturing Execution system (MES), for analytics purposes and identify the current trends and best practices in this area. The rapid growth of cryptocurrencies has gained much attention by media, investors and scholars, since it is widely used for investment purposes as an alternative to regular currencies. Therefore the intelligent management and under-standing the characteristics of cryptocurrencies are becoming more interesting. The price of cryptocurrencies are characterized by linear and nonlinear trend, seasonality and high volatility, which increases the risk factors for investors. This study ex-periments with three different time series forecasting methods, specifically considered for Cryptocurrencies price such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR) and Cardano (XRP), and devises a procedure to evaluate their performance. Time series data are collected and examined using descriptive statistics. In next step, the White Neural Network is used for Non-Linearity and Dickey-Fuller for nonstationary and correlation among different settings of datasets. Based on these analyses, we evaluate efficient financial forecasting models such as Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), Trigonometric, Box-Cox transformation, ARMA errors, Trend and Seasonal (TBATS) and Neural Network Autoregressive (NNAR) with reference to different parameters configuration of these models. The performance is evaluated using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) criterion and models are ranked by statistical mean and standard deviation of MAPE values. The NNAR model gives minimum MAPE of 2.823 while the minimum convergence time of 4.9835s is observed with TBATS and hence, these are ranked at top amongst other models respectively. These results underpin that neural network-based models perform equally well on both types of nonlinear and linear financial data and, thus, have the potential to improve the impact of financial transaction and cryptocurrencies price bringing more innovation in the decision making process. © 2022 IEEE.

Low-Rate Denial of Service (LDoS) attacks, an emerging breed of DoS attacks, present a formidable challenge in terms of their detectability. Within the realm of network security, these attacks cast a substantial shadow over the availability and integrity of services. This study seeks to delve into the intricate mechanics of LDoS attacks and explore the landscape of developed detection methodologies. Employing bibliometric analysis, we employ a multifaceted approach to gather research insights pertaining to LDoS attack detection. This approach encompasses the examination of evolving research trends, scrutiny of widely cited scientific publications within the same domain, identification of prolific researchers shaping the field, and a judicious selection of reputable publishers for dependable information acquisition. Furthermore, our study undertakes a meticulous categorization and classification of previously proposed LDoS detection methods documented in well-established scientific literature. This endeavor not only provides a more profound comprehension of the evolutionary trajectory and thematic thrusts within LDoS attack detection research, but it also facilitates the identification of gaps and directions for future exploration. The culmination of these analytical efforts culminates in a comprehensive framework. This contribution manifests through structured categorization, classification, and a forward-looking research roadmap, which collectively serve as valuable tools for both current and aspiring researchers engaged in LDoS attack detection. In summary, this research not only delves into the complexities of LDoS attacks and their mechanisms but also augments the current understanding of detection capabilities.
