The tertiary structures of proteins play a critical role in determining their functions, interactions, and bonding in molecular chemistry. Proteins are known to demonstrate natural dynamism under various physiological conditions, which enables them to adjust their tertiary structures and effectively interact with the surrounding molecules. The present study utilized the remarkable progress made in Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to generate tertiary structures that accurately mimic the inherent attributes of actual proteins, which includes the backbone conformation as well as the local and distal characteristics of proteins. The current study has introduced a robust model, ROD-WGAN hybrid, that is able to generate large-scale tertiary protein structures that greatly mimic those found in nature. We have made several noteworthy contributions in pursuit of this objective by integrating the ROD-WGAN model with a hybrid function that incorporates adversarial loss, perceptual loss, distance-by-distance loss, and structural similarity loss. Through this innovative approach, we achieved remarkable results, particularly in the generation of protein structures of considerable length. The ROD-WGAN hybrid model has transcended the limitations inherent in the ROD-WGAN model, demonstrating its capability in the successful synthesis of high-quality proteins, characterized by a length of up to 256 amino acids. This accomplishment serves as a demonstrating the effectiveness and potential of our proposed methodologies. Furthermore, these generated protein structures serve as a valuable resource for data augmentation in crucial applications such as molecular structure prediction, inpainting, dynamics, and drug design. This research focuses on the review of Fintech and its development on the IoT Platform and also the risks that can be posed to the IoT network used. Finance is the most essential side of several other sectors which in this case often experience many losses, one of the biggest losses is the existence of hackers and theft of money through the Internet platform or Internet Server. This research reviews how the ins and outs of the flow of funds located on servers or online banks. And ways to overcome hackers and bypass data. Comprehensively reviewed in this research review. This research discusses Cryptocurrency Analysis, Bitcoin, and Ethereum Comparison which are some of the methods used in online-based Finance, which is without currency but has the same value even more than currency if the conversion process is carried out at the bank. In this research, it is comprehensively discussed how methods are carried out in the process of securing data, Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and Ethereum are comprehensively discussed to get a lot of data and comparisons and the right steps to deal with crime via the internet. The predicted use of IoT in the Fintech sector is 140 billion connected devices, IoT Loans 110 billion connected devices, and IoT insurance with an estimated 90 billion connected devices, in the approaching 2026. © 2024 IEEE.

Selecting the most relevant subset of features from a dataset is a vital step in data mining and machine *** feature in a dataset has 2n possible subsets,making it challenging to select the optimum collection of features using typical *** a result,a new metaheuristicsbased feature selection method based on the dipper-throated and grey-wolf optimization(DTO-GW)algorithms has been developed in this *** can result when the selection of features is subject to metaheuristics,which can lead to a wide range of ***,we adopted hybrid optimization in our method of optimizing,which allowed us to better balance exploration and harvesting chores more *** propose utilizing the binary DTO-GW search approach we previously devised for selecting the optimal subset of *** the proposed method,the number of features selected is minimized,while classification accuracy is *** test the proposed method’s performance against eleven other state-of-theart approaches,eight datasets from the UCI repository were used,such as binary grey wolf search(bGWO),binary hybrid grey wolf,and particle swarm optimization(bGWO-PSO),bPSO,binary stochastic fractal search(bSFS),binary whale optimization algorithm(bWOA),binary modified grey wolf optimization(bMGWO),binary multiverse optimization(bMVO),binary bowerbird optimization(bSBO),binary hysteresis optimization(bHy),and binary hysteresis optimization(bHWO).The suggested method is superior 4532 CMC,2023,vol.74,no.2 and successful in handling the problem of feature selection,according to the results of the experiments.

In late 2019, a new infection was identified in Wuhan, China. This disease has been designated by WHO as Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). The Covid-19 has been spreading rapidly to Indonesia. Several types of variants, such as alpha, delta and Omicron, have been identified by WHO. An expert system that can recognise Covid-19 at an early stage should be developed to limit its spread as a result of the number of cases of patients and variants. In order to cope with future changes in knowledge, the author developed the 'SiskaCov' expert system for early detection of Covid-19 based on the symptoms of each variant using the forward chaining method and the ripple down rule as a method of knowledge acquisition. The expert system is built with the Expert system Development Life Cycle (ESDLC). The evaluation process is based on a series of steps but only the stages of knowledge acquisition, design and testing are carried out. Siska-Cov was built based on WEB using PHP Native and Javascript. This system was tested on 62 respondents, the test results shows that the performance value, the ease of use, and the usability value of the system are correlate with user behaviour regarding further use of this expert system. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, fundamental changes have occurred in the approach to education caused by advances in information and communication technology. Adoption of online learning technology is gaining increasing global attention for a number of reasons. This study aims to explore the complex dynamics between the quality attributes of online learning (system Quality and Service Quality), user Satisfaction (Satisfaction), and Continuance Intention to use (CI) and also pay attention to the factors of Effort Expectancy (EE), Performance Expectancy (PE), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Condition (FC) and Self Efficacy (SE). The research methodology used in this study began with conducting a literature study on the correlation of the relationship between quality factors and user satisfaction in e-learning in acceptance of technology in e-learning, then a survey was carried out on e-learning users, especially students, then the data was processed statistically using PLS to find a correlation between quality factors and satisfaction in using e-learning. In this study conducted on 318 respondents. The results obtained in this study are that there is a correlation between SQ→Sat, SrQ→ Sat, SQ→EE, EE→PE, Sat →CI, PE→ CI, FC→ EE, SE→EE, FC→PE, SI→PE according to the hypothesis that was compiled based on a study of the literature. © 2023 IEEE.

This study's objective is to evaluate the system's level of maturity by adopting the COBIT Framework 5. The COBIT Framework is one of the ISACA-issued frameworks that defines the concept of information technology governance. The BAI (Build, Acquire, and Implement) domain is the subject of this investigation. The BAI domain is one of the COBIT 5 Framework domains responsible for program and project management, description of needs, identification of solutions, building change availability and capacity, change acceptance and transition, knowledge, assets, and configuration. This study employs qualitative methods to perform literature reviews and question-and-answer sessions, and then collects quantitative analytical data through the formulation of statements or inquiries. There were 5 respondents who responded to the statement, and they implemented the system. The BAI domain of the CBT Examination system in Jakarta's Senior High School XYZ has been calculated and determined to be at level 4, indicating that the system is functioning appropriately. There are subdomains with a lower maturity level in BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI04, BAI06, BAI07, and BAI08, specifically at a rate between 3.8 and 3.96. Additionally, BAI05, BAI09, and BAI10 contain subdomains with a higher level of maturity, with a value range of 4.07 to 4.15. All BAI subdomains culminate at level 4, the system's maturity level, with a value of 3.93. Level 4 indicates that the level of development for Managed and Measurable is fairly good. It can also provide recommendations for improvements, such as paying attention to project management methods before beginning implementation, being able to estimate the time required for the implementation process, and paying attention to the role of trained stakeholders. © 2023 IEEE.

The global business environment changes very fast, forcing organizations to seek ways to improve their operational efficiency, cut costs, and enhance their decision-making. Optimizing performance is possible only with a clear understanding of how work gets done. It is here that well-defined business processes become very instrumental. However, for an organization to understand, evaluate, and eventually improve its processes, it is important that they model them in the first place. Traditional modeling techniques, such as BPMN and UML, provide a standard framework of visual and graphical representation for these processes. Most of these methods, however, fall short of capturing domain knowledge. The evolution of semantic web technologies has necessitated ontology-based business process modeling, which provides meaningful representations for business processes through the integration of ontologies. Learning is a process that involves the progressive transfer of knowledge, encompassing both the physical and psychological components of the learner. Emotions play a crucial role in the success of learning, yet they are often overlooked in the context of online education. Facial emotion detection technology and emotion analysis offer a solution for effectively recognizing and accommodating students' emotions in digital learning environments. The use of a Learning Management system (LMS) based on the MERN architecture (MongoDB, ***, ***, ***) is also critical in supporting the flexibility and responsiveness of online learning platforms. This research employed the Agile model, which was systematically planned and organized. The Agile model is an approach that allows for continuous adjustments during development. The aim of this study is to integrate artificial intelligence into an e-learning system to detect and evaluate students' emotions, thereby enabling the development of more effective online learning methods. The design process following the Agile Method involved needs analysis, modeling with UML (Use Case, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram), as well as database and code implementation. The backend development focused on database management, server configuration, and API integration, while the frontend was designed for a responsive user interface. Testing was conducted using Black Box and White Box methods, which demonstrated 100% validity for system functionality, while user feedback through UAT yielded a 94% validity score. The results indicate that emotion detection functions effectively in e-learning, and emotion analysis can enhance the quality of learning, with positive emotional states leading to better outcomes. © 2024 IEEE.

Advances in algorithmic studies have been made recently, especially in the area of finding the shortest path. Despite taking a greedy approach, the Dijkstra algorithm is well recognized for its efficacy and has established itself as the industry standard for identifying the shortest path in a graph. Conversely, scientists have embraced the Ant-Colony Optimization (ACO) approach, which draws inspiration from the behavior of ants. This study examines the two methods and determines if, given equivalent resources, ACO can generate Dijkstra-like recommendations. Research data is subjected to both algorithms, and the outcomes are presented visually. In data measurement, Dijkstra is processed first to determine the best path, and then the ACO method is applied to produce findings that are similar to Dijkstra. Memory consumption, computation time, initial memory allocation, and final memory allocation are evaluation parameters. ACO is more efficient than Dijkstra in terms of execution time and number of pathways traversed, according to the study's repeated evaluation methodology. This iterative assessment procedure is carried out to address the possibility of single measurements resulting from the JavaScript Garbage Collector. The study's findings imply that a larger memory may be necessary for ACO to deliver the desired outcomes. These results could also be impacted by each algorithm's distinct qualities. © 2023 IEEE.

Self-driving and semi-self-driving cars play an important role in our daily *** effectiveness of these cars is based heavily on the use of their surrounding areas to collect sensitive and vital ***,external infrastructures also play significant roles in the transmission and reception of control data,cooperative awareness messages,and caution *** this case,roadside units are considered one of themost important communication *** distribution of these infrastructures will overburden the spread of self-driving vehicles in terms of cost,bandwidth,connectivity,and radio coverage *** this paper,a new distributed roadside unit is proposed to enhance the performance and connectivity of these ***,this approach is based primarily on k-means to find the optimal location of each roadside *** addition,this approach supports dynamicmobility with a long period of connectivity for each ***,this system can adapt to various locations(e.g.,highways,rural areas,urban environments).The simulation results of the proposed system are reflected in its efficiency and ***,the system can achieve a high connectivity rate with a low error rate while reducing costs.
