Transmission tower fault monitoring has always been a challenge for power system engineers. Vertical and horizontal displacement monitoring is important for evaluating health status of transmission tower's infrastructures. Quick fault detection can help protect the equipment by allowing the disconnection of transmission tower before any significant damage of the equipment. The purpose of this study is to propose an IoT monitoring system for transmission towers. The monitoring system adheres to Three-Layer IoT architecture. In the perception layer, sensors MPU6050 and Anemometer are used to measure a specific parameter. The data, which includes the Roll, Pitch, Yaw, and wind velocity, is gathered and delivered to the ESP32 through network layer using WiFi, which then stored the information in the cloud using InfluxDB. For visualization purposes in the application layer, Grafana is utilized which is hosted in the web dashboard and the mobile application. Flutter framework is used to develop the mobile application. An alert will be displayed in the mobile application when the threshold of the wind speed exceeds 10m/s.

The purpose of this paper is to describe the process of creating an Android-based application with Augmented Reality feature as well as the user’s evaluation of the application. The application was created to equip students with some knowledge on digital citizenship. As the users of digital technologies, college students have to have the ability to peruse technology and participate in online activities in a responsible, safe, and legal manner. The augmented reality-based application was designed to teach students the nine elements of digital citizenship. This paper also explains the feedback from the users of the application to further improve the functionalities of the application for future use.

Due to the need for different communication types (Voice, video, and data) over the network, vendors improving enterprise networks for this purpose to minimize delays in order to support the better result, some applications like voice considered real-time applications which suffer from delay, jitter and packet losses, This paper discusses comparison of QoS performance between three QoS algorithms (PQ, FIFO, and WFQ), when using MPLS-TE technology considering the VoIP QoS parameters (end to end delay, jitter, and packet loss, as simulation done by OPNET modeler 14.5. © 2021 IEEE.

Evolutionary algorithms are effective methods for solving optimization problems that do not require any special assumptions to find optimal solutions. Optimization based on teaching and learning has been parallelized using CUDA parallelization technology. The results show that the proposed parallel version of the algorithm is fast and efficient in teaching and learning phases.

Handwriting is still widely used as a research topic in computer vision topics. Two important parameters to consider are classification performance and classification time. Local Binary Pattern (LBP) is a method of extracting shape features in handwriting, but the number of features generated is quite large, resulting in increased classification time. This research proposes a method to speed up the classification time by dividing the LBP features into several grids. It is found that the proposed method can provide good performance at 90.99% accuracy and sufficient speed, on LBP parameter [33], 5x5 grid and KNN parameter k=3. © 2020 IEEE.

Online Learning provides flexibility in the teaching model. Flipped learning is a learning model that combines Online Learning and Classical Learning or what is called blended learning. In flipped learning, the role of information Communication Technology (ICT) plays an important role in the success of student engagement. The application of technology and the framework used are some success factors in flipped learning. In this study reviewing the use of ICT articles and models / frameworks in flipped learning, there are 163 articles which are further synthesized based on content and Research Questions into 41 papers. From the results of the review, there are 3 factors that are considered in flipped learning, namely cognitive aspects, ICT utilization and models / frameworks. © 2020 IEEE.

Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and long-term disability worldwide. The primary goal of post-stroke rehabilitation is to maximize the independence of the affected individuals by facilitating both neurological and compensatory functional recoveries in their daily lives. This paper presents an integrated study, using multiple linear regression (MLR) and whale optimization algorithm, for optimizing the post-stroke rehabilitation performance using Medical Interactive Rehabilitation Assistant (MIRA). MIRA is one of the serious games using virtual reality. The research objective finding the best games settings for MIRA. Analysis of variance and F-test were performed to justify the goodness of fit of the developed mathematical models, as well as the significance of the individual MIRA input settings of the games. Results demonstrated that the developed MLR models for average acceleration and distance were significant, with P=0.018 and P © 2021 IEEE.

Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) controllers achieve higher importance due to the high expansion rate of photovoltaic systems. The probability of partial shading conditions (PSCs) is also increased which drastically reduced the maximum power extraction capability from PV systems. In this paper, different types of MPPT algorithms using direct control method have been examined under the same test conditions. The current research trend on MPPT controllers has also been highlighted. This research is ongoing research into the student learning process which aims to develop artificial intelligence-based technology to calculate essay exam scores automatically, based on the textual proximity of students' answers to the answer key. This research uses an approach based on natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis. Feature extraction was carried out using the BERT model and similarity comparison using the Cosine distance method. Model evaluation was carried out using sensitivity and specificity tests. The model evaluation results show a sensitivity of 98.21%, which means this assessment model is able to detect positive cases well.

This paper aims to investigate the influence of system and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty in their acceptance of e-marketplaces. The e-marketplaces are Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada, Shopee, and others. Several variables from previous related studies on expectation-confirmation model (ECM) and TAM are employed on a proposed model to explore the customers' satisfaction and their impact on the acceptance of the e-marketplace. The model expresses the effect of system Quality, Service Quality on Confirmation and Satisfaction;Confirmation on Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use;Perceived ease of use on Perceived Usefulness;Perceived Usefulness, and Confirmation on Satisfaction;and Perceived Usefulness and Satisfaction on Continuance Intension to use. The model was examined using 210 respondent data and Correlation Analysis was done after the validity and reliability check to reveal the correlation of variables. The analysis of the causal effects of variables is tested using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result reveals that the Satisfaction of customer of e-marketplace platforms was more affected by system Quality, Service Quality, and Confirmation than Perceived Usefulness. Whereas, the continued intention to use e-marketplace platform was determined by Perceived Usefulness and Satisfaction. The results have a contribution to e-marketplace players and developers who have a concern on customer loyalty to attract their continued intention in using the platform. © 2020 IEEE.
