computer-based concept mapping tools have been widely used in several learning strategies, one of which is blended learning. Blended learning synthesizes face-To-face and online interaction in offering a synchronous and asynchronous activity. However, little effort has been made to utilize extended concept maps in blended learning. Extended concept mapping is a technique to connect existing concept maps with a new knowledge structure. Extending activities allow learners to review their prior knowledge, elicit missing ideas and relationships, and improve new experiences. This study sought to investigate the performance of the Extended Scratch-Build (ESB) concept mapping tool in a blended learning environment. A total of 54 university students participated and were divided into two groups, experimental and control. The students in the experimental group used the ESB technique, and those in the control group used the whole-class discussion and summarization method. The results reported that the experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of immediate-Test scores attainment. © 2020 IEEE.

With the advancement of information technology in the recent decades, digital and online services have become essential components of everyday life in Europe. Montenegro is no different in this regard. However, as digital literacy in the country is still in a developing phase in comparison with most countries of the EU, a higher portion of its citizens may rely on assistive technical communication. In this paper, we provide a case study on the assistive technical communication of Montenegrin eServices. The work addresses the sectors of online banking, healthcare services, higher education, national administrative services, and utilities. Our findings highlight the diversity in terms of implemented assistive technical communication, and distinguish usage contexts on the level of adequacy. Yet as the functionalities of Montenegrin eServices are expected to gradually expand in the upcoming years, assistive technical communication must aim to handle the higher extents of service complexity.

In gynecological care, mHealth (mobile health) technology may play an important role. Medical professionals' willingness to use this technology is the key to its acceptance. Most doctors utilize mobile health technology;however, there is still room for improvement in the use of mHealth. Gynecologists were asked to participate in this research to see how open they were to use mobile health technologies. In this descriptive-analytical investigation, the researchers determined the average scores for each variable. The overall mean for preparedness to embrace mobile medical technology is 1.8 out of 2, as shown in Table 1. When it came to their desire to embrace mobile health technology, doctors' years of experience correlated negatively with their age. According to our findings, the amount of interest in mobile health technology is high. Patients' private information must be protected throughout the usage of this technology though. Mobile health technology may effectively reach patients in remote areas, but it is not a substitute for face-to-face encounters with medical professionals. © 2021 Malik Bader Alazzam et al.

Mutations are needed in a company to improve the quality of workers. mutations are based on the capabilities of individual workers in the company. HRD assesses the abilities of workers from various aspects. manually the accuracy of mutations based on the value of the criteria is only 38%. with a low value of accuracy resulting in mutations of workers not as expected. the criteria given are FFB Production (C1), Core CPO Production (C2) and Field Care (C3). Range of mutation decision weights are 10-30% Giving First Warning Letter, 31 - 70% Position setting and 71 - 100% Giving promotion. with the SAW method the analysis is done by computerization. after testing the criteria obtained. HRD assesses that the accuracy of workers reaches 85%. and better and in accordance with what the company wants. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The use of social media at this time cannot be separated from the needs of the community, in this case, they are teenagers. The use of social networks by students generates positive and negative behavioral changes. This study measures the effect of social networks on the behavior of human values in adolescents. The research subjects were active students studying at Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media on human behavior in *** research uses non-experimental quantitative methods. Data obtained from social media and human behavior measurement tools and have been tested on 473 students. The population in this study were active students at Bina Nusantara University. The results showed that there was an influence between social media and human behavior in social aspects and diversity. This means that the higher the use of social media by students increases the influence in social activities together with other people from various aspects of the background. © 2020 ACM.

Inferring effective connectivity between different brain regions from functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data is an important advanced study in neuroinformatics in recent years. However, current methods have limited usage in effective connectivity studies due to the high noise and small sample size of fMRI data. In this paper, we propose a novel framework for inferring effective connectivity based on generative adversarial networks (GAN), named as EC-GAN. The proposed framework EC-GAN infers effective connectivity via an adversarial process, in which we simultaneously train two models: a generator and a discriminator. The generator consists of a set of effective connectivity generators based on structural equation models which can generate the fMRI time series of each brain region via effective connectivity. Meanwhile, the discriminator is employed to distinguish between the joint distributions of the real and generated fMRI time series. Experimental results on simulated data show that EC-GAN can better infer effective connectivity compared to other state-of-the-art methods. The real-world experiments indicate that EC-GAN can provide a new and reliable perspective analyzing the effective connectivity of fMRI data. We explore the existence of spin glass phase in FeCo/FePt bilayers arising due to disordered ferromagnet. The non-ergodic and highly degenerate landscape of the spin glass phase at low temperature explains the origin of complex magnetic texture in the FeCo/FePt system. Upon cooling the bilayered system, the magnetic texture undergoes spin freezing below 120 K as evident from the bifurcations in zero field cooling and field cooling magnetizations at low magnetic field as a manifestation of broken ergodicity. The uncompensated magnetic moments originating in the spin glass state result in slow time dynamics of thermoremanent magnetization. Consequently, the bilayers demonstrate an intriguing magnetic memory effect in which the magnetic state of the system could be retrieved upon isothermal ageing below 120 K after reversing the temperature cycle. Thermal treatment deteriorates the spin glass behaviour and shows a transition to strong ferromagnetic character in FeCo/FePt bilayers. © 2024 IOP Publishing Ltd. This research aims to determine capability level of information system governance of UC3 in University of Jember through information system audit. UC3 (University Customer Care Center) is a complaint service system of academicians in the environment of University of Jember. The used audit framework in this research is COBIT 5 domain DSS (Deliver, Service and Support). DSS Domain consists of 6 process controls focusing on IT service process and its technical supports including system security, service sustainability, training and ongoing data management. Results of capability level audit is in level 1 for DSS01, DSS02 and DSS03 as well as level 0 for DSS03, DSS04 and DSS05, this indicates that UC3 is still limited to its implementation in order to achieve its business goals, without any management on planning, supervision and adjustment. Then, it leads to recommendation based on gap results of existing level and target level as well as from guidance of base practice PAM. The recommendation can be used as a guidance to improve effectiveness and efficiency of University of Jember to manage the UC3. © 2019 IEEE.

The user's assessment of the performance and importance of the service are representing user satisfaction. This research aims to develop suggestions for improvement to IT service managers. The research instrument was compiled using the WebQual. WebQual method was used for measuring the quality of IT service's application, the SERVPERF method was used for calculating the performance he user's assessment of the performance and importance of the service are representing user satisfaction. This research aims to develop suggestions for improvement to IT service managers. The research instrument was compiled using the WebQual. WebQual method was used for measuring the quality of IT service's application, the SERVPERF method was used for calculating the performance and the importance of IT service according to respondent's assessment, and IPA mapping was used for mapping the service's item which need improvement. The SERVPERF calculation results obtained a performance rating of 3.07 and an importance rating of 3.55. According to the results of the IPA mapping, five service items must address immediately. The five service items are the relevance of information in IT service, the provision of timely information, the information accuracy, the detailed information presentation, and the service security. These service items have low performance based on the user's point of view. The improvement suggestions composed using Lean service method based on problem factors in each service item so that it can improve IT services' performance. © 2019 IEEE.

DANA is an e-money application that was inaugurated at the end of 2018, because it includes new applications, an evaluation is needed to compete with its predecessors. The user's assessment of the performance of the application are representing user satisfaction. This evaluation aims to develop recommendations for improvement to this application. The evaluation was done using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method using 6 variables. Data obtained from a sample of 349 respondents using a questionnaire. According to the results of the evaluation carried out stated that user satisfaction in the content variable, format, ease of use and user satisfaction is included in the High category, which means that the user feels satisfied with the DANA application if it is measured by the variable. Meanwhile, accuracy and timeliness variable are included in the Low category, which means that users feel less satisfied with the DANA application if measured from the variable. The recommendation given in this study is to improve several aspects of the accuracy and timeliness variables so that users are satisfied with the services provided by the DANA application. © 2019 IEEE.
