The broken inversion symmetry at the ferromagnet (FM)/heavy-metal (HM) interface leads to spin-dependent degeneracy of the energy band, forming spin-polarized surface states. As a result, the interface serves as an effective medium for converting spin accumulation into two-dimensional charge current through the inverse Rashba-Edelstein effect. Exploring and assessing this spin-to-charge conversion (SCC) phenomenon at the FM/HM interface could offer a promising avenue to surpass the presumed limits of SCC in bulk HM layers. We utilize spintronic heterostructures as a platform to measure the spin-to-charge conversion (SCC) experienced by photoexcited spin currents. These heterostructures emit terahertz electric field when illuminated by femtosecond laser pulses, enabling us to quantitatively assess the ultrafast SCC process. Our results demonstrate a robust interfacial spin-to-charge conversion (iSCC) within a synthetic antiferromagnetic heterostructure, specifically for the NiFe/Ru/NiFe configuration, by isolating the SCC contribution originating from the interface itself, separate from the bulk heavy-metal (HM) region. Moreover, the iSCC at the NiFe/Ru interface is discovered to be approximately 27% of the strength observed in the highest spin-Hall conducting heavy-metal, Pt. Our results thus highlight the significance of interfacial engineering as a promising pathway for achieving efficient ultrafast spintronic devices. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. Humans rely increasingly on sensors to address grand challenges and to improve quality of life in the era of digitalization and big data. For ubiquitous sensing, flexible sensors are developed to overcome the limitations of conventional rigid counterparts. Despite rapid advancement in bench-side research over the last decade, the market adoption of flexible sensors remains limited. To ease and to expedite their deployment, here, we identify bottlenecks hindering the maturation of flexible sensors and propose promising solutions. We first analyze continued...challenges in achieving satisfactory sensing performance for real-world applications and then summarize issues in compatible sensor-biology interfaces, followed by brief discussions on powering and connecting sensor networks. Issues en route to commercialization and for sustainable growth of the sector are also analyzed, highlighting environmental concerns and emphasizing nontechnical issues such as business, regulatory, and ethical considerations. Additionally, we look at future intelligent flexible sensors. In proposing a comprehensive roadmap, we hope to steer research efforts towards common goals and to guide coordinated development strategies from disparate communities. Through such collaborative

Data growth is currently happening rapidly globally, especially data that comes from social media. Social media Twitter is one of the social media commonly used in Indonesia, with data on Twitter that can be used as a means of information or news and can be analyzed using a graph database. This study utilizes a graphic database sourced from social media twitter. This study uses the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method to analyze graphs that represent social networks between users to find out which actors are the most influential in spreading news or information. Graph database and visualization software used in this study is Gephi 0.9.2. In determining the actors who have the most influence on the hashtag #Indonesia, it is calculated using Centrality which consists of degree Centrality, Betweenness Centrality, Closenness Centrality. The sample used in this study is a tweet that mentions, retweetes, or replies to account interactions using #Indonesia. The result is that there are 1064 nodes (accounts) and there are 1261 edge activities involved in the interactions that the actor found or the most influential account on the #Indonesia network in total is an account called bob_bay.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) requires all sectors to collaborate, coordinate, communicate and exchange information to improve inter-sector productivity. It takes information technology and supplies chain concepts to integrate all sector activities involved such as, in the health field such as clinics and health services. system integration will create good communication and exchange of information, and data availability will be fulfilled. This research will try to offer information technology in the form of integration system by using SCM concept to improve management performance;this research focuses on pharmaceutical warehouse operational activities in the way of distribution and management of drugs. Delivery of LPLPO by Clinic, Monitoring of transactions by Public Health Office. This activity is an SCM practice that requires connected entities to view the same data without disrupting the independence of each sector. system design using the waterfall method. The system will be built with PHP programming and MySQL database. Testing system using Xampp 6.2 servers with black box method, testing is done by requesting pharmacy installation officer to use the system. The results of the system test show that the performance in the internal control section helps management in looking at the stock situation, the type of drug demand, and the trend of existing disease patterns in the community. Data visualization is also helpful in determining health intervention decisions and policies. This has opened the eyes of management to the importance of information technology. Finally, this research becomes a recommendation to the pharmaceutical installation management to use information technology in operational activities. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Learning Malay language is challenging especially to international students. Augmented reality is one of an attractive technology, and has been identified as one of the solutions for people to learn foreign language. Although, many augmented reality mobile based applications have been developed, however, it is not for those who want to learn Malay language. In addition, most of the existing applications are limited to students in elementary level, and it is also lack of attractive features. Therefore, in this work, the main aim is to develop the augmented reality mobile based application for UPM international students to learn Malay language by implementing university elements in the proposed application. The application was developed in android platform, and were developed by using Unity 3D and Vuforia. For the evaluation purpose, the target users were identified and the questionnaire was used to evaluate users' satisfaction. Based on the survey, it shows that about 88% target users are satisfied with the proposed application. This shows that the proposed application could be used to learn Malay language for international students. © 2019 IEEE.

The widespread use of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology has both good and bad things about it. There must be a full and reliable security system in place for the Internet of Things so that things can work together in a safe way and intrusions cannot happen. There are now many more ways to keep the Internet of Things safe, thanks to a detecting system. As machine learning and deep learning technologies have become better, a lot of good intrusion detection systems have been made. This kind of study is covered. These two types of security are compared in this study. The current machine-based intrusion detection system is broken down into more detailed categories based on detection technology, data source, architecture, and operating method. These categories are as follows: It is talked about how IoT security will grow in the future and how to understand its intrusion detection system too. In this paper, a cloud-based blockchain security model has been presented for secure data transmission over IoT.

Bridging composite and real: Towards end-to-end deep image matting

Extracting accurate foregrounds from natural images benefits many downstream applications such as film production and augmented reality. However, the furry characteristics and various appearance of the foregrounds, e.g., animal and portrait, challenge existing matting methods, which usually require extra user inputs such as trimap or scribbles. To resolve these problems, we study the distinct roles of semantics and details for image matting and decompose the task into two parallel sub-tasks: high-level semantic segmentation and low-level details matting. Specifically, we propose a novel Glance and Focus Matting network (GFM), which employs a shared encoder and two separate decoders to learn both tasks in a collaborative manner for end-to-end natural image matting. Besides, due to the limitation of available natural images in the matting task, previous methods typically adopt composite images for training and evaluation, which result in limited generalization ability on real-world images. In this paper, we investigate the domain gap issue between composite images and real-world images systematically by conducting comprehensive analyses of various discrepancies between the foreground and background images. We find that a carefully designed composition route RSSN that aims to reduce the discrepancies can lead to a better model with remarkable generalization ability. Furthermore, we provide a benchmark containing 2,000 high-resolution real-world animal images and 10,000 portrait images along with their manually labeled alpha mattes to serve as a test bed for evaluating matting model's generalization ability on real-world images. Comprehensive empirical studies have demonstrated that GFM outperforms state-of-the-art methods and effectively reduces the generalization error. Wide-angle image rectification: A survey

Wide field-of-view (FOV) cameras, which capture a larger scene area than narrow FOV cameras, are used in many applications including 3D reconstruction, autonomous driving, and video surveillance. However, wide-angle images contain distortions that violate the assumptions underlying pinhole camera models, resulting in object distortion, difficulties in estimating scene distance, area, and direction, and preventing the use of off-the-shelf deep models trained on undistorted images for downstream computer vision tasks. Image rectification, which aims to correct these distortions, can solve these problems. In this paper, we comprehensively survey progress in wide-angle image rectification from transformation models to rectification methods. Specifically, we first present a detailed description and discussion of the camera models used in different approaches. Then, we summarize several distortion models including radial distortion and projection distortion. Next, we review both traditional geometry-based image rectification methods and deep learning-based methods, where the former formulates distortion parameter estimation as an optimization problem and the latter treats it as a regression problem by leveraging the power of deep neural networks. We evaluate the performance of state-of-the-art methods on public datasets and show that although both kinds of methods can achieve good results, these methods only work well for specific camera models and distortion types. We also provide a strong baseline model and carry out an empirical study of different distortion models on synthetic datasets and real-world wide-angle images. Finally, we discuss several potential research directions that are expected to further advance this area in the future. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Although 5G is commercialized worldwide, research and academic institutions around the world has began to look at beyond 5G, and it is predicted that 6G will develop into green networks that offer a high service quality and energy efficiency. Significant changes in the mobile communications infrastructure are expected to address the needs of modern applications. Researcher's envision 6G undergoing an immense breakthrough and incorporating traditional mobile terrestrial networks with emerging space, orbital and submerged networks should provide internet connectivity anywhere at any time. This paper provides a comprehensive survey of the transition of wireless to 6G networks. A vision for 6G which could serve as a post-5 G study guide. To assist the vision, a formal architecture for predicting and subdividing future 6G deployment scenarios. Next, we identify key potential 6G features and address the communication technologies needed. The primary emphasis in this survey is on the latest technical developments associated with 6G networks, marked by ubiquitous coverage, the implementation of pervasive AI and an improved network protocol stacking. In addition, related future technologies that help to create secure and socially transparent networks, including terahertz and visible light networking, a modern communication model, block chain, and symbiotic radio. Our study aimed to provide instructive guidelines for future 6G studies.

Due to the need for different communication types (Voice, video, and data) over the network, vendors improving enterprise networks for this purpose to minimize delays in order to support the better result, some applications like voice considered real-time applications which suffer from delay, jitter and packet losses, This paper discusses comparison of QoS performance between three QoS algorithms (PQ, FIFO, and WFQ), when using MPLS-TE technology considering the VoIP QoS parameters (end to end delay, jitter, and packet loss, as simulation done by OPNET modeler 14.5.
