A solution of m×n rectangular fuzzy game with payoff as imprecise numbers instead of crisp real numbers namely interval and triangular fuzzy numbers is considered here. Solution of such fuzzy games with pure strategies and the algebraic method to solve 2×2 fuzzy game without saddle point by using mixed strategies is also discussed. Here the m×n payoff matrix is reduced to 2×2 payoff matrix by dominance method. In this paper, we discuss a saddle point solution from an uncertain payoff matrix. Moreover solution method for fuzzy games has also been developed. Numerical example is provided to illustrate the method.

The principle of network construction and the principle of request signals service of Secondary surveillance radar systems predetermined the work of the respondents of the considered systems in conditions of intra-system and intentional correlated and uncorrelated interferences. The article estimates the impact of masking fluctuation interferences on the quality of the request signals detection. It is shown that the choice of time-interval codes as the request signals predetermined the low noise immunity of the considered systems when a channel is exposed by the fluctuation interference.

Development of the mobile robot can be executed in two different ways. Firstly, this creation of the built-in system, secondly, the use of "ready to use" industrial components. With distribution of the industrial mobile robots in the market there are more and more components which can be used for creation of all control system and sensors of the robot mobile platform. Use of the ready components doesn't demand the hardware development that accelerates time of development and reduces cost. The chassis of the Belarus-132 mini-tractor is used as a platform of robotic system in the research, "creation" of the program for traffic control is required. Results of the practical research on design and model development of a mobile robotic complex are given.

Here, a multi-item, multi-objective inventory model of deteriorating items with stock and time dependent demands is formulated in fuzzy-stochastic environment with finite time horizon. In this model, it is assumed that setup cost of the items varies directly with the maximum inventory. Also, unit purchase cost is a random parameter represented by Normal distribution and the deterioration rate is imprecise in nature and defined by a trapezoidal fuzzy number. The model is reduced to an equivalent deterministic model using chance constrained and graded mean integration representation techniques. Single objective E- and V-models are solved using generalized reduced gradient (GRG) technique and multi-objective E-V model is solved by Augmented Fuzzy Max-Min Approach. The models are illustrated numerically.

In the paper, based on a comparative analysis of the methods of processing time-interval codes used as secondary surveillance radar information signals consisting of a different sequence of performing joint decoding operations, selecting signals by duration and time position, it is shown that the most effective is the signal processing method in which first the signals are decoded, then the signals are selected in accordance with the duration and in the future with the selection according to the time position, which provides the lowest probability of a false alarm of the first kind.

We consider here the inventory problems with infinite rate of replenishment in crisp and fuzzy environments over a finite time horizon for deteriorating multi-items taking time dependent demand and allowing shortages and equal replenishment cycles. Here, the objectives of maximizing the profit and minimizing the replenishment cost are imprecise in nature. Total shortage cost is assumed to be limited but vague and imprecise in non-stochastic sense. The impreciseness in the above objectives’ and constraint’ goals have been expressed by fuzzy linear Membership Functions (MFs). Under these assumptions, a Decision Maker (DM) is confronted with four possibilities depending upon the nature of the first and last cycles and he/she has to choose the best one for maximum profit-ratio (i.e. the ratio of total profit to total cost). Hence, both crisp and fuzzy models with different shortage criteria are developed and solved by the weighted fuzzy non-linear programming (WFNLP) and goal attainment methods (GAM). Fuzzy models have also been solved by an integrated goal attainment and fuzzy non-linear programming technique (GAFNLP). Models are illustrated with numerical examples and the results are compared.

In the last years, Virtual Reality (VR) has been established itself as a highly promising media technology for reconstruction and presentation of cultural heritage sites to a wide audience. Virtual Reality enables not only an exploration of a single artefact but of many virtual objects spatially and temporally arranged into a single scene. The users enter an artificially created space and get a feeling of being a part of it. They can perceive and interact with the objects in the virtual environment in natural way. In this paper we propose a conceptual model of the VR module for the “Virtual Plaza for Immersive Representation of Bulgarian Cultural Heritage Sites”. It contains an analysis of the possible input data and the developed workflows to help experts from the cultural heritage domain to implement various scenarios for presentation of single artefacts and complete scene par of cultural heritage site using the benefits of Virtual Reality as visualization medium.
