The scientific computing manages massive amounts of very large data sets. The development of description of the format, structure and semantic content of data is essential for the automatic manipulation of data. The aim of this paper is to define an XML-based language for describing the structure, semantic and annotation of scientific data. The XML Schema and the Document Type Definitions (DTDs) that implement the abstract format are provided. The proposed language describes the structure, semantic and annotation of the scientific data from experiments and simulations. © 2010 IEEE.

In this paper we present an optimal algorithm to solve the all-pairs shortest path problem on permutation graphs with n vertices and m edges which runs in O(n ²) time. Using this algorithm, the average distance of a permutation graph can also be computed in O(n ²) time. © 2003 Kluwer Academic Publishers.

In recent years, the protection of the intellectual property rights of digital media has become a considerable issue. Especially using digital image editing tools has made it very easy and fast to manipulate images. Therefore, manipulation detection of digital images has become a necessity. This article presents a novel Frei-Chen based self-embedding fragile watermarking technique implemented to (Formula presented.) blocks for image manipulate detection. The block key and the Frei-Chen based block feature are calculated from the non-overlapping image blocks of size (Formula presented.). Exclusive-OR operations are applied to the Frei-Chen based block feature and the block key. After, a nine bit block authentication key is generated from the Frei-Chen based block feature and the block key. Then the generated authentication key is embedded in the least significant bits of each block. Experimental results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method through the detection of the various attacks and obtain the excellent visual quality of watermarked images. Also, the results demonstrate that the proposed method detects all of the manipulated areas plainly. © 2022 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

This work presents a practical approach of designing a functionally safe ECU for automotive application by implementing the Model Based Development (MBD) methodology. Functional safety (FuSa) in automotive can be achieved by strictly following the processes of electrical and electronic systems development as given in the ISO 26262. The scope of FuSa encompasses the risks emerging from systematic failures and random hardware failures. One approach to mitigate these failures is the Model Based Development (MBD) on which the ISO 26262 provides guidance. This approach enables to model an ECU and accelerates an IP creation by automatic RTL code generation for rapid prototyping on an FPGA level. In this work the MBD is implemented in accordance to the ISO 26262 to design and test a hardware model of an embedded ECU. The embedded Design under Test (DUT) is simulated and its output verified in Matlab/Simulink. Upon successful results, the RTL codes of the DUT are generated for a target FPGA. The RTL codes are simulated and the functionality of the DUT is verified at the FPGA level. © 2023 IEEE.

Recently, bipolar fuzzy graph is a vastly growing research area as it is the generalization of the fuzzy graphs. In this paper, at first the concepts of regular and totally regular product bipolar fuzzy graphs is introduced. Then necessary and sufficient conditions are established under which regular and totally regular product bipolar fuzzy graph becomes equivalent. The notion of product bipolar fuzzy line graph is introduced and investigated some of its properties. A necessary and sufficient condition is given for a product bipolar fuzzy graph to be isomorphic to its corresponding product bipolar fuzzy line graph. It is also examined when an isomorphism between two product bipolar fuzzy graphs follows from an isomorphism of their corresponding fuzzy line graphs. © 2015, Springer India Pvt. Ltd.

A graph structure is a useful tool in solving the combinatorial problems in different areas of computer science and computational intelligence systems. In this paper, we present a frame work to handle m-polar fuzzy information by combining the theory of m-polar fuzzy sets with graphs. We introduce the notion of strongly edge irregular and strongly edge totally irregular m-polar fuzzy graphs. Some properties of them are also studied to characterize strongly edge irregular and strongly edge totally irregular m-polar fuzzy graphs. © 2016, Springer India Pvt. Ltd.

In this paper, the embedding of m-polar fuzzy graphs which constructed on the surface of spheres is introduced. The m-polar fuzzy genus graphs with its genus value, strong and weak m-polar fuzzy genus graph are defined. Also isomorphism properties on m-polar fuzzy genus graph are discussed. The relation between planarity value and genus value of m-polar fuzzy graph is established. Euler polyhedral equation is established in terms of genus value of the m-polar fuzzy genus graph. In this article, a new idea of fuzzy coloring of m-polar fuzzy graph is presented while establishing the relationship between chromatic number of m-polar fuzzy graph and it's underlying crisp graph. Some properties of m-polar fuzzy graph and new concepts of independently strong edge and independently weak edge in m-polar fuzzy graph are proved. The differences between fuzzy coloring of fuzzy graph and m-polar fuzzy graph are discussed. It is also shown that a m-polar fuzzy graph can be decomposed into m fuzzy graphs. Again, from m isomorphic fuzzy graph one can construct a m-polar fuzzy graph. A relation among chromatic numbers of m-polar fuzzy graph and m such graphs is established. Lastly a real life application of the fuzzy coloring is discussed. © 2018 - IOS Press and the authors. All rights reserved.

The aim of this study is the development of the method of generating and filling the template of ontology for the quality of the concrete software and method of forming the logical conclusion about the sufficiency of information of software requirements specification (SRS) for software quality assessment (by ISO 25010:2011). The first time proposed method of generating and filling the template of ontology for the quality of the concrete software leaves in the relevant ontology only measures, which are available in the SRS for the concrete software. It provides forming the ontology for the quality of the concrete software. The first time developed method of forming the logical conclusion about the sufficiency of the SRS information for software quality assessment provides the conclusion about the sufficiency or insufficiency of the SRS information for software quality assessment by ISO 25010:2011. If the SRS information is insufficient, this method: provides the conclusion for which characteristics and sub-characteristics the information is insufficient;creates the sorted list of missing measures as the recommended priority of their addition in the SRS;evaluates the veracity of software quality assessment based on the available in the SRS measures. © 2017 IEEE.
