In recent years, with the continuous growth of social and economic level, people's living standard has also been constantly improved. Under this background, contemporary people highly respect a good living environment, and the importance of building interior decoration engineering has been fully reflected. As one of the important design contents of interior decoration, the use level and effect of color will directly affect the overall visual effect of interior decoration and the comfort of interior space. Through the rational collocation of colors, the artistic characteristics of interior decoration can be displayed, which can also show the important role of color in interior decoration. In modern interior decoration, the use of colors is gradually enriched, and the use of multiple colors leads to the problem of actual color matching. Image segmentation, which is the premise of image recognition and tracking, divides an image into regions with different characteristics and extracts interesting objects. This technology has been widely used in military affairs, medicine, intelligent transportation, pedestrian detection, product inspection, sports, remote sensing, machine vision and other fields. Therefore, good color matching is very important in the actual interior decoration practice.

Here a real life optimal control problem under fuzzy time period using variational principle is formulated and Solved. The unit production cost is a function of production rate and also dependent on raw material cost, development cost due to durability and wear-tear cost. The holding cost is assumed to be non-linear, dependent on time. The profit function which consists of revenue, production cost and holding cost is formulated as a Fuzzy-Final Time and Fixed State System optimal control problem with fuzzy time period. Here production rate is unknown and considered as a control variable and stock level is taken as a state variable. It is formulated to optimize the production rate so that total profit is maximum. Microbial biofilm build-up in water distribution systems can pose a risk to human health and pipe material integrity. The impact is more devastating in space stations and to astronauts due to the isolation from necessary replacement parts and medical resources. As a result, there is a need for coatings to be implemented onto the inner region of the pipe to minimize the adherence and growth of biofilms. Lubricant-infused surfaces has been one such interesting material for anti-biofouling applications in which their slippery property promotes repellence to many liquids and thus prevents bacterial adherence. Textured and porous films are suitable substrate candidates to infuse and contain the lubricant. However, there is little investigation in utilizing a nanoporous thin film as the substrate material for lubricant infusion. A nanoporous film has high porosity within the structure which can promote greater lubricant infusion and retention. The implementation as a thin film structure aids to reduce material consumption and cost. In our study, we utilized a well-studied nanoporous thin film fabricated via layer-by-layer assembly of polycations and colloid silica and calcination for greater stability. The film was further functionalized to promote fluorinated groups upon the surface and pores of the film, which then could interact with a fluorinated lubricant. The pristine nanoporous film was characterized to determine its morphology, thickness, wettability, and porosity. The lubricant-infused film was then tested for its lubricant layer stability upon various washing conditions and its performance against bacterial biofilm adherence as a result of its slippery and thus anti-biofouling property. The covid-19 pandemic and Economic Policy Uncertainty resulting from the shutdown of production, withdrawal of investments, enforcement of lockdowns and quarantines globally, have been directly affecting stock markets worldwide. This study is thus an attempt to analyse the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on stock market behaviour in major affected economies. Moreover, the time frame was extended by using current data which investigate the impact of the virus during the boom and the blast phase in the country's most hit by the pandemic crisis such as China, Italy, UK and US. The frequency of the data is daily, and it dates from 3 January 2020 up to 10 February 2021. The considered time framework will give a deep insight into how stock markets behave in the case of an exogenous shock. The Dickey-Fuller Augmented Unit Root Test indicates that all the variables are stationary at first difference, which is one of the main conditions to have robust result, and the ARCH-LM test for the heteroskedasticity of the residuals, which show that all the probability values are significant, rejecting the null hypothesis of no ARCH effect. Based on the results of GARCH (1,1), we conclude that the change in stock markets volatility is positive and significant in China, Italy, UK and USA. This suggests that the impacts of COVID-19 outbreak and economic policy uncertainty on Stock Markets are a significant and Homogeneous across the studied countries, and the shock on FTSE Italia All Share has the longest time to vanish which makes it the riskiest to invest during this period, while the shock on SP500 USA has the shortest time to disappear meaning that it is safest Stock Market in this study. These findings have significant implications for policymakers, institutional and individual investors and Financial Markets analysts.

It my great pleasure and honor to welcome you to FoSER 2010: The FSE/SDP Workshop on the Future of Software Engineering Research. This workshop was organized in collaboration with and made possible by generous support from the Software Design and Productivity Coordinating Group (SDP) of the U.S. National Coordination Office (NCO) for Networking and Information Technology Research and Development (NITRD), and the National Science Foundation (NSF). This one-time, international working conference has brought together top academic and industrial researchers and government research funding agency personnel from around the world to engage in an extended discussion of consequential new ideas about the future of our field. The ideas produced by this workshop will be disseminated in two forms. First, the position papers accepted by the program committee will be published in a companion to the Proceedings of FSE-18. Second, the workshop findings will be published subsequently in a special report by NITRD/SDP. The call for papers for FoSER 2010 solicited 4-page position papers with new ideas about the future of software and software-reliant systems, and the research that will be needed to meet future needs. Papers were expected to be creative and thought-provoking, and to articulate compelling new perspectives, positions, problem formulations, assumptions and approaches. The workshop did not seek, and did not accept, technical research papers or abstracts. The workshop received a total of 139 position papers. Of these, 90 papers (65%) were accepted. Each paper was reviewed by at least two members of the workshop program committee. The committee was asked to accept all papers presenting significant new ideas about how our field should move forward. Copyright 2010 ACM.

The traffic of autovehicles in pilot zone of great city of Cluj-Napoca is presented in the work. There are established the noise measuring locations for the fixed station and successive positions of the mobile station in pilot zone. Noise pollution measurements are done on the mentioned locations. The “Sound plan” programme pack is used to fulfill the sound map of the great city of Cluj-Napoca; its graphic representation is compared to the real measurement results. Present paper represents a part of research activity of T.U.C.N. researchers in studying for fulfilling of E.U. tasks of environment protection. This research is made for the application of the EU legislation on the Romanian cities. Event traces are helpful in understanding the performance behavior of parallel applications since they allow the in-depth analysis of communication and synchronization patterns. However, the absence of synchronized clocks on most cluster systems may render the analysis ineffective because inaccurate relative event timings may misrepresent the logical event order and lead to errors when quantifying the impact of certain behaviors or confuse the users of time-line visualization tools by showing messages flowing backward in time. In our earlier work, we have developed a scalable algorithm that eliminates inconsistent inter-process timings postmortem in traces of pure MPI applications. Since hybrid programming, the combination of MPI and OpenMP in a single application, is becoming more popular on clusters in response to rising numbers of cores per chip and widening shared-memory nodes, we present an extended version of the algorithm that in addition to message-passing event semantics also preserves and restores shared-memory event semantics.

A developed adaptive forecasting model for cloud resource allocation is presented. It employs principal component analysis on a sequence of virtual machine (VM) requests. Requests are processed to detect anomalies, and adaptive predictions are computed using EEMD-ARIMA or EEMD-RT-ARIMA methods. The choice between EEMD-ARIMA and EEMD-RT-ARIMA methods is determined by comparing the execution time values ${\mathrm {R}}_{\mathrm {{i}}}$ (sequential series test) with the threshold value ${\mathrm {R}}_{\mathrm {{t d}}}$. If ${\mathrm {R}}_{\mathrm {{i}}} \gt {\mathrm {Rtd}}$, EEMD-ARIMA is used; if ${\mathrm {R}}_{\mathrm {{i}}} \leq {\mathrm {R}}_{\mathrm {{t d}}}$, EEMD-RT-ARIMA is applied. This adaptive approach enables the selection of a prediction method based on data characteristics and resource demands. To optimize the selection of the ${\mathrm {R}}_{\mathrm {{t d}}}$ threshold, the impact on accuracy and time costs is examined. A quartile method is utilized to detect dynamic spikes, and cubic spline interpolation is employed to smooth data. EEMDRT-ARIMA-based forecasting enhances accuracy through preprocessing of dynamic spikes and adaptive method selection. Calculations of time costs indicate that this method reduces forecasting time by 1.5 times by extracting core component sequences.

This document presents the development of an informational model of instrumental examination of a patient using the data flow diagrams (DFD). The developed informational model of the instrumental examination is presented in the form of a context diagram, its decomposition, and the decomposition of the subsystems «Registration and analysis of biomedical signals and images with locally concentrated features» and «Diagnostics». Taking into account the proposed information model, UML diagrams of the activity of the biomedical decision support system based on morphological analysis of biomedical signals and images with locally concentrated features, of the module for morphological analysis of an electrocardiogram, and of the module for improving the quality of visualization of biological objects on radiological images based on the IMRI method are developed.
