Development of Algorithm for Person Re-Identification Using Extended Openface Method

Deep learning has risen in popularity as a face recognition technology in recent ***,a deep convolutional neural network(DCNN)developed by Google,recognizes faces with 128 bytes per *** also claims to have achieved 99.96%on the reputed Labelled Faces in the Wild(LFW)***-ever,the accuracy and validation rate of Facenet drops down eventually,there is a gradual decrease in the resolution of the *** research paper aims at developing a new facial recognition system that can produce a higher accuracy rate and validation rate on low-resolution face *** proposed system Extended Openface performs facial recognition by using three different features i)facial landmark ii)head pose iii)eye *** extracts facial landmark detection using Scattered Gated Expert Network Constrained Local Model(SGEN-CLM).It also detects the head pose and eye gaze using Enhanced Constrained Local Neur-alfield(ECLNF).Extended openface employs a simple Support Vector Machine(SVM)for training and testing the face *** system’s performance is assessed on low-resolution datasets like LFW,Indian Movie Face Database(IMFDB).The results demonstrated that Extended Openface has a better accuracy rate(12%)and validation rate(22%)than Facenet on low-resolution images.

A Double-Branch Xception Architecture for Acute Hemorrhage Detection and Subtype Classification

This study presents a deep learning model for efficient intracranial hemorrhage(ICH)detection and subtype classification on non-contrast head computed tomography(CT)*** refers to bleeding in the skull,leading to the most critical life-threatening health condition requiring rapid and accurate *** is classified as intra-axial hemorrhage(intraventricular,intraparenchymal)and extra-axial hemorrhage(subdural,epidural,subarachnoid)based on the bleeding location inside the *** computer-aided diagnoses(CAD)-based schemes have been proposed for ICH detection and classification at both slice and scan ***,these approaches performonly binary classification and suffer from a large number of parameters,which increase storage ***,the accuracy of brain hemorrhage detection in existing models is significantly low for medically critical *** overcome these problems,a fast and efficient system for the automatic detection of ICH is *** designed a double-branch model based on xception architecture that extracts spatial and instant features,concatenates them,and creates the 3D spatial context(common feature vectors)fed to a decision tree classifier for final *** data employed for the experimentation was gathered during the 2019 Radiologist Society of North America(RSNA)brain hemorrhage detection *** model outperformed benchmark models and achieved better accuracy in intraventricular(99.49%),subarachnoid(99.49%),intraparenchymal(99.10%),and subdural(98.09%)categories,thereby justifying the performance of the proposed double-branch xception architecture for ICH detection and classification.

Multi-Level Knowledge Engineering Approach for Mapping Implicit Aspects to Explicit Aspects

Aspect’s extraction is a critical task in aspect-based sentiment analysis,including explicit and implicit aspects *** extensive research has identified explicit aspects,little effort has been put forward on implicit aspects extraction due to the complexity of the ***,existing research on implicit aspect identification is widely carried out on product reviews targeting specific aspects while neglecting sentences’dependency ***,in this paper,a multi-level knowledge engineering approach for identifying implicit movie aspects is *** proposed method first identifies explicit aspects using a variant of BiLSTM and CRF(Bidirectional Long Short Memory-Conditional Random Field),which serve as a memory to process dependent sentences to infer implicit *** can identify implicit aspects from four types of sentences,including independent and three types of dependent *** study is evaluated on a largemovie reviews dataset with 50k *** experimental results showed that the explicit aspect identification method achieved 89%F1-score and implicit aspect extraction methods achieved 76%*** addition,the proposed approach also performs better than the state-of-the-art techniques(NMFIAD andML-KB+)on the product review dataset,where it achieved 93%precision,92%recall,and 93%F1-score.

Due to the significance and value in human-computer interaction and natural language processing,task-oriented dialog systems are attracting more and more attention in both academic and industrial *** this paper,we survey recent advances and challenges in task-oriented dialog *** also discuss three critical topics for task-oriented dialog systems:(1)improving data efficiency to facilitate dialog modeling in low-resource settings,(2)modeling multi-turn dynamics for dialog policy learning to achieve better task-completion performance,and(3)integrating domain ontology knowledge into the dialog ***,we review the recent progresses in dialog evaluation and some widely-used *** believe that this survey,though incomplete,can shed a light on future research in task-oriented dialog systems.

In present scenario of wireless communications,Long Term Evolution(LTE)based network technology is evolved and provides consistent data delivery with high speed andminimal delay through mobile *** traffic management and effective utilization of network resources are the key factors of LTE ***,there are some major issues in LTE that are to be considered are effective load scheduling and traffic *** LTE is a depraved technology,it is been suffering from these *** addressing that,this paper develops an Elite Opposition based Spider Monkey Optimization Framework for Efficient Load Balancing(SMO-ELB).In this model,load computation of each mobile node is done with Bounding Theory based Load derivations and optimal cell selection for seamless communication is processed with Spider Monkey Optimization *** simulation results show that the proposed model provides better results than exiting works in terms of efficiency,packet delivery ratio,Call Dropping Ratio(CDR)and Call Blocking Ratio(CBR).

Since transactions in blockchain are based on public ledger verification,this raises security concerns about privacy *** it will cause the accumulation of data on the chain and resulting in the low efficiency of block verification,when the whole transaction on the chain is *** order to improve the efficiency and privacy protection of block data verification,this paper proposes an efficient block verification mechanism with privacy protection based on zeroknowledge proof(ZKP),which not only protects the privacy of users but also improves the speed of data block *** is no need to put the whole transaction on the chain when verifying block *** just needs to generate the ZKP and root hash with the transaction information,then save them to the smart contract for ***,the ZKP verification in smart contract is carried out to realize the privacy protection of the transaction and efficient verification of the *** the data is validated,the buffer accepts the complete transaction,updates the transaction status in the cloud database,and packages up the ***,the ZKP strengthens the privacy protection ability of blockchain,and the smart contracts save the time cost of block verification.

The use of privacy-enhanced facial recognition has increased in response to growing concerns about data securityand privacy in the digital age. This trend is spurred by rising demand for face recognition technology in a varietyof industries, including access control, law enforcement, surveillance, and internet communication. However,the growing usage of face recognition technology has created serious concerns about data monitoring and userprivacy preferences, especially in context-aware systems. In response to these problems, this study provides a novelframework that integrates sophisticated approaches such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Blockchain,and distributed computing to solve privacy concerns while maintaining exact face recognition. The framework’spainstaking design and execution strive to strike a compromise between precise face recognition and protectingpersonal data integrity in an increasingly interconnected environment. Using cutting-edge tools like Dlib for faceanalysis,Ray Cluster for distributed computing, and Blockchain for decentralized identity verification, the proposedsystem provides scalable and secure facial analysis while protecting user privacy. The study’s contributions includethe creation of a sustainable and scalable solution for privacy-aware face recognition, the implementation of flexibleprivacy computing approaches based on Blockchain networks, and the demonstration of higher performanceover previous methods. Specifically, the proposed StyleGAN model has an outstanding accuracy rate of 93.84%while processing high-resolution images from the CelebA-HQ dataset, beating other evaluated models such asProgressive GAN 90.27%, CycleGAN 89.80%, and MGAN 80.80%. With improvements in accuracy, speed, andprivacy protection, the framework has great promise for practical use in a variety of fields that need face recognitiontechnology.
