Bitcoin is the leading cryptocurrency with the highest market value among digital currencies. Therefore, predicting the value of Bitcoin can help to understand the entire cryptocurrency market. However, Bitcoin has had a lot of price fluctuations since its inception. In this paper, we are going to forecast the price of Bitcoin using news headline analysis, technical analysis indicators, and historical financial data. The news headlines used in this article are scraped from the Cointelegraph news website, which contains 3988 news headlines related to Bitcoin between 2/7/2020 and 3/8/2021. A transformer pre-trained model on cryptocurrency-related texts called CryptoBERT, which is a BERT-based sentiment analysis model, has been used to analyze the textual data. Also, a novel hybrid 2DCNN-GRU deep learning model has been used to predict the price. To adjust the parameters of this model, a parameter tuning method based on orthogonal arrays called the Taguchi method has been employed. Finally, to examine the proposed model's efficiency, the obtained results have been compared with other deep learning models from the literature review that used text data to predict bitcoin prices. The results show that this model outperformed other models in terms of MAE criterion, while in the other three criteria, namely MSE, RMSE and MAPE, it still demonstrated good results. © 2024 IEEE.

In the current scenario breaking out fire is a common thing that occurs everywhere, and this may also cause many damages for both nature and humans. Here the system aims at the major role on detecting fire that provides more information which helps to compare using sensor. The detection process is done by using the method of image process. The prediction using image detection provides more accuracy rather than any other detection process. The dataset that is used for fire detection is totally to be about 1750 images. The images which are downloaded through internet are needed to be resized and reshaped. Corona virus is considered as a scourge all over world by which most of the people got infected. Since the virus was spreading very quickly governments had to bring in very tough rules such as lock down. Lock down disrupted almost all sector like education, business etc.… During lock down and after the lock down people have used social media as their platform to express the opining regarding the pandemic. Tweeter is one such social media where people had shared their thoughts on the pandemic. In this study tweets which are made by the public is considered to analyses the sentiments. And in this research machine learning models are used to classify the data into five different classes namely positive, negative, neutral, extremely positive, and extremely negative. Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression, and Naïve Bayes are the ML models used to classify the sentiment and are achieving on accuracy of 99%, 99%, 97%, 94%, and 73%, respectively. Recent advancements in blockchain-based cloud computing highlight its potential in providing robust data security, integrity, and confidentiality. While cloud computing is increasingly utilized for remote resource access, it presents significant security challenges that necessitate innovative solutions. This research proposes a novel SecureCloudChain IoT (SCC-IoT) architecture, which integrates blockchain technology into cloud-supportive platforms to enhance security measures. The SCC-IoT architecture includes a distributed blockchain approach to ensure data security while maintaining privacy and integrity. This system is designed to be adaptable and scalable, meeting real-world requirements effectively. By promoting a decentralized and efficient environment, SCC-IoT improves the reliability, stability, and load balancing of cloud services. Performance assessments through various experimental conditions have been conducted to evaluate the proposed system. The results demonstrate SCC-IoT's effectiveness in mitigating potential attacks and ensuring secure and reliable cloud computing. This research highlights the significance of integrating blockchain technology into cloud platforms, paving way for more secure and efficient cloud computing solutions. © 2024 IEEE.

In Internet of Things (IoT) networks, long-range (LoRa) technology is well-known for its wide communication range, but using it with mobile devices presents unique difficulties. Frequently occurring channel attenuation, which causes packet loss, increased energy consumption, and longer transmission times, is one of these difficulties. An improved Adaptive Mobility-based IoT LoRa Clustering Communication (AMILCC) strategy addressed to solve these problems. AMILCC partitions the network into optimal Spreading Factor (SF) areas by using a 2D random waypoint mobility model. The Hybrid Adaptive data Rate (HADR) technique, which combines intra-and inter-SF region modifications to improve resource allocation for mobile IoT LoRa devices, is a key component of AMILCC. The simulation findings demonstrate the advantages of AMILCC over conventional stationary techniques, even under low mobility conditions (up to 5 m/s). In particular, AMILCC decreases energy usage by 56.5%, improves packet success ratio (PSR) by 72 %, and decreases end-to-end delay by 45.32%. These outcomes demonstrate how well AMILCC works to enhance efficiency and performance for mobile LoRa applications. © 2024 IEEE.

This research proposes an efficient approach to improve hospital worker safety on the job by detecting and preventing drowsiness. The system incorporates data from hospital-deployed Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructure and using Support Vector Machines (SVM) as its primary predictive modeling tool. data pertaining to ambient factors, work habits, and physiological indications of employees are collected in real-time by the IoT infrastructure. To identify patterns linked to sleepiness, the SVM model is trained on an extensive dataset. The next step is to implement the model in a healthcare setting so that it can detect signs of sleepiness and act accordingly in a timely manner. With the help of the IoT the predictive model can be dynamically adjusted and monitored in real-time, making it useful in a wide range of situations. The recommended approach is to enhance workplace safety by reducing the likelihood of accidents caused by sleepiness among healthcare workers. The SVM-based prediction model can correctly detect and forecast cases of sleepiness, the research subjected it to extensive testing and validation. This system's adoption helps with the creation of data-driven, proactive methods to improve hospital occupational safety. © 2024 IEEE.

In the modern world, where stress is a major issue that negatively impacts people's general well-being, it is essential to create a strong audio-based stress sensor. By developing an Acoustic Features Stress Perception model, this research seeks to facilitate early identification of stress-related problems, thereby supporting preventive health measures. The research makes use of RAVDESS and CREMA-D audio datasets, which span a wide range of emotional expressions like stress and relaxation, and applies sophisticated signal processing techniques and machine learning to them. With 7,882 audio files in it, the large dataset offers a strong basis for training and evaluating the stress detection *** such as Librosa (feature extraction), WavePlot(waveform visualization), Spectrogram (frequency-time representation), and Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (the spectrum characteristic capture) are used in this research. The model seeks to precisely identify and categorize stress levels in audio recordings by incorporating these features. Using the extracted acoustic features, deep neural networks are used to train the system to distinguish between stressed and relaxed states. The results obtained demonstrate that the suggested model can accurately identify stress, which qualifies it for incorporation into a range of applications, such as workplace settings, personal wellbeing applications, and healthcare monitoring equipment. The results of the model is about 97% and 99%which demonstrate how audio-based stress detection systems can be used to improve general well-being and preventive health measures. In order to produce accurate and dependable results, this study offers a novel method of stress detection by fusing deep learning algorithms with sophisticated signal processing techniques. © 2024 IEEE.

A learning disability (LD) encompasses various learning challenges, characterized by difficulties in understanding words and poor reading skills. It affects many school-Aged children, especially boys, often leading to poor academic performance and low self-esteem. Early detection and intervention are crucial in mitigating these adverse effects. Our research aims to develop a deep learning model to analyze EEG signals from individuals with learning difficulties, providing highly accurate results quickly. We employed Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Independent Component Analysis (ICA), and Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) for component analysis of the dataset and used deep learning algorithms such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), and Graph Neural Networks (GNN) for classification. The goal is to determine the most effective combination of data preprocessing techniques and deep learning algorithms for detecting learning disabilities. © 2024 IEEE.

Rice is the major crop in India, and India has been the biggest exporter and the second-largest producer in the entire world, so it is heavily reliant on rice for its economy and food supply. There has been an increase in rice production from 53.6 million tons in fiscal to 120 million tons over the last 40 years. Healthy and proper rice plant growth is required to maintain food production and supply in accordance with people’s needs and demands. The major diseases affecting these rice plants are leaf blast, hispa, and brown spot. The advancement of deep learning paved the way for these diseases to be detected using computer vision. Many researches have been conducted in the detection of rice leaf diseases, where the rice leaves have been deeply affected at a later stage. In this chapter, we propose an effective deep learning model for an early-stage disease detection of rice leaves. The proposed model was developed by an ensemble of the pretrained DenseNet-201 with the Naïve Inception module. The model was trained and tested over a Rice Diseases Image dataset;it attained an overall disease detection accuracy of 87.69% and surpasseed the existing models. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.
