Many fire accidents that occur recently are caused by electric vehicles like Ola, Okinawa, and Pure EV. The primary reason behind catching fire for EV scooters is a thermal runaway, and this occurs due to multiple reasons - melting of electrolyte, operational Temperatures of the battery, poor quality of the battery cells and battery packs, and lack of active cell assemblies. So, the proposed system intends to provide safety for EV users. For this, the battery's temperature, battery's size, and the voltage fluctuations of the battery are monitored by fixing the sensors to the battery of the electric vehicle along with other required IoT components. These values are monitored so that whenever these values cross their threshold limit the user will get a notification to mobile phone through mobile application as an alert message. Along with this, temperature readings, size indication, battery's voltage percentage are also displayed on the display which is connected to the dashboard of the vehicle and also an alarm sound that alerts the user. © 2023 IEEE.

The process of transferring data from one system to another, known as data migration, is a critical task. As big data continues to grow, organizations encounter increasing complexity in managing data migration. While Apache Spark is an effective open-source big data processing framework that provides a versatile platform for data migration, there are also other tools and frameworks available, such as NiFi, Kafka, Hadoop, and A WS Glue. This study compares data migration using Apache Spark with other widely used tools and frameworks, offering a comprehensive overview of each tool and highlighting their strengths and weaknesses. The study also includes a real- world performance-based case study, in which we evaluate the data migration capabilities of each tool and provide detailed statistics for comparison. Our findings demonstrate that Apache Spark surpasses the other tools in terms of data transfer rates, processing times, and fault tolerance capabilities. This research paper presents a thorough analysis of data migration using Apache Spark and other popular tools and frameworks, enabling organizations to make informed decisions regarding their specific data migration requirements. © 2023 IEEE.

The study explores the field of anomaly detection employing advanced methods. Mammography analysis for the identification of anomaly is examined in terms of the effectiveness of ensemble learning when combined with the powerful EfficientNet-B7 deep learning architecture. This study attempts to enhance anomaly identification accuracy by utilizing the abilities of these methods. Comparative experimental results show significant enhancements corresponding to the proposed ensemble learning model. The integrated technique outperforms the standalone EfficientNetB7 model's 95.81% and 94.89% training and validation accuracies while attaining 98.86% and 98.29% with the proposed approach, respectively and the memory consumption has increased by approximately 18.28% with the proposed approach and 22.84% without the proposed approach. With better generalization and reduced overfitting characteristics, the ensemble model consistently shows higher accuracy over training and validation datasets. These results demonstrate the possibility of ensemble learning to improve the stability and accuracy of detection of anomalies. Selecting the right model and considering ensemble learning into account while analyzing medical images are crucial choices that could impact the diagnostic system's reliability, effectiveness, and accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper deals with the analysis of Bit Error Rate (BER) of LoRa signals in IoT-based networks over Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) and the Rayleigh channel model is simulated and evaluated through MATLAB simulations. LoRa modulation uses Chirp Spread Spectrum (CSS) and these chirp signals are dependent on the Spreading Factor (SF) from SF7 to SF12. MATLAB code from the novel LoRa network open source emulator is used for simulation. The Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) modulation and Phase Shift Keying (PSK) modulation schemes are proposed on the above-mentioned fading channels for 4 SFs (SF7 to SF10). Whereas, existing works have not focused on modulation schemes on communication channels. The FSK and PSK modulation scheme on fading channels shows promising performance in all SFs. The analysis of BER with respect to energy per bit to noise power spectral density ratio (Eb/N0) in dB is presented as results. © 2023 IEEE.

Organizations are using AI and ML to identify the opportunities in various domains. This paper examines the effect of incorporating Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria in evaluation of the long-term value and performance of organizations. Specifically, this paper proposes a model that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyse ESG data and helps to determine which organizations are more likely to achieve long-term success. Then there is application of this model to a sample of publicly traded companies to assess its efficacy. Our results suggest that organizations with higher ESG scores are more likely to have better long-term performance and value. The implementation of the ESG analysis tool and machine learning model helps in identifying the organizations which are performing well in the environment, social and governance aspects along with considering their financial outlook. This paper focuses on discussion of the proposed model evaluating the ESG index, and thus helping the investors, organizations, and retail individuals on the performance of the organization selected by using AI and ML. Every organization needs advanced technology for its business, AI and ML works for that and helps in reduction of the manual efforts and also helps to create a standardized model which if developed well could be evolved as one of the important aspects for individuals and corporates alike to be considered before making their investment decisions. © 2023 IEEE.

Incorporating a computer into a primary school's curriculum in order to facilitate the transmission of knowledge through digital channels not only results in the emergence of challenges, but also raises a variety of environmental concerns. The most significant of these concerns are to the amount of electricity utilised and the overall impact the student has on the environment as a result of using the computer. This topic is of great interest to us because a study of a school's energy use has the potential to have a substantial impact on the organisation. So, we find this question to be really intriguing. Educating children in the school about energy, involving them in debates about energy, and allowing them to take the lead in specific situations all help to the development of young adults who are aware that this resource should not be taken for granted. Teaching children in the school about energy contributes to the development of teachers who can educate children in the classroom about energy. This is because the role that energy plays in each of our lives is so significant. The increasing depth and applications of 5G wireless sensor networks also raise the possibility of network intrusions. In this research, a network intrusion detection system based on the ontology notion is proposed. As it creates ontologies and maintains the relationships among sensor nodes in a network, it is referred upon as a smart system. This proposed system finding is able to secure data in 5G networks. The current detection technique's parameters such as patrol nodes, live nodes, hop, sensor nodes, and energy (in joules) are used to gauge how well the suggested system performs. Attack estimation rate (AER) and precision are the types of metrics in use. © 2023 IEEE.

Apps for medical assistance can be quite important in the provision of emergency healthcare. Anyone may require the contact information for the closest hospital immediately following an incident due to the increase in traffic accidents. Because of this, we have suggested a location-based emergency medical aid system utilizing OpenStreetMap (OSM), where the medical facilities are mapped using their waypoints. Our suggested system consists of an android device with an application installed on it, the user, and a database serving as a central server of comprehensive information about healthcare facilities. During any emergency, a user of the application receives text information about the closest medical facilities from their present location. This mobile application improves the patient medical experience, the relationship between doctors and patients, and the doctor's self-price value and contains a huge commercial value. This app is also built with technology in mind with the potential to reduce efforts to healthcare costs and improve access to medical services and knowledge. We built a chat session in the app that engages patients in the conversation about their medical queries and problems to provide an individualized diagnosis based on their diagnosis and profile. © 2022 IEEE.

In this paper, one effective descreening method has been proposed for reconstructing continuous tone images from the low screen resolution half-toned (HT) printed document images. This descreening method is much more useful for portraits, engraved, and old historic HT images where screen resolution and dot-shape are important issues. Restructured image quality for descreening or inverse half-tone technique (IHT) greatly depends on these parameters. Conventional IHT generally use high-resolution dispersed-dot HT images, but screen, tonal frequency, shape of halftone dots, and also removal of noise are not seen in broad observation. If even limited halftone patches are present in the HT image or a limited number of HT images are available, then these processes become very difficult or impossible to achieve a good accurate outcome. In this study, we have introduced an improved descreening method or IHT, considering those facts and applied it to various low-resolution half-tone printed images that are usually seen from offset, screen, or lithographic printing. Using two sequential processes, our proposed method converts a low line-tone screen to a continuous tone. A one-inverse half-toning algorithm has been proposed for the first stage, and bilateral filtering and low-pass filtering techniques are used for morphological image decomposition in the second stage to focus on extra smoothing and noise removal. Finally, the reconstructed images have been compared with the original images in terms of standard image quality metrics such as PSNR and SSIM. This study also points to the comparative analysis of IHT for different low-level screen resolution HT images. Our proposed method achieved 0.84 SSIM on 50 lpi HT portrait images. © 2023 IEEE.
