The purpose of this research was to develop a power consumer service support system, a case study of the Provincial Electricity Authority, Chumphon Province. By applying the ITIL version 3 operating framework to be applied in conjunction with the geographic information system, the efficiency of the application of the geographic information system was assessed, the quality of the system was assessed by experts and the satisfaction of general users was assessed. The increasing use of digital payment systems has led to a rise in fraudulent activities, presenting a significant challenge in ensuring secure transactions. This research focuses on implementing the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with a Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel to detect fraud in digital payment systems. One of the main challenges addressed in this study is the severe class imbalance in the dataset, where fraudulent transactions account for only 0.17% of total transactions. To overcome this, the SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) method was applied to balance the dataset, allowing the model to better recognize fraudulent patterns. The results indicate that the SVM model achieved an accuracy of 99.93%, with a precision of 86.23% and a recall of 75.51%. These results demonstrate that SVM, combined with SMOTE and RBF kernel, is highly effective in detecting fraudulent transactions while minimizing false positives. This research provides a strong foundation for improving fraud detection models in the context of digital payment systems, offering enhanced security and trust for users. Further research could explore hybrid models and real-time data analysis to improve performance. © 2024 IEEE.

The swift progress of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has unveiled vast opportunities for interfacing and monitoring physical devices. Developers frequently encounter obstacles when conducting human-in-the-loop testing and connecting hardware devices for assessing IoT applications. This inconvenience hinders the development process and demands substantial time commitment for software quality maintenance, thereby diverting attention from core programming tasks. This research endeavors to design and implement an emulator named FirmataSpy based on Firmata, a widely-used serial-port communication protocol, for bridging application software and IoT devices. Serving as a Test Double for IoT devices, FirmataSpy facilitates developers in testing and validating IoT devices seamlessly. What sets FirmataSpy apart from other Test Double approaches is its language independence. It emulates the hardware and interacts with software at the protocol level, thereby broadening its adaptability.

In this research, the system that detects administrative behavior, credit card and developing corruption from credit cards through LINE applications. Applying Smart Glasses in Situated Exploration for Learning English in a National science Museum

Research on the use of augmented reality technology in museums is mostly limited to scientific knowledge. The use of wearable device technology learning materials to benefit students in the process of English learning has been somewhat explored, along with differences in students' learning styles and their influence on students' learning motivation, but there remains much to be done in this field. This study explored the learning effect of smart glasses integration into the English language dinosaur exhibition at the Museum of Natural science and investigated their impact on motivation. The experimental group used smart glasses learning strategy to facilitate their learning experience, whereas the control group used a tablet learning strategy. The research results show that: 1) Learning effectiveness and motivation were significantly superior when using smart glasses learning strategy, as compared to using a tablet learning strategy when learning through the English language situated exploration game. 2) The interaction between different learning strategies and learning styles had a significant impact on learning effectiveness. In the smart glasses learning strategy group and the tablet learning strategy group, the learning effectiveness of the kinesthetic students was significantly higher than those of the auditory students. The learning effectiveness of the visual students using the tablet learning strategy was higher than auditory students. 3) The interaction between different learning strategies and learning styles had no significant effect on learning motivation. In terms of learning motivation, visual students were more affected than auditory and kinesthetic students. © 2008-2011 IEEE.

This research aimed to design, produce, and assess a snoring detection neck pillow for elderly individuals with snoring symptoms. The research process began with finding information on snoring. The data obtained were used to design a snore detection neck pillow in the form of a U-shaped neck pillow. The functional principle was that when the microphone module detects the snoring sound, it activates a vibrating motor to alert the snorer to awake or change sleeping positions and stop snoring. There was a program to control the operation. The results of the snoring detection neck pillow test with a sample size of 20 people showed an average efficiency of 80%. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents an approach for color detection and segmentation based on Image Processing Process to retrieve candidate regions of GHS Sign. For color classification, where the dimension of each vector can be extended by a group of neighboring pixels. The experimental results are highly accurate and robust for our testing database, where samples are recorded on various states of environment. But in the meantime, it was found that the error processing. It is an image that looks asymmetrical image. It is impossible to detect the symbol GHS. © 2023 IEEE.

In this research, the design of the earthworm rearing house was presented. Internet of Things, in which the research has designed houses and various equipment to be designed.
