Recently,autonomous systems become a hot research topic among industrialists and academicians due to their applicability in different domains such as healthcare,agriculture,industrial automation,*** the interesting applications of autonomous systems,their applicability in agricultural sector becomes *** unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)can be used for suitable site-specific weed management(SSWM)to improve crop *** spite of substantial advancements in UAV based data collection systems,automated weed detection still remains a tedious task owing to the high resemblance of weeds to the *** recently developed deep learning(DL)models have exhibited effective performance in several data classification *** this aspect,this paper focuses on the design of autonomous UAVs with decision support system for weed management(AUAV-DSSWM)*** proposed AUAV-DSSWM technique intends to identify the weeds by the use of UAV images acquired from the target ***,the AUAV-DSSWM technique primarily performs image acquisition and image pre-processing ***,the Adam optimizer with You Only Look Once Object Detector-(YOLOv3)model is applied for the detection of *** the effective classification of weeds and crops,the poor and rich optimization(PRO)algorithm with softmax layer is *** design of Adam optimizer and PRO algorithm for the parameter tuning process results in enhanced weed detection performance.A wide range of simulations take place on UAV images and the experimental results exhibit the promising performance of the AUAV-DSSWM technique over the other recent techniques with the accy of 99.23%.

Digital watermarking of interactive media content has become an active experimentation field in recent years. In addition to reviewing some of the methods that have been developed for various media types;a general structure for watermark engrafting and identification is outlined. We highlight a few of these application-oriented differences, including copyright protection, substantiation, tamper identification, and data hiding, as well as the technological and system conditions for different media types such as digital photos, digital files, digital audio, and text. We describe a general structure for digital watermarking-based image copyright protection in this approach. In this paper, we outline the pre-processing and implementation of tide marking technique where Twofish algorithm and double encryption is described. The image processing toolbox is also specified by comparing five different image processing techniques. In addition, the post implementation is carried out with the wavelet toolbox and matlab coder to analyze signal, image properties and generate the efficient code for embedding the text. © 2024 IEEE.

In a post-disaster environment characterized by frequent interruptions in communication links,traditional wireless communication networks are *** the“store-carry-forward”mechanism characteristic of Delay Tolerant Networks(DTNs)can transmit data from Internet of things devices to more reliable base stations or data centres,it also suffers from inefficient data transmission and excessive transmission *** address these challenges,we propose an intelligent routing strategy based on node sociability for post-disaster emergency network ***,we introduce an intelligent routing strategy based on node intimacy,which selects more suitable relay nodes and assigns the corresponding number of message copies based on comprehensive utility ***,we present an intelligent routing strategy based on geographical location of nodes to forward message replicas secondarily based on transmission utility ***,experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm in terms of message delivery rate,network cost ratio and average transmission delay.

This paper considers SIEM technology as one of the mechanisms for protecting web applications from cyberattacks. The most common vulnerabilities and attack surfaces on web applications are analyzed and a list of security events that SIEM can handle is provided. Based on the results of the analysis, a systematic approach to the classification and grouping of events, vulnerabilities, and attack surfaces, taking into account their interrelationship, is proposed. The results of the research will be useful for developers, administrators and security analysts who work with SIEM systems, as they will help them make informed decisions about Web Application protection and prompt response to incidents. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, the impressive growth of new wireless technologies, together with the appearance of new requirements in applications and services, is progressively changing the use of networks. Due to the high mobility required, the network must adapt to the infrastructure to meet the demands of the users. As a result, service providers currently have to over-provision network capacity, which is costly. In addition, considering efficient resource planning in advance involves a lot of labor-intensive efforts. Consequently, network usage analysis is a very useful tool that allows network administrators to find patterns and anomalies. Whilst pattern detection provides administrators the ability to define the infrastructure, anomaly detection provides rich and valuable information for certain applications, for example, to avoid network saturation in urban areas during peak hours. This article proposes a new methodology based on orthogonal projections over Call Detail Records (CDR) for anomaly detection to help in the dynamic management of the network in an urban area. The method is evaluated in a real scenario provided by an Italian telecommunications operator, considering different locations in the Milan metropolitan area, differentiated by the geographic resolution of the data, reaching F1 scores above 0.8. In addition, a new ground truth is presented, hoping it will become a reference data set for the community, in the form of a set of locations that have been corroborated for use in evaluating anomaly detection techniques. © 2023, The Author(s).

Semantic communications offer promising prospects for enhancing data transmission efficiency. However, existing schemes have predominantly concentrated on point-to-point transmissions. In this paper, we aim to investigate the validity of this claim in interference scenarios compared to baseline approaches. Specifically, our focus is on general multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) interference channels, where we propose an interference-robust semantic communication (IRSC) scheme. This scheme involves the development of transceivers based on neural networks (NNs), which integrate channel state information (CSI) either solely at the receiver or at both transmitter and receiver ends. Moreover, we establish a composite loss function for training IRSC transceivers, along with a dynamic mechanism for updating the weights of various components in the loss function to enhance system fairness among users. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed IRSC scheme effectively learns to mitigate interference and outperforms baseline approaches, particularly in low signal-tonoise (SNR) regimes.

Parkinson’s disease(PD)is one of the primary vital degenerative diseases that affect the Central Nervous System among elderly *** affect their quality of life drastically and millions of seniors are diagnosed with PD every year *** models have been presented earlier to detect the PD using various types of measurement data like speech,gait patterns,*** identification of PD is important owing to the fact that the patient can offer important details which helps in slowing down the progress of *** recently-emerging Deep Learning(DL)models can leverage the past data to detect and classify *** this motivation,the current study develops a novel Colliding Bodies Optimization Algorithm with Optimal Kernel Extreme Learning Machine(CBO-OKELM)for diagnosis and classification of *** goal of the proposed CBO-OKELM technique is to identify whether PD exists or ***-OKELM technique involves the design of Colliding Bodies Optimization-based Feature Selection(CBO-FS)technique for optimal subset of *** addition,Water Strider Algorithm(WSA)with Kernel Extreme Learning Machine(KELM)model is also developed for the classification of *** algorithm is used to elect the optimal set of fea-tures whereas WSA is utilized for parameter tuning of KELM model which alto-gether helps in accomplishing the maximum PD diagnostic *** experimental analysis was conducted for CBO-OKELM technique against four benchmark datasets and the model portrayed better performance such as 95.68%,96.34%,92.49%,and 92.36%on Speech PD,Voice PD,Hand PD Mean-der,and Hand PD Spiral datasets respectively.

Intelligent Transportation systems(ITS)have become a vital part in improving human lives and modern *** aims at enhancing road safety and environmental *** is a tremendous increase observed in the number of vehicles in recent years,owing to increasing *** vehicle has its own individual emission rate;however,the issue arises when the emission rate crosses a standard *** to the technological advances made in Artificial Intelligence(AI)techniques,it is easy to leverage it to develop prediction approaches so as to monitor and control air *** current research paper presents Oppositional Shark Shell Optimization with Hybrid Deep Learning Model for Air Pollution Monitoring(OSSOHDLAPM)in ITS *** proposed OSSO-HDLAPM technique includes a set of sensors embedded in vehicles to measure the level of *** addition,hybridized Convolution Neural Network with Long Short-Term Memory(HCNN-LSTM)model is used to predict pollutant level based on the data attained earlier by the *** HCNN-LSTM model,the hyperparameters are selected and optimized using OSSO *** order to validate the performance of the proposed OSSO-HDLAPM technique,a series of experiments was conducted and the obtained results showcase the superior performance of OSSO-HDLAPM technique under different evaluation parameters.
