Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBMs) are a system getting-to-know algorithm that may be used to predict the overall performance of inventory markets. This painting aims to analyze the overall performance of inventory markets via growing an RBM version. The RBM version will benefit from the temporal correlation of stock marketplace information and put it to use to make more correct predictions. The version is educated using historical facts, and the model parameters are adjusted to optimize the prediction accuracy. This painting demonstrates the use of an RBM model for predicting the returns of stocks and analyzing the stock marketplace's overall performance. The outcomes from these paintings show that the proposed RBM version effectively predicts the overall performance of inventory markets and provides an alternative version for forecasting stock markets. Confined Boltzmann Machines (RBMs) are a form of synthetic neural network which can be used for unsupervised studying tasks consisting of dimensionality discount, function mastering, and collaborative filtering. RBMs have been correctly used in numerous applications, including sentiment evaluation, natural language processing, and computer imagination and prescient. In current years, there was a surge of hobby in using RBMs to expect inventory market overall performance. On the way to expand a predictive model, RBMs extract separable functions from the uncooked market data, which can be pattern inputs. The extracted capabilities are used because of the input to a supervised mastering version to predict stock marketplace overall performance based on previous statistics. A vital advantage of using RBMs for feature extraction is that they can identify latent components of the facts, which would, in any other case, remain hidden from the consumer. A Self-Labeling Method for Adaptive Machine Learning by Interactive Causality

Learning from unlabeled data or self-learning, can substantially reduce the complexity of machine learning (ML) utilization in real-time deployment. While the development of un/semisupervised algorithms shows promising results in learning with reduced labels, the fundamental assumption of data smoothness restricts its scope of application, especially with nonstationary data distributions in different domains. Leveraging transdomain invariant causal relationships, causality has recently been employed to foster robust ML. In this article, we have developed a generic method for self-labeling data that relies on known causality among interactive objects and learned temporal relations among causal events for identifying and associating labels and input data. The causal time-interval between asynchronous cause and effect events is studied to achieve self-labeling. We utilize dynamical system theory in a 1-d setting to demonstrate that our proposed method outperforms traditional feature similarity-based semisupervised learning. A computer simulation experiment was conducted to generate high-dimensional data, and the comprehensive results reveal the potential of learning adaptation in dynamic environments to improve ML robustness against shifts in data distribution. © 2023 IEEE.

Application of a three-phase unified power quality conditioner in a microgrid

In power distribution systems, common issues such as voltage fluctuations, voltage instability, current harmonics, and power imbalances often arise, negatively impacting the stability and power quality (PQ) of the power system. As an advanced power electronics device, the unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) can effectively address these problems. Therefore, the integration of UPQC into power distribution lines can enhance the stability and reliability of the power system, providing higher-quality power supply to meet the needs of both users and suppliers for PQ. The authors utilise the TI TMS320F28377D chip as the control core to construct a simple yet highly efficient UPQC system. Through simulation, the correctness of the voltage and current compensation algorithms has been verified, and the overall system feasibility has been validated using a 100-kVA series-shunt inverter. The experimental results show that the voltage compensation range of the UPQC is 380V ± 10%. During sudden current drops, the imbalance rate can be reduced from 85.5% to 1.32% after controlled compensation. During sudden current rises, the imbalance rate can be reduced from 13.1% to 1.56% after controlled compensation. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the UPQC system in improving PQ and system stability in power distribution networks. © 2024 The Author(s). Cloud computing enables businesses to improve their market competitiveness, enabling instant and easy access to a pool of virtualized and distributed resources such as virtual machines (VM) and containers for executing their business operations efficiently. Though the cloud enables the deployment and management of business processes (BPs), it is challenging to deal with the enormous fluctuating resource demands and ensure smooth execution of business operations in containerized multi-cloud. Therefore, there is a need to ensure elastic provisioning of resources to tackle the over and under-provisioning problems and satisfy the objectives of cloud providers and end-users considering the quality of service (QoS) and service level agreement (SLA) constraints. In this article, an efficient multi-agent autonomic resource provisioning framework is proposed to ensure the effective execution of BPs in a containerized multi-cloud environment with guaranteed QoS. To improve the performance and ensure elastic resource provisioning, autonomic computing is utilized to monitor the resource usage and predict the future resource demands, then resources are scaled based on demand. Initially, the required resources for executing the incoming workloads are identified by clustering the workloads into CPU and I/O intensive, and the local agent achieves this with the help of an initialization algorithm and K-means clustering. Then, the analysis phase predicts the workload demand using the proposed enhanced deep stacked auto-encoder (EDSAE), further, the containers are scaled based on the prediction outcomes, finally, the multi-objective termite colony optimization (MOTCO) algorithm is used by the global agent to find suitable containers for executing the clustered workloads. The proposed framework has been implemented in the Container Cloudsim platform and evaluated using the business workload traces. A cyber-physical system is considered to be a collection of strongly coupled communication systems and devices that poses numerous security trials in various industrial applications including healthcare. The security and privacy of patient data is still a big concern because healthcare data is sensitive and valuable, and it is most targeted over the internet. Moreover, from the industrial perspective, the cyber-physical system plays a crucial role in the exchange of data remotely using sensor nodes in distributed environments. In the healthcare industry, Blockchain technology offers a promising solution to resolve most securities-related issues due to its decentralized, immutability, and transparency properties. In this paper, a blockchain-inspired secure and reliable data exchange architecture is proposed in the cyber-physical healthcare industry 4.0. The proposed system uses the BigchainDB, Tendermint, Inter-Planetary-File-System (IPFS), MongoDB, and AES encryption algorithms to improve Healthcare 4.0. Furthermore, blockchain-enabled secure healthcare architecture for accessing and managing the records between Doctors and Patients is introduced. The development of a blockchain-based Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) exchange system is purely patient-centric, which means the entire control of data is in the owner's hand which is backed by blockchain for security and privacy. Our experimental results reveal that the proposed architecture is robust to handle more security attacks and can recover the data if 2/3 of nodes are failed. The proposed model is patient-centric, and control of data is in the patient's hand to enhance security and privacy, even system administrators can't access data without user permission. © 2023 The Authors

A Hybrid Firefly with Dynamic Multi-swarm Particle Swarm Optimization for WSN Deployment

Enhancing the coverage area of the sensing range with the limiting resource is a critical problem in the wireless sensor network (WSN). Mobile sensors are patched coverage holes and they also have limited energy to move in large distances. Several recent studies indicated the metaheuristic algorithms can find an acceptable deployed solution in a reasonable time, especially the PSO-based algorithm. However, the speeds of convergence of most PSO-based algorithms are too fast which will lead to the premature problem to degrade the quality of deployed performance in WSN. A hybrid metaheuristic combined with dynamic multi-swarm particle swarm optimization and firefly algorithm will be presented in this paper to find an acceptable deployed solution with the maximum coverage rate and minimum energy consumption via static and mobile sensors. Moreover, a novel switch search mechanism between sub-swarms will also be presented for the proposed algorithm to avoid fall into local optimal in early convergence process. The simulation results show that the proposed method can obtain better solutions than other PSO-based deployment algorithms compared in this paper in terms of coverage rate and energy consumption. © 2023 Taiwan Academic Network Management Committee. In the modern era of a growing population,it is arduous for humans to monitor every aspect of sports,events occurring around us,and scenarios or *** recognition of different types of sports and events has increasingly incorporated the use of machine learning and artificial *** research focuses on detecting and recognizing events in sequential photos characterized by several factors,including the size,location,and position of people’s body parts in those pictures,and the influence around those *** approaches utilized,here are feature descriptors such as MSER(Maximally Stable Extremal Regions),SIFT(Scale-Invariant Feature Transform),and DOF(degree of freedom)between the joint points are applied to the skeleton ***,for the same purposes,other features such as BRISK(Binary Robust Invariant Scalable Keypoints),ORB(Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF),and HOG(Histogram of Oriented Gradients)are applied on full body or *** integration of these techniques increases the discriminative nature of characteristics retrieved in the identification process of the event,hence improving the efficiency and reliability of the entire *** extracted features are passed to the early fusion and DBscan for feature fusion and *** deep belief,network is employed for *** results demonstrate a separate experiment’s detection average recognition rate of 87%in the HMDB51 video database and 89%in the YouTube database,showing a better perspective than the current methods in sports and event identification.

The power sector is an important factor in ensuring the development of the national *** simulation and prediction of power consumption help achieve the balance between power generation and power *** this paper,a Multi-strategy Hybrid Coati Optimizer(MCOA)is used to optimize the parameters of the three-parameter combinatorial optimization model TDGM(1,1,r,ξ,Csz)to realize the simulation and prediction of China's daily electricity ***,a novel MCOA is proposed in this paper,by making the following improvements to the Coati Optimization Algorithm(COA):(ⅰ)Introduce improved circle chaotic mapping strategy.(ⅱ)Fusing Aquila Optimizer,to enhance MCOA's exploration capabilities.(ⅲ)Adopt an adaptive optimal neighborhood jitter learning *** improve MCOA escape from local optimal solutions.(ⅳ)Incorporating Differential Evolution to enhance the diversity of the ***,the superiority of the MCOA algorithm is verified by comparing it with the newly proposed algorithm,the improved optimiza-tion algorithm,and the hybrid algorithm on the CEC2019 and CEC2020 test ***,in this paper,MCOA is used to optimize the parameters of TDGM(1,1,r,ξ,Csz),and this model is applied to forecast the daily electricity consumption in China and compared with the predictions of 14 models,including seven intelligent algorithm-optimized TDGM(1,1,r,ξ,Csz),and seven forecasting *** experimental results show that the error of the proposed method is minimized,which verifies the validity of the proposed method.
