Nomadic Vehicular Cloud(NVC)is envisaged in this *** predo-minant aspects of NVC is,it moves along with the vehicle that initiates it and functions only with the resources of moving vehicles on the heavy traffic road without relying on any of the static infrastructure and NVC decides the initiation time of container migration using cell transmission model(CTM).Containers are used in the place of Virtual Machines(VM),as containers’features are very apt to NVC’s dynamic *** specifications of 5G NR V2X PC5 interface are applied to NVC,for the feature of not relying on the network ***-days,the peak traffic on the road and the bottlenecks due to it are inevitable,which are seen here as the benefits for VC in terms of resource availability and residual in-network *** speed range of high-end vehicles poses the issue of dis-connectivity among VC participants,that results the container migration *** the entire VC participants are on the move,to maintain proximity of the containers hosted by them,estimating their movements plays a vital *** infer the vehicle movements on the road stretch and initiate the container migration prior enough to avoid the migration failure due to vehicles dynamicity,this paper proposes to apply the CTM to the container based and 5G NR V2X enabled *** simulation results show that there is a significant increase in the success rate of vehicular cloud in terms of successful container migrations.

Bot detection is considered a crucial security issue that is extensively analysed in various existingapproaches. Machine Learning is an efficient way of botnet attack detection. Bot detectionis the major issue faced by the existing system. This research concentrates on adopting a graphbasedfeature learning process to reduce feature dimensionality. The incoming samples arecorrectly classified and optimised using an Adaboost classifier with an improved grey wolfoptimiser (g-AGWO). The proposed IGWO optimisation approach is adopted to fulfil the multiconstraintissues related to bot detection and provide better local and global solutions (to satisfyexploration and exploitation). The extensive results show that the proposed g-AGWO model outperformsexisting approaches to reduce feature dimensionality, under-fitting/over-fitting andexecution time. The error rate prediction shows the feasibility of the given model to work over thechallenging environment. This model also works efficiently towards the unseen data to achievebetter generalization.

Researchers have recently created several deep learning strategies for various tasks, and facial recognition has made remarkable progress in employing these techniques. Face recognition is a noncontact, nonobligatory, acceptable, and harmonious biometric recognition method with a promising national and social security future. The purpose of this paper is to improve the existing face recognition algorithm, investigate extensive data-driven face recognition methods, and propose a unique automated face recognition methodology based on generative adversarial networks (GANs) and the center symmetric multivariable local binary pattern (CS-MLBP). To begin, this paper employs the center symmetric multivariant local binary pattern (CS-MLBP) algorithm to extract the texture features of the face, addressing the issue that C2DPCA (column-based two-dimensional principle component analysis) does an excellent job of removing the global characteristics of the face but struggles to process the local features of the face under large samples. The extracted texture features are combined with the international features retrieved using C2DPCA to generate a multifeatured face. The proposed method, GAN-CS-MLBP, syndicates the power of GAN with the robustness of CS-MLBP, resulting in an accurate and efficient face recognition system. Deep learning algorithms, mainly neural networks, automatically extract discriminative properties from facial images. The learned features capture low-level information and high-level meanings, permitting the model to distinguish among dissimilar persons more successfully. To assess the proposed technique’s GAN-CS-MLBP performance, extensive experiments are performed on benchmark face recognition datasets such as LFW, YTF, and CASIA-WebFace. Giving to the findings, our method exceeds state-of-the-art facial recognition systems in terms of recognition accuracy and resilience. This paper proposes the Modified Light GBM to classify the Malicious Users (MUs) and legitimate Secondary Users (SUs) in the cognitive-radio network. The proposed method is to avoid the consequences of malicious users in Cooperative Spectrum Sensing (CSS) without the detection of MUs. The method is tested against the occurrence of Always No Malicious User (ANMU), always yes malicious user (AYMU), the Random Malicious User (RMU), and Opposite Malicious User (OMU) transmitting spectrum sensing data to the Fusion Center (FC) by normal secondary users. The thyroid gland, a pivotal regulator of essential physiological functions, orchestrates the production and release of thyroid hormones, playing a vital role in metabolism, growth, development, and overall bodily functions. While thyroid nodules are predominantly benign, certain cases may manifest malignancy, leading to thyroid cancer. Despite the generally favorable prognosis, early detection and intervention remain paramount for optimal outcomes. Given the limitations in clinical data, this paper introduces an innovative approach employing a modified XGBoost model that integrates both clinical and molecular properties into a unified predictive model. Utilizing fine-needle aspiration biopsies and gene expression analysis, our model aims to enhance cancer prediction in thyroid nodules. We explore the influence of incorporating high-quality clinical data on the prioritized gene set, employing a nature-inspired method for hyperparameter optimization. The modified XGBoost model emerges as highly recommended for non-parametric feature selection, extraction, and prediction due to its remarkable accuracy. Our proposed model attains an impressive 94.6% accuracy, surpassing other machine learning models such as C5.0 (92.5%), CART (88.7%), CHAID (83.4%), Quest (81.5%), LSVM (77%), and random tree (24.1%). The real-time efficiency of our model is demonstrated in the results section. Experiments showcase the superior performance of combined molecular and clinical data-based prediction models. Emphasis is placed on the importance of scrutinizing the origins of clinical data and maintaining vigilance over variable quality. This study signifies a substantial advancement in thyroid cancer prediction, offering a robust and accurate model that integrates diverse data sources, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Optimized graph transformer with molecule attention network based multi class attack detection framework for enhancing privacy and security in WSN

In today's rapidly evolving network landscape, cybersecurity has become increasingly crucial. However, wireless sensor networks face unique challenges due to their limited resources and diverse composition, high computational demands, diminished accuracy rates, making them susceptible to a wide array of cyber threats. To tackle these challenges, this research introduced a novel method known as Optimized Graph Transformer with Molecule Attention Network (OGTMAN) on the fusion of Secure Multi-party Computation (SMC) and differential privacy aimed at enhancing privacy and security. This approach starts with data preprocessing, employing min–max normalization to address dataset imbalances. N-Tuple Contrastive Learning with Generative transformer(N-TCLG)feature extractor distinguish between different classes of data instances and effectively learns representations that capture relevant information about network traffic patterns Further, feature selection by enhanced chi-square statistics with kepler algorithm, is utilized to assess the significance of each feature in characteristic between normal network behavior and malicious activities further refines the feature selection method by optimizing the selection criteria based on the statistical properties of the dataset. Finally, the proposed OGTMAN classifies various attacks based on their behavioural patterns with the help of enhanced ant aphid optimization with adaptive step factor. Ultimately, this fine-tuning yield superior model training outcomes, resulting more accurate attack classification outcomes. To evaluate the effectiveness of this approach, datasets encompassing with KDD Cup 99 datasets are employed.
