Data transmission through a wireless network has faced various signal problems in the past *** orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)technique is widely accepted in multiple data transfer patterns at various frequency bands.A recent wireless communication network uses OFDM in longterm evolution(LTE)and 5G,among *** main problem faced by 5G wireless OFDM is distortion of transmission signals in the *** transmission loss is called peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR).This wireless signal distortion can be reduced using various *** study uses machine learning-based algorithm to solve the problem of PAPR in 5G wireless *** transmit sequence(PTS)helps in the fast transfer of data in wireless *** is merged with deep belief neural network(DBNet)for the efficient processing of signals in wireless 5G *** indicates that the proposed system outperforms other existing ***,PAPR reduction in OFDM by DBNet is optimized with the help of an evolutionary algorithm called particle swarm ***,the specified design supports in improving the proposed PAPR reduction architecture.

This system provides a comprehensive overview of hospital environments by tracking air quality, dust, temperature, and humidity simultaneously, offering a more complete picture of indoor conditions than systems that focus on fewer parameters. The use of IoT technology enables real-time monitoring and alerts, allowing hospital staff to respond immediately to any issues. Additionally, predictive analytics anticipate future changes, giving staff time to take preventive measures. Cross-Site Scripting(XSS)remains a significant threat to web application security,exploiting vulnerabilities to hijack user sessions and steal sensitive *** detection methods often fail to keep pace with the evolving sophistication of cyber *** paper introduces a novel hybrid ensemble learning framework that leverages a combination of advanced machine learning algorithms—Logistic Regression(LR),Support Vector Machines(SVM),eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost),Categorical Boosting(CatBoost),and Deep Neural Networks(DNN).Utilizing the XSS-Attacks-2021 dataset,which comprises 460 instances across various real-world trafficrelated scenarios,this framework significantly enhances XSS attack *** approach,which includes rigorous feature engineering and model tuning,not only optimizes accuracy but also effectively minimizes false positives(FP)(0.13%)and false negatives(FN)(0.19%).This comprehensive methodology has been rigorously validated,achieving an unprecedented accuracy of 99.87%.The proposed system is scalable and efficient,capable of adapting to the increasing number of web applications and user demands without a decline in *** demonstrates exceptional real-time capabilities,with the ability to detect XSS attacks dynamically,maintaining high accuracy and low latency even under significant ***,despite the computational complexity introduced by the hybrid ensemble approach,strategic use of parallel processing and algorithm tuning ensures that the system remains scalable and performs robustly in real-time *** for easy integration with existing web security systems,our framework supports adaptable Application Programming Interfaces(APIs)and a modular design,facilitating seamless augmentation of current *** innovation represents a significant advancement in cybersecurity,offering a scalable and effective solution for securing modern web applications against evolving threats.

Lung cancer is a highly lethal disease, claiming the lives of approximately 1 million individuals annually. Cancer is characterized by abnormal and rapid cell growth, making it difficult to control, though early diagnosis through Computed Tomography (CT) scan images can significantly improve chances of survival. However, detecting lung cancer early is challenging and can increase the risk of complications such as infection, inflammation, and tumor growth in the lungs. Moreover, the current methods for analyzing lung cancer prognosis have low accuracy. To solve this problem, we proposed an Optimized Weighting-Based Enhanced Neural Network (OWENN) method to classify patients based on attributes accurately. Furthermore, they utilize the Adaptive Median Filter (AMF) technique during image pre-processing to calculate the mean value of each pixel and remove noise. Moreover, Improved Particle Swarm Optimization (IPSO) can be implemented to extract tumors from lung images efficiently. Finally, the OWENN method improves the accuracy of cancer or non-cancer detection by classifying patients based on their selected attributes. Afterward, the experimental results indicate that the suggested OWENN approach can attain lung cancer prediction by evaluating sensitivity, precision, accuracy, and time delay. © 2024 IEEE.

Long-term solar radiation forecasting in India using EMD, EEMD, and advanced machine learning algorithms

Solar radiation plays a critical role in the carbon sequestration processes of terrestrial ecosystems, making it a key factor in environmental sustainability among various renewable energy sources. This study integrates two advanced signal processing techniques—empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD)—with machine learning (ML) algorithms, including multilayer perceptron (MLP), random forest regression (RFR), support vector regression (SVR), and ridge regression, to forecast long-term solar radiation. Meteorological data spanning 13 years (2000–2012) from seven locations across India (Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Patna, and Trivandrum) were used for training and testing. The optimal model was identified based on performance metrics, including the highest linear correlation coefficient (R), and the lowest mean absolute error (MAE) and root mean square error (RMSE). The results indicate that EEMD integrated with ML algorithms consistently outperformed EMD-based approaches. Among the ML models evaluated, EEMD integrated with MLP achieved the best performance across all locations, with RMSE = 0.332, MAE = 0.26, and R2 = 0.99. Furthermore, a comparative analysis with previous studies demonstrated that the proposed approach provides superior accuracy, underscoring its efficacy in solar radiation forecasting. © The Author(s) 2025.

The right partner and high innovation speed are crucial for a successful research and development (R&D) alliance in the high-tech industry. Does homogeneity or heterogeneity between partners benefit innovation speed? This study examined the links between partner asymmetries (technological heterogeneity and network resource asymmetry) and innovative speed from both economic and social dual perspectives by focusing on biopharmaceutical industries. The results revealed an inverse U-shaped relationship between technology heterogeneity and innovation speed. In addition, a positive linear relationship exists between network resource asymmetry and innovation speed for 1991-2000 alliances and for biotech-biotech partner-type alliances;significantly negative moderating effects of time to market occurred on these linear relations. Finally, this study makes important theoretical and practical contributions to partner selection literature on R&D alliances in the biopharmaceutical industry. © 1988-2012 IEEE.

Background: Proteins act as clotting factors to stop bleeding at the lesion site. This implies that people with hemophilia tend to bleed longer after an injury and are more prone to internal bleeding. Depending on the type of hemophilia, individuals with hemophilia will have lesser amounts of factor VIII or factor IX than people without it. Objective: By analyzing the gene variant of hemophilia affected patient we can predict the severity of disease at earlier stage which helps to avoid further complications. Methods: Predicting hemophilia can be achieved through potential technologies like machine learning. Using these technologies, one can detect and predict the severity of hemophilia, such as mild, moderate, or severe. Results: By comparing the methods used in protein structure analysis, the advantages and limitations of methods used in protein structure analysis are discussed. Conclusion: The best practices in predicting hemophilia are highlighted in this patent study and particularly aim at the basic understanding of applying the potential technologies in the prediction of hemophilia and its severity. This study represents recent research on hemophilia and the use of different machine learning techniques (MLT) in this area. © 2024 Bentham science Publishers.

Efficient highway lighting is crucial for ensuring road safety and reducing energy consumption and costs. Traditional highway lighting systems rely on timers or simple photosensors, leading to inefficient operation by illuminating lights when not needed or failing to adjust to changing conditions. The emergence of the Internet of Things (IoT) and related technologies has enabled the development of smart automated highway lighting systems that can dynamically control illumination levels based on real-time data. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the current state-of-the-art in smart automated highway lighting systems employing IoT technologies. Key components, communication protocols, data processing techniques, and lighting control strategies are discussed. The integration of renewable energy sources and energy storage systems is explored for environmentally sustainable operations. Practical implementation case studies are analyzed to highlight benefits and challenges. Open research issues and future directions for further enhancements are identified. © The Author(s) 2024.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a significant shift in people's lifestyles, prompting a complete change in their way of life. Prioritizing teacher and student health before permitting them to visit college grounds has become crucial because the virus is evolving and posing a threat to human survival. In order to do this a three-stage examining process that entails the following phases was developed. The system first verifies to validate if the visitor has received all necessary vaccinations. Second, the system keeps tabs on the people health during the second phase. Lastly, nobody is allowed on the college campus without a mask. The device also provides hand sanitizing solutions to the guests, ensuring everyone is as safe and protected as possible. © 2023 IEEE.
