Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are normally conveyed in arbitrary regions with no security. The source area uncovers significant data about targets. In this paper, a plan dependent on the cloud utilising data publishing in privacy of point source is proposed to resolve the issue of source area security. Then, at that point, a cloud-moulded phony area of interest is made to add counterfeit parcels into the WSN to confound the enemy and give a far-reaching protection area. Every important parcel is steered through a way that is very hard for the area of interest finding enemy to discover straightforwardly. Recreation results represent that the plan can forestall antagonistic catch and keep a significant degree of security insurance simultaneously. FusionEXNet: an interpretable fused deep learning model for skin cancer detection

Skin cancer poses a significant burden on mankind and healthcare systems globally, necessitating the development of effective diagnostic and treatment strategies. This paper introduces FusionEXNet, an innovative and interpretable fused deep-learning model for skin cancer detection. FusionEXNet leverages the strengths of EfficientNetV2S and XceptionNet architectures to extract robust features from dermoscopic images, achieving superior performance compared to individual models. While XceptionNet and EfficientNetV2S attained accuracies of 88.82% and 88.01%, respectively, FusionEXNet surpassed them with an impressive accuracy of 90.83%. To enhance model interpretability, Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) techniques, such as SmoothGrad and Faster Score-CAM, are integrated, providing valuable insights into the decision-making process. The model was trained and evaluated using the extensive HAM10000 dataset, consisting of over 10,000 high-resolution images across seven skin lesion categories. The proposed FusionEXNet model offers a reliable, accurate, and interpretable system for skin cancer detection, contributing to improved patient outcomes and more efficient diagnostic processes. This study underscores the potential of combining advanced CNN architectures with XAI methods to create powerful tools for dermatological diagnostics. © 2024 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

The rapid expansion of Internet of Things(IoT)networks has introduced challenges in network management,primarily in maintaining energy efficiency and robust connectivity across an increasing array of *** paper introduces the Adaptive Blended Marine Predators Algorithm(AB-MPA),a novel optimization technique designed to enhance Quality of Service(QoS)in IoT systems by dynamically optimizing network configurations for improved energy efficiency and *** results represent significant improvements in network performance metrics such as energy consumption,throughput,and operational stability,indicating that AB-MPA effectively addresses the pressing needs ofmodern IoT *** are initiated with 100 J of stored energy,and energy is consumed at 0.01 J per square meter in each node to emphasize energy-efficient *** algorithm also provides sufficient network lifetime extension to a resourceful 7000 cycles for up to 200 nodes with a maximum Packet Delivery Ratio(PDR)of 99% and a robust network throughput of up to 1800 kbps in more compact node *** study proposes a viable solution to a critical problem and opens avenues for further research into scalable network management for diverse applications.

Sensors are considered as important elements of electronic *** many applications and service,Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)are involved in significant data sharing that are delivered to the sink node in energy efficient man-ner using multi-hop ***,the major challenge in WSN is the nodes are having limited battery resources,it is important to monitor the consumption rate of energy is very much ***,reducing energy con-sumption can increase the network lifetime in effective *** that,clustering methods are widely used for optimizing the rate of energy consumption among the sensor *** that concern,this paper involves in deriving a novel model called Improved Load-Balanced Clustering for Energy-Aware Routing(ILBC-EAR),which mainly concentrates on optimal energy utilization with load-balanced process among cluster heads and member *** providing equal rate of energy consumption among nodes,the dimensions of framed clusters are ***,the model develops a Finest Routing Scheme based on Load-Balanced Clustering to transmit the sensed information to the sink or base *** evaluation results depict that the derived energy aware model attains higher rate of life time than other works and also achieves balanced energy rate among head ***,the model also provides higher throughput and minimal delay in delivering data packets.

Six-phase motors are becoming more popular because of their advantages such as lower torque ripple, better power distribution per phase, higher efficiency, and fault-tolerant capability compared to the three-phase ones. This paper presents the fault-tolerant capability analysis of a symmetrical six-phase induction motor equipped with distributed, conventional concentrated, and pseudo-concentrated windings under open-circuit fault scenarios. For further investigation, different load types such as constant-speed, constant-torque, and constant-power are applied to the motor. Two concepts of magnetic and physical phase separations are introduced as factors affecting the motor reliability. Analytically, these factors give an insight into how the pseudo-concentrated winding could be a fault-tolerant alternative. Moreover, five parameters such as the change of output power, power loss, power factor, efficiency, and expected load loss are considered as the fault-tolerant capability parameters to evaluate the windings reliability. The aforementioned parameters are reported using the finite element analysis for different fault scenarios and different load types. Although the baseline motor dimensions are not optimized for applying the pseudo-concentrated winding, the pseudo-concentrated shows a promising performance with high fault-tolerant capability. © 2024 Sharif University of technology. Diabetics is the maximum common non-transmissible disease and the deadliest disease worldwide, affecting five hundred and thirty-seven mountain individuals. Diabetics container be carried on by a variety of sources, with an unhealthy diet, high BP, abnormal cholesterol, a personal antiquity of the disease, and inactivity. Early diabetes prediction using IoT can be done by monitoring various health parameters and identifying patterns that may indicate the development of diabetes. In Proposed work, Mendeley Data Repository is a real-time data have been taken for early diabetes prediction. The Proposed hybrid Backward elimination method with Maximum Relevance, Minimum Redundancy (BE-MRMR) algorithm When integrating backward elimination and the MRMR algorithm, you can use the strengths of both strategies to identify a small but informative set of features for early diabetic prediction, potentially enhancing model interpretability and generalisation. Finally, after eliminating features, left with a subdivision of structures that subsidize most to the replica's performance. This feature given to various machine learning classifiers RF, ANN, SVM to predict early diabetics. These models produce performance matrices is calculated in terms of accuracy, specificity, precision and sensitivity. © 2024 IEEE.

Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that significantly impacts motor function. Early detection is critical for effective intervention, yet traditional diagnostic methods often face limitations in accuracy and timeliness. This paper proposes a hybrid deep learning model combining EfficientNet, BiLSTM, and GANs to improve PD detection accuracy using medical images and sequential data. EfficientNet is employed for extracting features from MRI scans, while BiLSTM is used to analyze temporal data, such as gait and speech patterns, to capture the progressive changes associated with PD. Additionally, GANs are utilized to augment the dataset, addressing the challenges of data scarcity and imbalance. The fusion of spatial and temporal features enables a more comprehensive understanding of PD, improving diagnostic performance. Bayesian optimization is applied for hyperparameter tuning, and K-fold cross-validation ensures robust model evaluation. The results demonstrate that the hybrid model outperforms single-modal approaches in both classification and regression tasks, offering enhanced accuracy in detecting PD and predicting disease severity. Furthermore, interpretability techniques like Grad-CAM and attention mechanisms are incorporated to provide insights into the model's decision-making process. This work presents a promising approach for automating PD diagnosis and lays the groundwork for further research in multi-modal deep learning for disease detection. © 2025 IEEE.

Recently, there has been interest in classifying emotions using audio inputs and machine learning methods. Because a single statement might be delivered in a variety of emotional circumstances, textual data alone is insufficient for identifying the emotions, necessitating the adoption of novel feature extraction approaches. This paper aims to provide an improved framework which uses a detailed study on audio sound features like mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs), zero crossing rate (ZCR), spectral bandwidth and many other features for audio analysis and uses the same for predicting emotions. The paper also emphasises on various audio augmentation techniques to improve the generalising power of the model. With the above-mentioned improvements in the feature vector and a carefully selected deep neural network, state-of-the-art classification accuracy is achieved on the two state-of-the-art datasets Toronto emotional speech set (TESS) and the Ryerson Audio-Visual Database of Emotional Speech and Song (RAVDESS).
