Efficient space management has emerged as a crucial issue in the era of smart spaces and IoT-enabled surroundings. In this study, an innovative method is proposed to solve the difficulties of real-time occupancy monitoring and resource optimization in various public and private venues. The system makes use of an ESP32-CAM module with a built-in camera to capture real-time images of the monitored region. The recorded images are analyzed using computer vision techniques and algorithms to track and detect people entering and leaving the area. The basis of the system is the person counting algorithm, which delivers precise and immediate occupancy statistics. The system allows users to log in from any location and monitor space occupancy in real time. The study was conducted based on the performance and accuracy of the system under various circumstances, indicating its appropriateness for a range of applications, from offices and retail outlets to public spaces and smart homes. The importance of this research is found in its contribution to the subject of smart space management, which is still in its infancy but where data-driven choices are essential for maximizing resource usage, guaranteeing social distance compliance, and improving user experiences. This web-enabled vision-based person counting system can help advance smart space management in the context of the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart cities as a creative and useful solution. In the end, the study provides a thorough description outlining its goals, approach, salient characteristics, and prospective effects on smart space management.

Neurotransmitters play a crucial role in neurological functions. Neural activity is significantly impacted by the balance of neurotransmitters in different parts of the brain. In order to comprehend many complex multi-factorial neurological diseases, mathematical modelling can be helpful. Neurotransmitter release, diffusion, and intake are studied rigorously nowadays in various computational models of brain disorders. The main focus of this work is on dopamine, a neurotransmitter that plays an important role associated with the brain’s reward system. Dopamine-mediated neurodegenerations like Parkinson’s disease (PD) and Schizophrenia have been studied recently using computational approaches. The current work, presented here uses mathematical models to analyse the impact of dopamine levels on specific brain networks leading to diseases such as PD. In this work, neural dynamics in the normal and parkinsonian states are studied in detail with the help of biologically inspired Basal Ganglia (BG) models. The simulations illustrate the behaviour of BG neurons under altered dopamine levels leading to normal or disease states. An extended study with the inclusion of learning and action selection may also help to model the reinforcement learning capability of the BG network.

Mobile network nodes perform time transfer during data packet performance in an asynchronous manner. Network nodes get packets for transmission from node sensors that reject the demands of node attackers. When packet loss occurs unexpectedly due to a network removal, it is exceedingly difficult to detect assaults and time forwarding. Attack detection accuracy deteriorates, and packet loss rates rise. A strategy for node mobile intermediate that gets over attacks that identify the forward choosing is provided for improved data forwarding. Network performance is completely damaged by specific attacks, such as communication processes that degrade or lose packets. The algorithm's architecture ensures that the best nodes are chosen for relaying and that transmission packets that do not drop are declined. Multimodal fusion has become an important research technique in neuroscience that completes downstream tasks by extracting complementary information from multiple modalities. Existing multimodal research on brain networks mainly focuses on two modalities, structural connectivity (SC) and functional connectivity (FC). Recently, extensive literature has shown that the relationship between SC and FC is complex and not a simple one-to-one mapping. The coupling of structure and function at the regional level is heterogeneous. However, all previous studies have neglected the modal regional heterogeneity between SC and FC and fused their representations via "simple patterns", which are inefficient ways of multimodal fusion and affect the overall performance of the model. In this paper, to alleviate the issue of regional heterogeneity of multimodal brain networks, we propose a novel Regional Heterogeneous multimodal Brain networks Fusion Strategy (RH-BrainFS). Briefly, we introduce a brain subgraph networks module to extract regional characteristics of brain networks, and further use a new transformer-based fusion bottleneck module to alleviate the issue of regional heterogeneity between SC and FC. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first paper to explicitly state the issue of structural-functional modal regional heterogeneity and to propose a solution. Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms several state-of-the-art methods in a variety of neuroscience tasks. Despite the fact that machine translation has advanced greatly in recent years, it continues to struggle with issues including vague rules, missing data, and the increase in wrong translation order. Construct intricate mappings between functions, inputs, and outputs, and successfully troubleshoot translation system issues. The fundamentals and illustrative models of deep learning and machine learning are introduced. In this proposal examines the principles, frameworks, and models of neural model-based machine translation systems. The design of preprocessing and coding modules in accordance with translation requirements and present a machine learning-based translation system. To produce a user-friendly programme, capabilities like text translation, text synthesis, text-from-image extraction, text-to-speech conversion, and many more must all be incorporated. The main objective is to convert the text that has been extracted from a picture that the user has provided into speech. Giving visually impaired persons a helpful mp3 format is one of our objectives.

According to the implementation model, MAC scheduling techniques may be broken down into two distinct categories centralized and distributed scheduling. These categories apply to wireless networks. Both centralized and distributed schedulers have the ability to assure a dependable throughput capacity region, also known as achieving throughput-guaranteed, by establishing MAC scheduling criteria in a reasonable manner. However, it has been shown that some throughput-guaranteed scheduling systems that are already in use are unable to further provide constrained end-to-end mean latency, as well as the explanation for these phenomena has not been well investigated. Both throughput and latency are regarded as critically significant in operational communication networks. In this study, we build on this concept by thoroughly examining the current MAC scheduling algorithms from the perspectives of throughput and latency, and by comparing their respective performances using theoretical analysis and simulation tests. The goal of this investigation is to provide a conceptual basis for the development of MAC routing technique in next-generation cellular networks.

Vibration serves as an active mechanism for heat and mass transfer enhancement applied in numerous engineering sectors, including heat exchangers, electronic devices, aerospace applications, and solidification processes. This paper focuses on examining the effects of vibration on thermosolutal natural convection of a hybrid nanofluid within a porous medium. The system under investigation consists of a square enclosure subjected to horizontal thermal and solutal gradients generated by a centrally positioned source, with the top and bottom boundaries assumed to be adiabatic. The governing system of non-dimensional partial differential equations is derived through the introduction of appropriate dimensionless variables and parameters. The Corcione correlation was applied to model the thermal physical properties. Numerical solutions are obtained using the alternating direction implicit finite difference method, ensuring accuracy through successive tests and comparison with previously established results. Numerical simulations were conducted to assess the influence of vibration amplitude (λ=1,3,5,10,20), frequency (σ=500,1000,1500), nanoparticle volume fraction (0.01≤≤0.05), Rayleigh number (50≤Ra≤200), Lewis number (1≤Le≤20) and buoyancy ratio (−2≤N≤2) on the convective instabilities of the fluid. The results show that gravitational modulation and fluid characteristics significantly influence convective stability. Increased vibration amplitude enhances both heat and mass transfer. However, higher frequencies reduce heat transfer while stabilizing mass transfer. Furthermore, higher Rayleigh numbers strengthen convective currents, thereby increasing both Nusselt and Sherwood numbers. The Lewis number also plays a critical role in these processes: lower values primarily improve heat transfer, whereas higher values enhance mass transfer. Equivalence Class and Modified Gaussian Methods for Normalization of Time Series Data on Ai Models

In data analysis and signal processing, normalization is an essential preprocessing step. The selection of an optimal normalization strategy is a complex process. The paper addresses a common property of normalization functions and its impact on classification and regression models in Deep Learning. The paper also introduces a nonlinear normalization function called L-R Gaussian scalar and establishes its similarities in comparison with the Minmax scalar, Maxabs scalar, Standard scalar, and Robust scalar. Experimental analysis shows that the L-Gaussian scalar provides atleast 3.5% higher accuracy and the R-Gaussian scalar provides atleast 2.3% higher accuracy in the classification of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals compared to the Minmax, Maxabs, Robust and Standard scalar. The paper theoretically establishes that a non negative scaling parameter and any real valued translation parameter generates equivalent signals for the given Time Series data without altering its equivalence classes and experimentally proved to have better performance on classification and regression models in Deep neural networks. Results show that equivalent signals give atleast 12.5% higher accuracy on classification performance with a scaling parameter of 0.5 and translation parameter 0 and atleast 1.2% lower MAE values on prediction with noisy data with a scaling parameter of 0.3 and translation parameter 0 compared to the Minmax, Maxabs, Standard and Robust scalar. The study reveals that all normalization functions give an equivalence relation and partition the dataset into the same equivalence classes except for Maxabs scalar, and each class is mapped to its corresponding normalized vector. Theoretical analysis proves that the non linear normalization functions, L-Gaussian and R-Gaussian scalar, provides the exact equivalence class representation as the linear normalization functions Minmax, Robust and Standard scalar. Also, L-Gaussian is the reversed peak representation of the R-Gaussian
