Novel approaches to strengthen network security are required in the dynamic field of cybersecurity due to the increasing prevalence of Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs). To combat APTs, this study builds and tests a high-tech network traffic monitoring system that uses a Kernel Function to train a Nonlinear Support Vector Machine (SVM). In terms of offering thorough and precise threat detection, current models frequently fail. The impressive accuracy of 92%, precision of 88%, recall of 94%, and F1-Score of 0.95 demonstrate the better performance of our suggested system. An essential component of real-time threat detection, the connection with Apache Spark MLlib guarantees rapid processing of large-scale datasets and scalability. In a groundbreaking move, this study integrates distributed computing with nonlinear support vector machines (SVMs), creating an adaptive and resilient approach that surpasses previous models in APT detection in terms of accuracy and dependability. Our proposed model stands out from the competition thanks to the metrics that have been given and shown in a detailed bar chart. In addition to developing a new method for APT detection, this study establishes a new standard for the effectiveness of network security, which will allow for more robust cybersecurity frameworks to withstand changing threats.

Delivering perfectly alright real-time traffic information is crucial for managing a wide range of networks, particularly vehicular communications, anomaly analysis, networking accounting, and available bandwidth. Application networking might be able to give fine-grained evaluation by offering details for each sent rules of just an Open circulation switching. Providing absolutely adequate real-time traffic information in hardware switches also poses serious problems because of the size constraints of TCAMs that can only accommodate a minimal number of rules in contrast to the number of current fluxes in the networks. Text to Speech Synthesis (TTS) is an active area of research with the objective of generating synthetic speech from underlying text. The identified syllables need to be uttered with proper duration and prosody characteristics to emulate natural speech. To possess a deep idea of the target language’s grammatical inclinations related to pronunciation and accoustics is a prerequisite before one could proceed in this direction. In this work we try to summarise Letter (Aksharam) to Sound rules of Malayalam and establish a relationship between duration of Malayalam poem syllables and the Vruta(Prosodic metre) in which they are written in an effort to develop natural sounding Text To Speech synthesizer for the language. Poems written in three Vrutas namely Kakali, Manjari, and Keka are considered in this inspection. Nineteen extractible features from the orthographic representation of a poem are identified for this purpose. A standard dataset is built using these extracted features.

Electricity is a vital part of modern life; therefore, it is crucial to learn how to utilize it safely. Over time, current systems for domestic power regulation have been analyzed with an eye toward improvement. However, existing Power Monitoring and Switching (PMAS) methods have a greater error rate and cannot be remotely monitored. As a result, this research suggests a SMACS for monitoring and controlling domestic appliances. The relevance of the application is in its ability to monitor the power consumption of home appliances via the use of hardware and IoT techniques. An Arduino UNO, a liquid-crystal display (LCD), an ACS812 current sensor module, some relays, and some AC sources all go into making the prototype of the suggested system. The software library is mined for parts, and identical simulation and prototype results are identified. Due to its absence from the system, the ESP9266 WiFi module has been included in the design. Thing-speak is used to record the information in the cloud. Data is accessed using a mobile app (Virtuoso), so it may be visualized numerically and graphically. Through the use of mobile apps, this research offers consumers a simple mechanism for keeping tabs on and adjusting the power usage of standard home equipment. The results demonstrate that the present Power Monitoring and Switching (PMAS) system produces 8.8% of current errors for the hairdryer appliance, whereas the suggested system gives just 1.6% of existing faults.

Every year, drunk driving injures and sometimes kills a number of people. It is critical to investigate an IoT-based alcohol detection system for safe mobility. Because it uses sensors and a microprocessor to monitor the driver’s BAC and cuts off the car’s ignition if it suspects that the driver has been drinking while driving, this system can detect and prevent drunk driving. The proposed system will use IoT to remotely monitor and analyze the driver’s Blood Alcohol Level (BAC). A communication module, a microprocessor, and an alcohol sensor comprise the system. The communication component sends real-time data to a BAC server for monitoring and analysis. The proposed strategy reduces the likelihood of accidents, improves driver and passenger safety, and lowers the likelihood of transportation companies having to pay for injuries or damages. IoT-based technologies that detect alcohol can aid in the prevention of drunk driving. By monitoring drivers’ BACs in real time and discouraging drunk driving, this device has the potential to significantly reduce traffic-related injuries and fatalities.

Although augmented reality (AR) is not a novel concept, there has been a surge in popular interest in it recently. It has the ability to improve audio, add comments and contextual facts, and overlay graphics to make our surroundings more interesting. applications for AR are numerous and include gaming, education, healthcare, industrial maintenance, TV and film production, and entertainment. This work offers a refined technique for image-based augmented reality, concentrating on two significant aspects of the augmented reality process. First, in order to increase precision and effectiveness, we include machine learning into the detecting stage. Second, in order to enhance the registration of improved pictures, we use probabilistic presentation algorithms and covariance matrix of dense picture descriptors. Our goal is to get dependable and instantaneous picture enhancement by painstaking approach and algorithm optimisation. We offer a thorough justification of our technique selection procedure and contrast our strategy with other accepted practices in the industry. Lastly, we carry out an assessment of the suggested method together with a performance analysis customised for a particular use case.

The Fuzzy Agent Computing System is a competitive way of establishing an interactive middleware component in a Ubiquitous Computing Environment (UCE). However, there are some difficulties faced along the way such as high component building time imposed on users working in a heterogeneous environment and also high memory consumption. To make the middleware adapt to the users benefit, the proposed fuzzy agent computing system attempts to work in an online deep-rooted learning methodology. The purpose of this work is to establish a full-fledged connection between the data innovation gear and the individuals with the help of UCE devices in an undetectable network. It ensures that users prerequisites are fulfilled with this dynamically built computational environment. Because of the vast database available online without metadata repository and ontology, finding the apt service that will meet customers' requirements, proves to be a hassle. To aid the end users with the necessary services, a fuzzy agent computing system in an ubiquitous computing environment is proposed in this work resulting in reduced CBT and MC. This work focuses on the communication between the device and the user to create quick access to the administration and elements available in the Ubiquitous Computing Environment. © 2021 IEEE.

When it comes to the financial services industry, efficient risk management is very necessary to guarantee stability and compliance in the face of constantly shifting market conditions. The purpose of this research study is to investigate the potential roles that artificial intelligence (AI) could play in improving risk management methods throughout financial organizations. To identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks, we investigate a variety of artificial intelligence techniques, such as machine learning algorithms, natural language processing procedures, and predictive analytics. Artificial intelligence models can deliver real-time insights and prediction skills that traditional approaches frequently lack. These capabilities are achieved through the analysis of historical data, transaction patterns, and market trends. Within the scope of this research project, the effectiveness of AI-driven approaches is compared to that of traditional risk management tactics. Particular attention is paid to enhancements in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. According to the findings, artificial intelligence dramatically improves risk detection and management, providing financial institutions with more powerful tools to tackle regulatory obstacles and uncertainties. This research highlights the revolutionary potential of artificial intelligence in redefining risk management frameworks, thereby paving the way for financial risk mitigation measures that are more proactive and data-driven.

Diffusive Molecular Communication (DMC) enabled bacterial propagation within biological systems is employed in different medical applications. In the other words, DMC is being used to study the propagation of bacteria inside the human body. However, DMC and thus the bacterial propagation model depend on the type of deployment used. Various deployment geometries including Rectangular, Spherical and Cylindrical. In this research, a DMC system within a cylindrical biological deployment is developed for the human respiratory tract. It is expected that the information molecules diffusing across the fluid medium would degrade and be influenced by flow. Further, the Cylindrical Biological Deployments (CBDs) offer versatility in representing different tissues or organs. Therefore, in this research paper different statistical models are derived and analyzed under CBD deployment using bacterial concentration f(y) In particular, statistical models for bacterial propagation in terms of probability ( ${{\mathrm{P}}_{\mathrm{b}}}$ ), non-binding probability ( ${{\mathrm{P}}_{\text{nb}}}$ ), evade probability ( ${{\mathrm{P}}_{\mathrm{e}}}(\mathrm{y})$ ), and the probability of binding rate ( ${{\mathrm{P}}_{\mathrm{b}}}$ (y)) are presented. Also, presented models are analyzed numerically using simulation. The numerical simulation demonstrates excellent agreement with the theoretical foundation. The result has been simulated in MATLAB-20.

Nature-inspired algorithms, particularly those located on swarm intelligence and population-based, have dragged much attention in the last few years. Firefly algorithm is one of the leading swarm-based algorithms, which came into view about 10 years ago. It has become progressively an essential appliance of swarm intelligence that has been enforced in many vicinities of optimization along with the engineering practice. Abundant difficulties from distinctive regions have been solved effectively by using firefly algorithm and its development. In this paper, we conducted a brief study on the applications and advancements of firefly algorithm in the area of data classification. Various classification areas, such as image classification, text classification, neural network-based classification and some other classifications, are taken into consideration for this study. Special attention has been paid toward the usage level and implementation issues of firefly algorithm in different classification domains.
