Failure bitmaps of manufactured memory arrays may contain the information of some systematic defects and have hence been used to monitor the process and to improve the memory yield. It is important to have an accurate flow to classify the memory failure bitmap signatures. The memory bitmap signature classification can be either dictionary based or machine learning based. This paper introduces a hybrid flow that can combine dictionary based and machine learning based methods. The proposed method can enhance the accuracy of signature classification, and more importantly, it has the capability of learning new memory bitmap signatures unseen before.

We present a sketch-based rotation editing mations. Given a set of keyframe orientations of a rigid system for enriching rotational motion in keyframe ani- object, the user first edits its angular velocity trajectory by sketching curves, and then the system computes the altered rotational motion by solving a variational curve fitting problem. The solved rotational motion not only satisfies the orientation constraints at the keyframes, but also fits well the user-specified angular velocity trajectory. Our system is simple and easy to use. We demonstrate its usefulness by adding interesting and realistic rotational details to several keyframe animations.

Most of existing crowd simulation algorithms focus on the moving trajectories of individual agents, while collective group formations are often roughly learned from video examples or manually specified via various hard constraints (e.g., pre-defined keyframes of exact agent distributions). In this paper, we present an intuitive yet efficient approach to generate arbitrary and precise group formations by sketching formation boundaries. Our approach can automatically compute the desired position of each agent in the target formation and generate the agent correspondences between keyframes. When high-level group formations need to be formed on-the-fly in a dynamic environment such as "switching to the circle formation at about one hundred meters ahead", our algorithm will coordinate and compute appropriate actions for each agent by seamlessly fusing local formation dynamics and global group locomotion. Through a number of experiments, we demonstrate that our approach is efficient and adaptive to variations of group scales (i.e., number of agents), group positions, and environment obstacles. With the abundance of large-screen displays, mobile device users currently have little motivation to stream video content and TV broadcasts to their device - the desire to watch content 'on the move' does not currently outweigh the necessity of viewing this content on a miniaturised screen. However, the value and appeal of mobile TV broadcasts can be increased by the addition of a haptic-feedback channel to supplement the traditional video and audio streams. This paper discusses the development of mobile haptic TV systems. It describes the design constraints for these systems and presents one concept implementation, UltraTV. UltraTV is a mobile device that provides mid-air, multi-point, back-of-device ultrasonic haptic feedback to enhance the mobile TV experience (see Figure 1). The paper concludes with a look at avenues for further exploration within the realm of mobile haptic TV.
