The multi-hopping mechanism features in the wireless network environment, in which all nodes contain the information of link and connectivity in any infrastructure less manner. When mobile devices either jump from their original network or change their location without describing any fashion, it is named mobile ad hoc network MANET. To ensure the up to date information related to the location and to provide the routing traffic of the node, numerous protocols have been used to remain efficient in achieving this for instance, AODV, DSR, DSDV etc. While we, the peer-to-peer networking, have challenges in many places, security is something that warrants attention more than any other things. The signal corruption hampers data transmission in bedwire networks when the attacks take place. This kind of activity can touch anyone including the layers lying above the physical and below the network layer. In the current discussion we developed, proposition of diversified, efficient and secure AI-based X-AODV routing protocol. We have investigated our proposed protocol against the recent modified two protocols which are SAODV and ARAN. The outcome of simulation reveals that our proposed routing protocol takes place in successfully performing of attack detection and is also the best when it comes to providing security and performance. The Simulation outcomes exhibit the Networks' performance improvement. © 2024 IEEE.

Peridigm is a meshfree peridynamics code written in C++ for use on large-scale parallel computers. It was originally developed at Sandia National Laboratories and is currently managed as an open-source, community driven software project. Its primary features include bond-based, state-based, and non-ordinary state-based constitutive models, bond failure laws, contact, and support for explicit and implicit time integration. To date, Peridigm has been used primarily by methods developers focused on solid mechanics and material failure. Peridigm utilizes foundational software components from Sandia’s Trilinos project and was designed for extensibility. This paper provides an overview of the solution methods implemented in Peridigm, a discussion of its software infrastructure, and demonstrates the use of Peridigm for the solution of several example problems. © 2023, The Author(s).

We develop a ytopt autotuning framework that leverages Bayesian optimization to explore the parameter space search and compare four different supervised learning methods within Bayesian optimization and evaluate their effectiveness. We select six of the most complex PolyBench benchmarks and apply the newly developed LLVM Clang/Polly loop optimization pragmas to the benchmarks to optimize them. We then use the autotuning framework to optimize the pragma parameters to improve their performance. The experimental results show that our autotuning approach outperforms the other compiling methods to provide the smallest execution time for the benchmarks syr2k, 3mm, heat-3d, lu, and covariance with two large datasets in 200 code evaluations for effectively searching the parameter spaces with up to 170,368 different configurations. We find that the Floyd–Warshall benchmark did not benefit from autotuning. To cope with this issue, we provide some compiler option solutions to improve the performance. Then we present loop autotuning without a user's knowledge using a simple mctree autotuning framework to further improve the performance of the Floyd–Warshall benchmark. We also extend the ytopt autotuning framework to tune a deep learning application. © 2021 John Wiley & Sons Ltd.

This study reviews the existing research works that incorporate AI and Industry 4.0 for wildlife conservation. Some articles were on specific technologies while others were on use of more than one technology for wildlife conservation. AI has the potential to achieve desired goals in terms of wildlife conservation in a timely manner, but only few research works discuss about the limitations of AI and industry 4.0. This study attempts to provide the researchers with an idea of combining AI, industry 4.0, and wildlife conservation. This study provides a comprehensive review on the AI and Industry 4.0 technologies currently used in wildlife conservation. The outcome of this study will improve the prospects for future research. Since Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a vast field and many aspects are yet to be explored. To summarize, with the availability of sensors and satellites, now that data is being collected, processed, and results are being provided at an unprecedented rate, the potential to structure and use data is expanding. This can be used to achieve the necessary goals for wildlife protection and conservation. © 2023 IEEE.

Rapid improvement in industrialization and urbanization leads to various impacts on environmental conditions. This leads to a rise in pollution that causes various constraints on human health. Earlier prediction and maintenance of pollution is the solution to obtain a greener ecosystem. This is done through machine learning techniques adopting the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things helps to obtain a smarter environment through real-time monitoring with the control system. Thus machine learning helps to analyze the amount of toxic substances that are emitted from the industries and recorded periodically. They are represented as online controlling and monitoring systems. The sensors and actuators with control devices are used to record the external environmental conditions. The prior intimation of the healthcare is monitored appropriately and intimated to solve earlier. The classification and detection of infections and diseases are done through image processing techniques. Thus the proposed system helps to obtain automatic detection of healthcare and pollution detection systems through machine learning with computational systems. © 2023 IEEE.

Identification of influential research articles has been an area of interest for quite a long time. Usually, the importance of an article is measured by the number of citations it has gained. There are different techniques available to identify the importance of a given paper based on their number of citations and authors popularity (h-index), but these techniques do not truly reflect the importance of a paper with respect to their usage context. In this paper we are proposing a technique to identify the importance of a research article from it usage perspective and not just relying on its number of citations or H-Index. To identify the importance of a given paper we calculate and use the paper's context, in what sense a paper is cited. We employ machine learning techniques to classify a citation into positive, negative or neutral and based on these criteria we calculate paper importance. As a result of our research work, swe also produced and published a citations dataset manually classified into positive, negative and neutral classes. © 2024 IEEE.

Background: Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) play a crucial role in intelligent transportation by facilitating communication between vehicles and vehicles with infrastructure-based models. They encounter problems such as significant movement, overcrowding, and loss of data. This research presents a novel deep reinforcement learning-based resource allocation and congestion optimization (DRLRCO) framework aimed at improving communication efficiency and high reliability using an effective learning process. Method Used: The DRLRCO framework employs agent-based learning to ensure precise data transmission, AdMAC Protocol for dynamic packet delivery, and Congestion-Aware Chicken Swarm Optimization (CSO) to enhance network performance. Result: The DRLRCO framework surpasses reinforcement learning models for comprehensive testing. Significant enhancements involve improved accuracy, reduced data loss, minimized overhead, increased throughput, and shorter average delays for real-time communication. Conclusion: The DRLRCO framework successfully tackles congestion and data loss in vehicular communication. Future studies might involve Artificial Intelligence (AI) for traffic forecasting, experimentation among high-speed vehicles and investigating blockchain for enhanced security. © 2025 IEEE.

Stroke is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide,significantly impairing motor and cognitive *** rehabilitation is often hindered by the heterogeneity of stroke lesions,variability in recovery patterns,and the complexity of electroencephalography(EEG)signals,which are often contaminated by *** classification of motor imagery(MI)tasks,involving the mental simulation of movements,is crucial for assessing rehabilitation strategies but is challenged by overlapping neural signatures and patient-specific *** address these challenges,this study introduces a graph-attentive convolutional long short-term memory(LSTM)network(GACL-Net),a novel hybrid deep learning model designed to improve MI classification accuracy and ***-Net incorporates multi-scale convolutional blocks for spatial feature extraction,attention fusion layers for adaptive feature prioritization,graph convolutional layers to model inter-channel dependencies,and bidi-rectional LSTM layers with attention to capture temporal *** on an open-source EEG dataset of 50 acute stroke patients performing left and right MI tasks,GACL-Net achieved 99.52%classification accuracy and 97.43%generalization accuracy under leave-one-subject-out cross-validation,outperforming existing state-of-the-art ***,its real-time processing capability,with prediction times of 33–56 ms on a T4 GPU,underscores its clinical potential for real-time neurofeedback and adaptive *** findings highlight the model’s potential for clinical applications in assessing rehabilitation effectiveness and optimizing therapy plans through precise MI classification.

A transaction fee mechanism (TFM) is an essential component of a blockchain protocol. However, a systematic evaluation of the real-world impact of TFMs is still absent. Using rich data from the Ethereum blockchain, the mempool, and exchanges, we study the effect of EIP-1559, one of the earliest-deployed TFMs that depart from the traditional first-price auction paradigm. We conduct a rigorous and comprehensive empirical study to examine its causal effect on blockchain transaction fee dynamics, transaction waiting times, and consensus security. Our results show that EIP-1559 improves the user experience by mitigating intrablock differences in the gas price paid and reducing users' waiting times. However, EIP-1559 has only a small effect on gas fee levels and consensus security. In addition, we find that when Ether's price is more volatile, the waiting time is significantly higher. We also verify that a larger block size increases the presence of siblings. These findings suggest new directions for improving TFMs. © 2022 Owner/Author.
