In traditional digital twin communication system testing,we can apply test cases as completely as possible in order to ensure the correctness of the system implementation,and even then,there is no guarantee that the digital twin communication system implementation is completely *** verification is currently recognized as a method to ensure the correctness of software system for communication in digital twins because it uses rigorous mathematical methods to verify the correctness of systems for communication in digital twins and can effectively help system designers determine whether the system is designed and implemented *** this paper,we use the interactive theorem proving tool Isabelle/HOL to construct the formal model of the X86 architecture,and to model the related assembly *** verification result shows that the system states obtained after the operations of relevant assembly instructions is consistent with the expected states,indicating that the system meets the design expectations.

High-dimensional and incomplete(HDI) matrices are primarily generated in all kinds of big-data-related practical applications. A latent factor analysis(LFA) model is capable of conducting efficient representation learning to an HDI matrix,whose hyper-parameter adaptation can be implemented through a particle swarm optimizer(PSO) to meet scalable ***, conventional PSO is limited by its premature issues,which leads to the accuracy loss of a resultant LFA model. To address this thorny issue, this study merges the information of each particle's state migration into its evolution process following the principle of a generalized momentum method for improving its search ability, thereby building a state-migration particle swarm optimizer(SPSO), whose theoretical convergence is rigorously proved in this study. It is then incorporated into an LFA model for implementing efficient hyper-parameter adaptation without accuracy loss. Experiments on six HDI matrices indicate that an SPSO-incorporated LFA model outperforms state-of-the-art LFA models in terms of prediction accuracy for missing data of an HDI matrix with competitive computational ***, SPSO's use ensures efficient and reliable hyper-parameter adaptation in an LFA model, thus ensuring practicality and accurate representation learning for HDI matrices.

Confidentiality of maintaining the Electronic Health Records of patients is a major concern to both the patient and Doctor. Sharing the data on cloud is one of the most efficient technology infrastructures with extensive potential application, but at the same time there is a threat of hacking the data. Here we implement the concept for sharing of electronic health record on cloud that permits multiple members of the group to easily share the group data. With the increase in size of healthcare data the time and space complexity increases. The main challenge here is data security. This research article emphasis on a secured method for sharing the data on cloud and generation of the key that is safe from unauthorized user. In this research article, we implement the soft computing approach for key agreement protocol using Block based design to support several users that can adapt it-self to upsurge the number of users in the cloud which depends on the assembly of the block design. This protocol generates a common conference key for all members. A novel attention based deep learning model for software defect prediction with bidirectional word embedding system

Software defect prediction (SDP) is considered a dynamic research problem and is beneficial during the testing stage of the software development life cycle. Several artificial intelligence-based methods were available to predict these software defects. However, the detection accuracy is still low due to imbalanced datasets, poor feature learning, and tuning of the model's parameters. This paper proposes a novel attention-included Deep Learning (DL) model for SDP with effective feature learning and dimensionality reduction mechanisms. The system mainly comprises ‘6’ phases: dataset balancing, source code parsing, word embedding, feature extraction, dimensionality reduction, and classification. First, dataset balancing was performed using the density peak based k-means clustering (DPKMC) algorithm, which prevents the model from having biased outcomes. Then, the system parses the source code into abstract syntax trees (ASTs) that capture the structure and relationship between different elements of the code to enable type checking and the representative nodes on ASTs are selected to form token vectors. Then, we use bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT), which converts the token vectors into numerical vectors and extracts semantic features from the data. We then input the embedded vectors to multi-head attention incorporated bidirectional gated recurrent unit (MHBGRU) for contextual feature learning. After that, the dimensionality reduction is performed using kernel principal component analysis (KPCA), which transforms the higher dimensional data into lower dimensions and removes irrelevant features. Finally, the system used a deep, fully connected network-based SoftMax layer for defect prediction, in which the cross-entropy loss is utilized to minimize the prediction loss. Advanced UAV - based leaf disease detection: Deep Radial Basis Function Networks with multidimensional mixed attention

Plant disease causes a highly significant impact on production due to its destructive characteristics. A variety of chemical techniques should be applied to agriculture at different stages of disease infestation to enable precise plant protection. The integration of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for obtaining high-resolution images has become necessary due to the growing demand for precision agriculture, making crop health monitoring more efficient. In this study, we developed an innovative approach that combines the Deep Radial Basis Function Network (DRBFN) with the Multidimensional Mixed Attention (MMA) method. Since DRBFNs use radial basis functions as effective feature extractors, the model can detect even the smallest changes in the composition, color, and texture of leaves. This capability is particularly helpful when dealing with a diversity of plant species and pathogens exhibiting different symptoms. By deliberately considering pertinent spatial and spectral attributes, MMA is applied to enhance the discriminatory abilities of the network. By integrating spatial and spectral attention, the network can efficiently acquire information from both local and global sources, thereby enhancing the overall resilience and precision of the detection system. Our proposed model leverages UAV-captured images to achieve a classification accuracy of 96.95% in identifying leaf diseases across two different plant species. The integration of mixed attention mechanisms improved feature representation, leading to a 47.63% reduction in Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) compared to traditional methods. Furthermore, our model demonstrates significant efficiency by processing 2000 images, making it suitable for real-time applications. These results underscore the potential of UAV-based systems combined with advanced deep learning techniques for precision agriculture, offering scalable solutions for early disease detection and management. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to S

Blind image authentication using singular value decomposition with enhanced robustness by augmenting hamming code

Singular value decomposition (SVD) based image authentication has widespread applications for digital media protection including forensic and medical domains due to the high stability and robustness of singular values under small perturbations. However, most of these techniques are non-blind and have high redundancies for the extraction of secret data. The proposed scheme employs a blind extraction strategy by utilizing the intrinsic relationship of coefficient pairs of the U matrix of the host image blocks. This relationship is utilized to hide a secret binary bit after computing a threshold value in constant time. The host image underwent block-wise decomposition and hash-based randomization of blocks, followed by block-wise SVD for embedding secret bits in the U matrix. Hamming coded watermark is embedded for high precision extraction under active attacks. High imperceptibility and strong robustness are observed under attacks when tested across general purpose as well as image datasets and the system outperforms many existing works. Experimental observation shows the average PSNR between the host and marked image and average NCC between embedded and extracted watermark to be 36.98 dB and 0.999 respectively for the SIPI dataset whereas 52.7 dB and 1 respectively for the X-Ray dataset. The system exhibited high robustness under Salt-and-pepper noise (SAPN), Gaussian Noise (GAUN), Cropping (CRP), Median Filtering (MF), Histogram Equalization (HEQ), and Jpeg Compression (JPC) with average NCC values of 0.998, 1, 0.932, 0.999 and 0.967 respectively for X-Ray dataset. Intrusion detection systems (IDSs) are deployed to detect anomalies in real time. They classify a network’s incoming traffic as benign or anomalous (attack). An efficient and robust IDS in software-defined networks is an inevitable component of network security. The main challenges of such an IDS are achieving zero or extremely low false positive rates and high detection rates. Internet of Things (IoT) networks run by using devices with minimal resources. This situation makes deploying traditional IDSs in IoT networks unfeasible. Machine learning (ML) techniques are extensively applied to build robust IDSs. Many researchers have utilized different ML methods and techniques to address the above challenges. The development of an efficient IDS starts with a good feature selection process to avoid overfitting the ML model. This work proposes a multiple feature selection process followed by classification. In this study, the Software-defined networking (SDN) dataset is used to train and test the proposed model. This model applies multiple feature selection techniques to select high-scoring features from a set of features. Highly relevant features for anomaly detection are selected on the basis of their scores to generate the candidate dataset. Multiple classification algorithms are applied to the candidate dataset to build models. The proposed model exhibits considerable improvement in the detection of attacks with high accuracy and low false positive rates, even with a few features selected.
