Warehouses and product showrooms need competent strategies for ensuring that the products are accessible on demand. Optimization of inventory levels and efficient management can be implemented using machine learning algorithms. The proposed work optimizes the inventory and minimizes the stock outs, overstock and the needed stock for efficient stock management. To predict the amount of stock needed over the 90 days, a prediction model called using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) is proposed. To ensure accurate results and accuracy an organized workflow has been set to handle the algorithms development, testing and prediction operations and obtains the accuracy result with Mean Squared Error from 0 to 1. Manufacturers can boost productivity, improve inventory levels and quickly adapt to changing customer needs by putting this predictive model into effect. Overall, this analysis allows enterprises to keep adequate stock levels which leads to consistent revenue and customer satisfaction. © 2024 IEEE.

Image Captioning (ICs) seamlessly combines the realms of computer Vision (CV) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) task involved in producing textual sentences that summarise the image content in a way which is understandable to humans. The primary objective is to enable machines to convey the content of images in human-readable language. Image understanding and text formation are typically the two primary processes in the image captioning process. A family of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used to retrieve visual information from an input image during the image understanding process. This visual information includes the image's scenes, relationships, and objects. To translate these visual features into coherent and contextually appropriate captions, recurrent neural network, long short-term memory, transformer-based models, etc. are used in the text generation step. In this article, we propose a survey about the previous research paper and the fundamental steps involved in image captioning tasks. © 2024 IEEE.

This research project presents the development of a novel Voice-Assisted Facial Emotion Recognition System tailored to address the unique needs of blind individuals. The system prioritizes user accessibility and privacy, ensuring a user-friendly interface and adherence to data security standards. Extensive testing and user feedback are essential components of the project, allowing for continuous improvement and optimization to meet the specific needs of blind individuals. This research offers a promising solution to empower the visually impaired community by providing them with a valuable tool for enhanced social interaction and emotional understanding. The current education system emphasizes research work and publications, urging students and faculty to actively engage in academic activities like workshops, seminars, symposium, and conferences. However, the lack of a centralized platform to access information about such events results in time and effort wastage, leading to missed opportunities for presentations and collaboration. To address this issue, a comprehensive portal is proposed which consolidates information about all academic activities across the country, universities. With the help of this portal, researchers, teachers, and students can easily plan ahead and engage meaningfullyin current events. The portal features multiple dashboards, each displaying information about forthcoming conferences, workshops, and symposiums that are organized by the government and non-government organizations. The websites of AICTE, Anna University, Smart India Hackathon, and IIT are used to scrape information about governmental events;Accenture Innovation and TCS Launchpad are used for non-governmental events. These events are filtered based on the user preferences and an email is sent. Thereby, the portal aims to increase the academic productivity. © 2024 IEEE.

This study presents a new approach for administering point-of-view-based assessment exams. The purpose of our ranking is to gain a sense of the best and most hilariously bad works of art. Given a collection of free-text clients, a specific object reviews. Our method begins with a handcrafted match to find viewpoints, use dependency courses in individual sentences. It then congregates by combining different notifications of a same location using measure of similarity based on the Word Net. Finally, it performs an each point of view obtains a score, which contributes to the overall score. A new assessment of a client’s reaction to a social occasion it is a part of it there is no need for any of that in our ideology express a seed word or space Data, as it merely makes use of an off-the-shelf word reference for evaluation we look at what makes people interested. Perceiving and rating points from online book reviews are the outcome of groundwork. We investigate the topic’s breadth. This work proposes an on-tree coconut maturity estimation and age prediction application using machine vision. It is an Android application made using Flutter that can be used to estimate the maturity of the coconut image that will be uploaded to the system. The system uses CNN for image classification purposes. In the Android application, there are two options for uploading the image of the coconut either from camera or gallery. On uploading the image, its corresponding maturity and age will be displayed on the screen. This approach also improves post-harvest quality standards as farmers can identify coconut at its right maturity and not over-matured. © 2024 IEEE.

The identification of health-related issues without invasive testing constitutes a pivotal facet of medical research and technological advancement. This paper attempts to establish a very efficient and precise means of detecting cold symptoms via voice recordings, by comparing various machine learning methodologies and deep learning methodologies such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) by analysing alterations in one's vocal patterns. The method involves collecting voice samples from people with and without cold symptoms. During the pre-processing stage, the vibrations and various characteristics in the voice are measured. These characteristics capture the unique traits associated with changes in voice quality caused by cold-related effects which serve as input to the models. Time-tested metrics such as Accuracy, the Confusion Matrix, and the F1-score were used for evaluations. Beyond the quantitative, this study embodies our aspiration to tap into the unique intricacies of voice for proactive cold detection. This approach can lay the foundation for unobtrusive and economically viable health-monitoring tools. To conclude, this paper helps us to detect cold symptoms by a voice recording of a human using machine learning and neural network techniques. © 2024 IEEE.
