Yoga practice offers numerous health benefits, but incorrect poses can lead to injuries and hinder progress. This project leverages the power of deep learning, specifically Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and TensorFlow Movenet, to address this challenge. We introduce an AI-enhanced system that performs real-time yoga pose detection and alignment. Users can choose from a variety of yoga poses, access step-by-step instructions, and activate the system. When the correct pose is achieved, 17 key body points turn green, activating a timer with an alarm-like sound. If the pose becomes incorrect, the timer and sound cease, providing immediate feedback. This project aims to enhance yoga practice safety, provide real-time guidance, and track progress, fostering a more effective and enjoyable yoga experience. © 2024 IEEE.

One of themost prominent research areas in information technology is the Internet of Things (IoT) as its applications are widely used, such as structural monitoring, health care management systems, agriculture and battlefield management, and so on. Due to its self-organizing network and simple installation of the network, the researchers have been attracted to pursue research in the various fields of IoTs. However, a huge amount of work has been addressed on various problems confronted by IoT. The nodes densely deploy over critical environments and those are operated on tiny batteries. Moreover, the replacement of dead batteries in the nodes is almost impractical. Therefore, the problem of energy preservation and maximization of IoT networks has become the most prominent research area. However, numerous state-of-The-Art algorithms have addressed this issue. Thus, it has become necessary to gather the information and send it to the base station in an optimized method to maximize the network. Therefore, in this article, we propose a novel quantum-informed ant colony optimization (ACO) routing algorithm with the efficient encoding scheme of cluster head selection and derivation of information heuristic factors. The algorithm has been tested by simulation for various network scenarios. The simulation results of the proposed algorithm show its efficacy over a few existing evolutionary algorithms using various performance metrics, such as residual energy of the network, network lifetime, and the number of live IoT nodes. Impact Statement-Toward IoT-based applications, here we presented the Quantum-inspired ACO clustering algorithm for network lifetime. IoT nodes in the clustering phase choose theirCH through the distance between cluster member IoT nodes and the residual energy. Thus, CH selection reduces the energy consumption of member IoT nodes. The diagnosis of Ovarian Tumor (OT) remains a significant challenge as there is presently no practical non-invasive technique to determine true benign or malignant lesions before treatment. This study proposes a unique Deformable Dual Graph Aggregation Transformer Convolutional Network (DeDGATCNet) with Spider Wasp Optimizer (SWO) for the classification of ovarian tumors acquired from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In contrast to traditional deep learning models, DeDGATCNet + SWO directly integrates bending graph-based forming transformer convolutional learning and improves representation for better classification. The SWO is combined to optimize the parameters of the network, thereby improving its performance. The procedures include pre-processing the MRI data from the study of ovarian tumor TCGA-OV datasets with an Adaptive Bilateral Texture Filter (ABTF) for removing artifacts and normalization of intensity, accompanied by a segment using a Masked-Attention Mask Transformer (MAMT). Feature extraction is achieved through a One-Dimensional Quaternion Discrete Fourier Transform (1D-QDFT), which captures features from both the spatial and frequency domains. DeDGATCNet + SWO performance is way ahead and sets a new accuracy record of 99.9% for state-of-the-art models. This research introduces a new type of hybridization between deformable graph transformers, quaternion-based spectral analysis, and nature-inspired optimization techniques, setting non-invasive OT at a new height for classification and improving early diagnosis. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Virtual Reality (VR) technology in health-care has emerged as a valuable tool for advancing diagnostic techniques and enhancing patient care. This research explores the application of VR in attention profile assessments, with a particular focus on diagnosing Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). ADHD poses challenges in maintaining attention, and traditional diagnostic approaches often lack real-world relevance. This study examines the efficacy of Attention Contours - a VR-based Continuous Performance Task (CPT) - in comparison to its conventional 2D (two-dimensional) counterpart for assessing attention profiles. Attention Contours VR incorporates varied virtual settings and language-neutral stimuli to improve ecological validity. User trials reveal greater engagement and fewer distractions in the VR environment, highlighting its potential for more accurate attention assessment. Participants showed a strong preference for the VR format, praising its immersive experience and enhanced usability. The findings emphasize the impact of VR in advancing attention assessment tools and suggest its promising role in ADHD assessment. © 2024 IEEE.

Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) is an important component of wireless communications by enhancing the network coverage. The mesh network topology is interconnecting all nodes in the cluster. However, the existing approaches utilized for optimal routing in WMN face challenges such as increased delays, packet loss, network congestion that lead to inefficient data transmission. WMN has an ability to deliver efficient performance even with a large number of devices. Additionally, WMNs support a wide range of applications, by using its effectiveness in various scenarios. The fundamental architecture of a mesh network integrates multiple wireless nodes interconnected through base stations for efficient routing communication. Mesh networks able to adopt different client-based structures, including infrastructure and hybrid configurations. Optimization, learning techniques and Software defined network methods are utilized for efficient optimal routing to enhance the efficiency of data transmission, while reducing delay. In this study, routing-based optimization and Machine (ML), Deep Learning (DL) algorithms are reviewed along with its advantages and limitations. The performance ML or DL model is utilized for optimal routing in WMN is evaluated based on performance metrics such as Delay, Throughput, Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) and Connected Client Ration (CCR). © 2025 IEEE.

In recent years,wearable devices-based Human Activity Recognition(HAR)models have received significant *** developed HAR models use hand-crafted features to recognize human activities,leading to the extraction of basic *** images captured by wearable sensors contain advanced features,allowing them to be analyzed by deep learning algorithms to enhance the detection and recognition of human *** lighting and limited sensor capabilities can impact data quality,making the recognition of human actions a challenging *** unimodal-based HAR approaches are not suitable in a real-time ***,an updated HAR model is developed using multiple types of data and an advanced deep-learning ***,the required signals and sensor data are accumulated from the standard *** these signals,the wave features are *** the extracted wave features and sensor data are given as the input to recognize the human *** Adaptive Hybrid Deep Attentive Network(AHDAN)is developed by incorporating a“1D Convolutional Neural Network(1DCNN)”with a“Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)”for the human activity recognition ***,the Enhanced Archerfish Hunting Optimizer(EAHO)is suggested to fine-tune the network parameters for enhancing the recognition *** experimental evaluation is performed on various deep learning networks and heuristic algorithms to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed HAR *** EAHO-based HAR model outperforms traditional deep learning networks with an accuracy of 95.36,95.25 for recall,95.48 for specificity,and 95.47 for precision,*** result proved that the developed model is effective in recognizing human action by taking less ***,it reduces the computation complexity and overfitting issue through using an optimization approach.

Gene Co-Expression Network (GCN) Analysis is fundamental for understanding gene-gene interactions and cellular processes. A co-expressed gene pair may exhibit patterns such as absolute, alternate, shifting, scaling, and shifting-scaling. To identify co-expressed genes among several genes, patterns must be identified first. Among the existing similarity measures, LPCM is one which is robust to noise while analyzing gene expression data. However, challenges remain in capturing subtle co-expression patterns in highly noisy datasets. In this paper, we propose an enhancement to LPCM by introducing angular deviation-based transformations. This modified measure further reduces noise sensitivity and improves the detection of co-expression patterns. Experiments demonstrate that the proposed measure consistently outperforms traditional approaches under varying noise conditions. © 2025 IEEE.

Today's networking and telecommunications industries greatly benefit from the growth of highly sturdy and energy-effective Internet of Things through communication sensors. Device efficiency may be increased while sensor energy consumption is reduced by calibrating sensors to use less power. Reinforcement learning (RL), which has garnered significant interest from researchers, is being widely applied to achieve intelligent automation in several academic disciplines today. Resource optimization has not received much attention in research, despite the Internet of Things using a large variety of sensors. By investigating a revolutionary approach to power conservation with the use of reinforcement learning, the creative study aims to produce a novel generation of Internet of Things with standardized power sources to optimize source consumption. A closed-grid, numerous power source controlling system for sensor consumption has been revealed. Our recommended strategy, which uses Deep Q learning, can help Internet of Things sensors optimize their operation. This study focused only on energy-effective sensor and simulation results show that the planned approach works well. © 2024 IEEE.

This study explores the effectiveness of various machine learning algorithms in forecasting hair health using a comprehensive dataset incorporating individual traits and lifestyle elements. Logistic regression, random forest, and AdaBoost were assessed, with random forest notably achieving a remarkable 94.6% accuracy. These results emphasize machine learning's potential for precise, non-invasive personalized hair health predictions. Key factors such as genetics, diet, and stress were pinpointed, informing targeted care approaches. The research underscores machine learning's promise in accurately anticipating hair loss and suggests future avenues for expanding datasets, integrating diverse data sources, and developing user-friendly tools for improved hair care management. © 2024 IEEE.

Recently, many patients have sought treatment ideas through social media. The medical texts include a wealth of information, including a huge number of medical musculatures and symptoms. Developing an intelligence model to classify patient-provided text content and recommend the appropriate department is critical. Hence, an efficient medical text classification method is proposed using long short-term memory (LSTM) optimized by hybrid salp swarm algorithm (SSA) and tabu search (TS) algorithms called SSA-TS. The hybrid SSA-TS approach is used to optimize the hyperparameters of LSTM for enhancing the accuracy and convergence rate. The developed optimized LSTM approach is used to classify the patient-provided text. The experimental results conducted over health news in Twitter datasets and the performance of developed optimized LSTM are compared with some variants of LSTM methods. The experimental results reveal good generalization performance when compared to the baseline models on average, demonstrating that our model performs better and is more robust © 2024 IEEE.
