Pharmacogenomics showcases the aim of precision medicine, which strives to customize treatments for individuals and specific populations. This field delves into exploring how an individuals DNA influences their response to medications. A persons genetic composition can impact the likelihood of experiencing reactions or determining the effectiveness of a medication. By providing insights into the safety and effectiveness of drug therapies pharmacogenomics holds potential for significantly enhancing health outcomes. Through advancements in targeted therapies we can precisely target abnormalities that trigger tumor growth in patients. For instance IGF1R (Insulin like Growth Factor 1 Receptor) which belongs to the tyrosine kinase receptor family plays a crucial role in promoting cell growth, survival and proliferation across different types of cancers. The overexpression of IGF1R has been observed in cancer types indicating its involvement in fueling continuous growth and survival of cancer cells. Targeting IGF1R helps address the dysregulation of this receptor within cancer cells. Artificial Intelligence (AI) comes into play by enabling prediction of suitable drugs based on a patients genomic profile thereby reducing adverse effects and improving treatment effectiveness. Parallel, here has been growing concern regarding model explanation due, to the opaque nature of model predictions. This is particularly important when it comes to modeling drug responses. In our research paper we have employed AI to gain a clear understanding of the prediction model and the factors that affect its results. The findings show that lower valued counts of YAP-pS127-Caution protein tend to negatively impact the output. Similarly lower values of YAP-pS127-Caution protein and higher valued counts of YAP-pS127 -Caution protein, Xanthine, Tyrosine tends to positively impact the output. This helps as an aiding reference in knowing which feature of an unknown cell line should be focused to know

In the workplace, risk prevention helps detect the risks and prevent accidents. To achieve this, workers' mental and physical parameters related to their health should be focused on and analyzed. It helps improve the workers' mental health and thus improves organizational performance. There are a lot of mental illnesses due to excess work and a lack of professional knowledge. It affects the performance of the worker. So, the organization needs to conduct competency training programs to improve their professional skills and the mindset to tackle the work pressure. There are several competency training programs given in various organizations to mold the workers, and it considerably reduces workplaces risks. Competency training in the workplace teaches integrity, honesty, managerial skills, and other workers. Developing organizational skills is the primary concern in this competency training. This paper enabled one of the best machine learning algorithms to be chosen to predict the hazards in the workplace and provide a healthy environment to the workers. For that, several classification methods such as Logistic Regression, Decision trees, AdaBoost classifier, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting classifier, and XGBoost classifier are implemented experimented with, and the performance is verified with python software. Unstructured Numerical Image Dataset Separation (UNIDS) method employing an enhanced unsupervised clustering technique. The objective is to delineate an optimal number of distinct groups within the input grayscale (G-S) image content, utilizing the improved limited iteration agglomerative clustering (iLIAC) clustering technique for the separation and enhancement of picture elements. The UNIDS method is structured into two primary stages: partitioning and validation. In the partitioning stage, the UNIDS method identifies an appropriate number of discrete clusters within the grayscale image using the iLIAC technique, eliminating the need for predetermined procedures. Subsequently, the method evaluates the similarity and deviation among data elements within the same group in the resultant image dataset. Additionally, it assesses the proximity and inters severance among clusters in the outcome of the image dataset through the partitioning process. Empirical results indicate that the UNIDS system excels in the spontaneous identification of an optimal number of discrete clusters within the input G-S image. The system demonstrates superior thickness, reduced deviation among data elements within the same cluster, increased inter-separation, and diminished inter-closeness between cluster elements. Furthermore, empirical analysis establishes the superior performance of the UNIDS approach compared to existing clustering techniques. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

The widespread use of mobile applications among children had its limitations in excessive screen usage in entertainment. Traditional parental control techniques mostly depend on blocking applications based on their name or categories and are ineffective at identifying potentially new dangerous applications. This study addresses this issue by introducing a paradigm shift for protecting kids' digital experiences through granular network traffic classifications. This system classifies mobile app network traffic into various groups by implementing machine learning or deep learning models. Machine learning models like linear regression, Adaboost Classifier, Support Vector Classification (SVC), Ridge Classifier and deep learning models like Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) were used to identify and classify mobile applications. Initially, the deep learning RNN model results had 80% accuracy in the classification of mobile apps, and the machine learning logistic SVC and Adaboost Classifier had 72% accuracy. After adding new applications to the existing dataset, the accuracy of the RNN model has remained the same 80% accuracy. Meanwhile, the machine learning model accuracy reduced to 70%, proving the flexibility of the system. This work can assist parents in monitoring their kids to use mobile applications more for education. This work has a huge scope for information technology management of social change using hybrid learning models in software-defined networking in local networks for the administrators to empower their users to wisely use the internet. © 2024 IEEE.

Sentiment analysis of online car reviews is a significant process in natural language processing. Numerous car enthusiasts and influencers create video reviews of automobiles on platforms for example YouTube. In realistic settings for sentiment analysis within this context, the task includes evaluating spoken reviews, the video content, and the emotions expressed by both the content creators and the viewers as reflected in the comments section. The vulnerability to facing circumstances in real-world scenarios where critical components are necessary for performing sentiment analysis on multimedia car reviews may unexpectedly be absent. To overcome this issue, siamese capsule gorilla troops network-based multimodal sentiment analysis for car reviews is proposed in this research work. Initially, pre-processing and feature extraction are performed on the audio, video and text information. The feature fusion is performed by enhancing spiking neural networks with geometric attention fusion network. The fused feature is fed as an input to siamese capsule gorilla troops network which classifies the emotion states as valence, arousal, and trustworthiness. Also, the algorithm called gorilla troop optimization (GTO) optimizes the classification error of the proposed siamese capsule network. Finally, this research work assesses high- and low-level features across modalities, introduces a novel enhancing spiking neural networks with geometric attention fusion network, enhances classification accuracy through new audio, video, and text embeddings, and boosts system robustness by integrating incomplete multimodal data. The achieved accuracy, precision, recall, and F-score values are 99%, 98.55%, 98.75%, and 98.02%, respectively, for the active multimodal sentimental analysis in car review (MuSe-CaR) dataset. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Missing values are the major problem in a time - series dataset that led to a very typical phenomenon in a dataset analysis. Better analysis of a dataset in ubiquitous computing can only be achieved after efficiently handling the missing values. This paper envisioned to present the missing values imputation (MVI) in the monthly rainfall dataset in India. Generally, the approximation of the missing values was completed using Non-linear principal component analysis, which is having a scope of enhancement. Kalman filter using Arima model to impute missing values is a better way that can be further improved by using Extended Kalman filtering. Further, a rainfall prediction is carried out using LSTM along with three different optimizers including stochastic gradient descent (SGD), RSM-Prop, and ADAM optimizers. In addition, a comparative prediction of rainfall is depicted which shows the combination of Extended Kalman imputation, LSTM, and ADAM optimizer to outperformance in prediction. Extended Kalman Filter (EKF), which was the primarily industrialized for the Apollo Mission. The EKF is built for the predication that is the linearization of the *** this research proposes for enhanced extended kalman filter for missing values imputation. The outcomes display that the proposed EKF with the data imputation is able to precisely estimation the rain fall compactness even when data is not available, and it help for weather prediction. © 2023 Slovene Society Informatika. Machine learning(ML)is increasingly applied for medical image processing with appropriate learning *** applications include analyzing images of various organs,such as the brain,lung,eye,etc.,to identify specific flaws/diseases for *** primary concern of ML applications is the precise selection of flexible image features for pattern detection and region *** of the extracted image features are irrelevant and lead to an increase in computation ***,this article uses an analytical learning paradigm to design a Congruent Feature Selection Method to select the most relevant image *** process trains the learning paradigm using similarity and correlation-based features over different textural intensities and pixel *** similarity between the pixels over the various distribution patterns with high indexes is recommended for disease ***,the correlation based on intensity and distribution is analyzed to improve the feature selection ***,the more congruent pixels are sorted in the descending order of the selection,which identifies better regions than the ***,the learning paradigm is trained using intensity and region-based similarity to maximize the chances of ***,the probability of feature selection,regardless of the textures and medical image patterns,is *** process enhances the performance of ML applications for different medical image *** proposed method improves the accuracy,precision,and training rate by 13.19%,10.69%,and 11.06%,respectively,compared to other models for the selected *** mean error and selection time is also reduced by 12.56%and 13.56%,respectively,compared to the same models and dataset.
