This research study proposes a cooperative and non-cooperative game theory strategy. The study’s objectives are to examine how carbon emissions impact the supply chain, especially in means of quality control and cost restriction, and to evaluate the effectiveness of game theory in addressing the issue. To gather and evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data for the study, a mixed-methods technique is used. The importance of reducing carbon emissions in supply chains is emphasized in the study, as are the benefits of using cooperative and non-cooperative game theory strategies to achieve this goal. The paper improves knowledge on supply chain management by offering an approach for simulating carbon emissions in a network of supply chains. This research aims to construct a two-dimensional image to represent an underwater geometry map with a Side Scan Sonar (SSS) mounted on a Hybrid Autonomous Underwater Glider (HAUG). Building the underwater map has two stages of the process. The first stage is preprocessing which includes Time-varying gains (TVG), slant range correction, and ground range correction. The second is HAUG navigation, the movement of HAUG orientation to the angle and distance of SSS readings and plotting the geometry of the grid map. With these two stages, a two-dimensional grid map will be formed. Meanwhile, the 3D plot utilizes slant range and ground range correction to obtain the surface height of the bottom of the pool. From the experiments conducted to conduct mapping in the pool, two-dimensional and three-dimensional visual forms of the pool floor and pool walls were produced. The results of the estimated measurement of the width of the pool obtained 14.05 meters and the height of the pool 3.199 meters with an SSS beam angle of 58 degrees. © 2023 IEEE.

Privacy is an essential topic in (social) robotics and becomes even more important when considering interactive and autonomous robots within the domestic environment. Robots will collect a lot of personal and sensitive information about the users and their environment. Thereby, privacy does consider the topic of (cyber-)security and the protection of information against misuse by involved service providers. So far, the main focus relies on theoretical concepts to propose privacy principles for robots. This article provides a privacy framework as a feasible approach to consider security and privacy issues as a basis. Thereby, the proposed privacy framework is put in the context of a user-centered design approach to highlight the correlation between the design process steps and the steps of the privacy framework. Furthermore, this article introduces feasible privacy methodologies for privacy-enhancing development to simplify the risk assessment and meet the privacy principles. Even though user participation plays an essential role in robot development, this is not the focus of this article. computerized medical image examination (CMIE) plays a significant role in modern hospitals to achieve the necessary tasks, like segmentation and classification. By segmenting an image, we can extract a particular section for examination. A two-dimensional computed tomography (CT) slice was used for liver-vessel examination (LiVE). A simple automatic technique for supporting LiVE is being developed in this research. A CT slice is collected, a 3D to 2D conversion is done, (ii) Kapur's tri-level thresholding and Hummingbird-Optimizer is used to enhance the CT slice, (iii) the watershed algorithm (WA) is used to extract the vessel, and (iv) the WA is compared and verified against the segmentation methods chosen. WA provides better segmentation results than other methods because it is an automatic approach. Using the chosen image database, the proposed technique achieves an overall segmentation accuracy of >97%. Other segmentation problems can be used in the future to verify the merit of this scheme. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

Accurate segmentation of colorectal polyps is crucial for the early diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer (CRC). In clinical practice, the segmented polyp provides valuable diagnostic information to decide the degree of malignancy through optical biopsy. However, precise segmentation of polyps is very challenging as the appearance and morphology of polyps change in different stages of development in terms of size, color, and texture. In recent years, numerous deep learning (DL) techniques have been put forward by researchers across the globe for the polyp segmentation task. This study retrieved some significant deep learning-based polyp segmentation techniques through a systematic search strategy. Portable electronic gadgets and high-performance computing systems have increased demand for low-power, high-performance integrated circuits (ICs). VLSI technology, which creates integrated circuits with dozens to millions of transistors on a chip, is leading these efforts. This research investigates low-power, high-performance VLSI circuit construction methods. We start with VLSI design fundamentals and power management and performance optimization concerns. The constraints of traditional VLSI design methods in satisfying current electronics' strict requirements are examined. VLSI design methodology development and evaluation are the focus of this research. Advanced power optimization methods include MTCMOS, adaptive body biasing, and power gating. We also study clock tree improvement, signal integrity enhancement, and new materials and device topologies for high performance. In addition, we study how machine learning techniques automate and optimize circuit placement, routing, and timing in VLSI design. AI handles the complexity of current VLSI designs and finds optimal design parameters for minimal power and high performance. Scaling VLSI circuits to newer technology nodes raises process variance, leakage current, and thermal management difficulties, which the research tackles. These issues can be overcome with new ways to keep VLSI circuits scaling while preserving performance and power efficiency. Finally, case studies and experimental findings show that the offered methods work in real-world applications. These findings demonstrate significant power usage and performance benefits over typical VLSI design. In conclusion, our research advances VLSI technology by developing low-power, high-performance integrated circuits. The proposed VLSI design methods and solutions could lead to more efficient and powerful electronic systems. © 2024 IEEE.

The advancement of big data has accelerated over the years to change how companies utilize data to drive decisions. And so, this paper aims to look at big data and data mining in different perspectives while highlighting the importance of data fusion in decision making in the current society. Many times, data fusion combines different data sources to provide better and broader results. Clustering of raw data, anomaly detection and machine learning are discussed as well as their use in healthcare, financial management and smart cities. This paper also presents such issues as data heterogeneity, data quality assurance, as well as scalability issues. Lastly, tomorrow's possibilities, such as artificial intelligence and quantum computing, are presented as possible enhancements of the data fusion effectiveness are mentioned due to the expected marked advancement in real-time and adaptive decisionmaking systems. © 2025 IEEE.

Cancer is an undesirable cell with odd characteristic varies from normal cell of the breast tissue. This will develop swiftly and infiltrate surrounding tissue and forms as tumor which happens in both men and women. After lung cancer, breast cancer has become the largest cause of malignancies in women which raise the mortality rate. In this article, Sensor enabled wearable device framework to detect breast temperature abnormalities is suggested. Early work on wearable sensors supported to monitor breast temperature is presented. The concept of a wearable garment with sensor-enabled patches is also considered. Detailed architecture of the proposed framework is explained, and implementation specifics are examined. Later the statistical highlights help to process the sensor-generated breast temperature data are explained. The performance of the proposed framework is examined by taking abnormal and normal patient temperature dataset and the findings are described using attractive figure representations. © 2023 IEEE.

A multi-objective optimization method for exploring uncharted space is presented in the study. Robotics exploration personnel create a map of the immediate area using sensor data. It has been observed that a single optimization technique is typically used with a specific objective function to carry out the optimization for space exploration. The optimization process can be sped up and simplified using a mono-objective function, but the map accuracy and exploration depth suffer. This work offers an optimization technique with improved multi-objective functions in recognition of this crucial factor. This not only speeds up the search procedure but also improves the precision of the maps. The Reconfigured Whale Algorithm (rWO), the suggested framework, is based on a Whale Optimizer inspired by whales’ biological behavior. Initializing the whale population, also known as waypoints, is the first step. After being established in the initial stage/iterations, these waypoints are considered constant. The location update from the robot-catered non-dominated waypoints is the next phase. The algorithm optimizes the waypoints. Extensive simulations that simulate various scenarios and environments are used to assess the performance matrices properly. Following the identification of the algorithm’s advantages, the effectiveness of the outcomes is demonstrated by contrasting its performance with that of three popular optimization algorithms: the hybrid CME-Whale Optimizer (WO), the Coordinated Multi-Robot Exploration (CME), and the Arithmetic Optimizer (AO) integrated with CME. Findings show that the suggested approach significantly improves the optimization process by expanding the area that is investigated and speeding up the search process. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

Agriculture is a backbone of India. Precision agriculture focuses on delivering tools for harvest data, task coordination, and growth updates, thereby enhancing agricultural productivity through the incorporation of sensor network technologies to monitor various farming activities. This studyr introduces a solar-powered wireless system for detecting plant diseases in the environment. A comprehensive wireless sensing system is showcased, comprising sensors for temperature, humidity, and soil moisture, along with a microcontroller, IR transmitter and receiver, camera, and GSM module, enabling extended periods of environmental monitoring ARM processor used for ADC and sends the collected data to mobile via GSM. A camera is periodically enabled for capturing the plant picture for diseases monitoring and IR unit used for the purpose of plant growth monitoring. It use soil energy to power the temperature sensor to develop plant growth monitoring system and plant disease monitoring, also develop android application to monitor such conditions by using this technology to achieve a green electronics system. © 2023 IEEE.
