Although wireless networks are extremely important in modern communication, one of the most significant challenges they face is the quantity of energy that they use. Within this study, a new way of sending data over wireless networks is suggested. The gravitational search algorithm (GSA) and residue networks of the ResNet type are used together in this method. By using wireless networks, the main goal of this method is to find answers to problems that come up with using energy more efficiently. The creation and use of a hybrid ResNet-GSA model for wireless communication is one of the most important parts of our method. Because it follows the rules of gravity, GSA can quickly look through the solution space to find the right parameter values. At the same time, the network works better when the deep learning features of ResNet are used. The results of our research show that there are big improvements in how much energy is used compared to using traditional ways. If you want to cut down on the amount of energy used, the ResNet-GSA strategy that was suggested also works well. The findings demonstrate that optimisation techniques and deep learning methodologies are not only compatible with one another but also perform effectively together to make wireless networks more environmentally friendly. © 2024 IEEE.

It is known that every tensor has an associated semi-symmetric *** purpose of this paper is to investigate the shared properties of a tensor and its semi-symmetric *** particular,a corresponding semi-symmetric tensor has smaller Frobenius norm under some conditions and can be used to get smaller bounds for eigenvalues and solutions of dynamical systems and tensor complementarity *** addition,every tensor has the same eigenvalues as its corresponding semi-symmetric form,also a corresponding semi-symmetric tensor inherits properties like being circulant,Toeplitz,Z-tensor,M-tensor,H-tensor and some ***,there are a two-way connection for properties like being positive definite,P-tensor,semi-positive,primitive and several others.

Hard hearing and deaf people are communicating with other people using the sign language. This is the only way of communication of such people to convey Since this is the only means by which these individuals can communicate, it is imperative that others be able to understand their language. Sign language recognition by computer begins with the acquisition of sign gestures and ends with recognition and conversion to text or voice. Static and dynamic are the two ways of sign gestures used. This study aims at focusing on the dynamic gesture recognition and the steps for recognizing sign language are discussed. The collected data are preprocessed and feature are extracted for classification. Finally the results are all investigated and developed for single user. © 2023 IEEE.

The aim of this article is to present a survey on Machine Learning approaches for performing water analysis as in general integrating Artificial Intelligence in water analysis has a transformative potential for optimizing and sustaining water resources. Recent trends in water treatment and desalination applications effectively address pollution and scarcity challenges, while by combining AI with technologies like data analytics, water management complexities are simplified, ensuring sustainability and cost-effectiveness through predictive data assessment. This survey presents examples of the ML’s significance in water treatment and in water quality analysis, such as for enhancing accuracy in water quality index (WQI) assessments and examples of exploring and predicting pollutants in water processes, and aiding in the early detection and categorization of contaminants. Furthermore, this survey will reveal the immense potential in leveraging ML algorithms to enhance water analysis accuracy, speed, and efficiency, paving the way for reduced chemical usage and improved understanding of microbiological processes. As it will be presented, ML approaches offer valuable tools across various stages of water analysis, from identifying critical indicators to accurately measuring and predicting water parameters. The survey concludes by emphasizing the potential of AI and particularly ML to revolutionize water resource management, offering precision, efficiency, and foresight in addressing challenges of water scarcity and sustainable resource utilization. © IFIP International Federation for Information Processing 2024.

Integrating Groundbreaking advancements in AI, like language models, interpretable AI, and machine learning, opens up a world of exciting new possibilities. The Evolving face of cybersecurity and Modern cyber threats are complex and well crafted;hence, conventional cybersecurity mechanisms show difficulty in staying relevant. LLMs, especially based on Transformer architecture will noticeably increase the accuracy and speed of detecting threats. Transparency and trust are increased by XAI approaches like SHAP and LIME, which offer facts about ML model predictions. This paper explores the literature that demonstrates the integration between XAI and LLMs in cybersecurity, exemplifying how this trinity of models has the potential to help attenuate errors producing reduced false positives and improve how we detect threats. Thinking about the possibilities the challenges including performance Explainability trade-offs, the need for common evaluation metrics, and the black-box nature of AI Models, remain in place. Solving these will help to enhance AI-driven solutions in cybersecurity. © 2024 IEEE.

Cardiovascular diseases are the main causes of death in today's world. This has driven the need for new technology to be employed to help detect any heart diseases faster and more conveniently. The goal of this study is to develop a novel Electrocardiogram based cardiovascular disease detection method using an Ensemble classifier. A dataset of the various heart diseases, including normal heartbeat, was collected for this study. Many popular machine learning algorithms like K Nearest Neighbor, Logistic Regression, and Support Vector Machine were first executed for the collected dataset. To improve the performance, a new Ensemble classifier has been developed, which gives better performance than the other machine learning algorithms listed before. Then its performance was compared with the other machine learning algorithms. It is seen that the Ensemble classifier can provide an overall accuracy of 93% and outperform all the other ML algorithms. A comparison of the F1-Score and Accuracy of these algorithms for the cases of normal, abnormal heartbeat and myocardial infarction is given in the form of a graph. A comparison table of the accuracy of the existing algorithms is also presented. © 2022 IEEE.

Modern people's hectic schedules are a direct result of the ways they live and the responsibilities they have at work. On the other hand, maintaining a healthy lifestyle demands consistent physical exertion. Obesity is a result of people not paying attention to what they eat. As a result of modern living, obesity is on the rise. As a result, in order to maintain a healthy weight, people pick their food and exercise habits accordingly. People should know how many calories they consume and how many calories they burn. Calorie counts are easy to get online or on product labels, so it's not hard to keep track of one's calorie intake. There aren't many tools available to help you keep track of the calories you burn. To keep up with the hectic pace of modern life and the constant search for shortcuts, we built a system that uses machine learning to track post-workout calorie burn and development. By taking a few attributes as input, this system can approximate the calories burned, which will show daily growth and motivate people to exercise more. This paper presents an innovative ML model for accurate calorie prediction;it's called the Improved Learning Model for Calorie Prediction (ILMCP). To test how well it works, the authors cross-validate it with the traditional Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm. As a result, it is the quickest approach and may be utilized for object identification in real-time. Next, we'll apply the ILMCP algorithm to the picture for segmentation. Foreground extraction with little to no user input requires it. Following picture segmentation, we use the probing object's known volume to determine the food item's volume. Once the volume has been determined, the food item's mass may be determined using formulae. Then, the connection between weight and calories can be used to compute the food item's calories. © 2024 IEEE.

The COVID-19 outbreak has significantly disrupted the agricultural system in India. In spite of this, the most recent quarterly GDP forecasts post-COVID scenario demonstrate the tenacity and durability of the Indian agricultural sector, which is anticipated to be the only sector to record a positive growth rate of 4% for fiscal years (FY) 2020 and 2021. Similarly, growth for the most recent quarter is projected to have been 5.89%, representing a reduction of 2.4% point. In this context, our goal is to compile a summary of the early evidence on the impact of COVID-19 on the agricultural sector in India, including production, marketing, and consumption, and then to design a set of pragmatic strategies to recover and thrive after the pandemic. According to the survey’s findings, the pandemic has disrupted production and marketing through labour and logistical restrictions, while the negative income shock has restricted access to markets and increased food commodity prices, altering consumption patterns. The pandemic caused great emotional, social, economic, and bodily harm to everyone involved in India’s agriculture industry. The state has responded to the crisis by seizing the opportunity it presents and launching a variety of programmes and necessary changes. We suggest a ten-point plan that includes social safety nets, family farming, the trading of buffer stock, staggered procurement, and secondary agriculture in order to revitalise and prosper after the epidemic. © 2024, CRC Press/Balkema. The necessity for smart energy oversight solutions has arisen in response to the rising popularity of energy-efficient home automation and other energy-saving technologies. Optimizing smart home energy use using multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) is a proven methodology. However, the procedure for making decisions and MCDM’s capacity to handle various criteria are typically limiting factors. Hybrid methods, which integrate multiple decision-making approaches like Fuzzy Logic (FL) and Modular Neural Networks (MNN), could potentially be able to circumvent these restrictions and boost energy management systems’ efficacy and precision. This investigation presents a hybrid Neuro-Fuzzy (H-NF) method for MCDM in regulating energy for smart homes by combining FL with an MNN. The suggested approach would optimize energy use in smart homes by considering several parameters, notably cost, ease of use, and environmental effects. In addition, this study aims to examine how the H-NF model fares in comparison to other methods of making important decisions in terms of several performance metrics. The suggested hybridized approach has the potential to deliver more precise and effective decision-making processes for energy management in smart homes, allowing users to optimize their energy consumption while preserving comfort and lowering environmental impact. © 2024 Taylor and Francis Inc.. As mobile networks and network speeds become more prevalent, the demand for marketing strategies increases. The operators are thinking about this, and the development of 5G communication networks is one of their main concerns. As the need for higher transmission speeds increases, 5G networks face challenges of scalability and adaptability. The next-generation mobile network (NMCN-SDN) architecture proposed in this study is based on Software-Defined Networks (SDN). A new network model called computer-defined networking allows for dynamic network definition and programming. A network simulator is created to examine the efficiency of the built infrastructure under different network conditions, including throughput, latency, and resource consumption. In this paper, the comparison of end-toend latency between the standard communication architecture and the proposed NMCN-SDN architecture is done. The results show that the proposed architecture has less space in various conditions compared to existing communication architectures in various conditions. © 2024 by the authors of this article.
